    Kapabilitas Dinamik dan Keunggulan Bersaing: Dinamisme Lingkungan Moderator ataukah Driver?

    The aim of this study is to investigate the role of environmental dynamism in relation to dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The survey was conducted at 130 MSMEs in Malang Raya. Hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. The findings of the study prove that environmental dynamism is a driver for dynamic capability, while providing evidence that environmental dynamism acts as a negative moderator for achieving competitive advantage. Another finding is that dynamic capabilities have a major effect on competitive advantage while simultaneously acting as fully mediating environmental dynamism with competitive advantage. The implication is important for MSMEs to develop dynamic capabilities in order to deal with environmental dynamism so that MSMEs can increase competitive advantage because if they do not develop dynamic capabilities, environmental dynamism will reduce MSME's competitive advantage

    Tujuan studi ini adalah membuat model bisnis inovatif yang tepat bagi desa wisata di era pandemi Covid-19. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kebijakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif mengambil sampel desa wisata di Kota Batu. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Untuk tujuan penyusunan model bisnis menggunakan model bisnis canvas desa wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang sesuai untuk pengelolaan desa wisata adalah pengembangan produk, pengembangan pasar dan promosi dan pengelolaan yang efektif. Model pengelolaan yang sesuai adalah kolaborasi pengelolaan dalam bentuk diversifikasi yang meliputi perlindungan aspek ekologis, identifikasi potensi pengembangan daya tarik wisata, pengembangan sumberdaya manusia, kerjasama, pengembangan kegiatan wisata, pembuatan paket wisata, pengaturan pengunjung, pengadaan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, promosi dan pemasaran serta komunikasi dan koordinasi antar stakeholder. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan bukti teoritis dan empiris terkait dengan pengembangan model bisnis yang tepat bagi desa wisata agar mampu bertahan dan bangkit pada masa new normal

    Peran UMKM dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara membawa implikasi penting bagi peningkatan pendapatan, pengurangan pengangguran, pengentasan kemiskinan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak buruk dan mengancam kelangsungan hidup UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika model triple helix dengan mengkaji peran masing-masing helix: universitas, perusahaan, dan pemerintah untuk membantu UMKM bangkit dari keterpurukan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi profil perilaku dalam hal kinerja model triple helix dari perspektif UMKM dan mengenali faktor kunci bagai kesuksesan inovasi dan daya saing. Survei yang dilakukan melibatkan 134 UMKM. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan WarpPLS07. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara sinergi pemerintah dan akademisi dalam meningkatkan inovasi dan daya saing UMKM. Inovasi mampu menjadi mediator bagi sinergi pemerintah dan akademisi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. UMKM perlu bersikap lebih aktif dan proaktif, peran pemerintah dan akademisi masih perlu ditingkatkan serta dibarengi peran optimal helix lainnya terutama komunitas dan media sebagai salah satu strategi untuk bertahan dan berkembang dalam situasi pandemic Covid-19

    The Role of Pentahelix's Effective Collaboration in Developing the Frugal Innovation Strategy for the “Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L)” Program

    The purpose of this study is to examine the role of pentahelix in the relationship between frugal innovation strategies and the business performance of the Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) program actors. This research design uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data were obtained from the actors of the P2L program in Malang Regency. This study uses an online survey by sending a questionnaire to a group of the P2L program. The data collected and can be analyzed is 62 data. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The results show that pentahelix collaboration becomes a moderator in improving and strengthening frugal innovation strategies to produce the optimal performance of P2L program group members. Through several stages of frugal innovation which include empathizing, defining, ideating, bricolage, prototype, and testing combined with pentahelix collaboration, it is hoped that the managers/members of the P2L program group can improve their performance. This study provides empirical evidence of the use of the frugal innovation strategy and pentahelix collaboration implemented in the P2L program in solving problems of economic dynamics, providing employment opportunities due to COVID'19 as well as meeting nutritional needs to overcome stunting and overcome food insecure villages

    Inovasi dan Daya Saing UMKM di Era New Normal: dari Triple Helix Model ke Quadruple Helix Model

    The role of MSMEs in the economic development of a country has important implications for increasing income, reducing unemployment, alleviating poverty and economic growth. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact and threatened the survival of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the triple helix model by examining the role of each helix: universities, companies, and governments to help MSMEs rise from adversity. This study identifies behavioral profiles in terms of the performance of the triple helix model from the perspective of MSMEs and recognizes key factors for innovation success and competitiveness. The survey involved 134 MSMEs. The analysis method uses SEM-PLS with WarpPLS07. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive influence between the synergy of the government and academia in increasing the innovation and competitiveness of MSMEs. Innovation is able to become a mediator for the synergy of the government and academia in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. MSMEs need to be more active and proactive, the role of the government and academics still needs to be improved and coupled with the optimal role of other helixes, especially the community as a strategy to survive and thrive in the Covid-19 pandemic situation

    Pengembangan Model “Hybrid Blending Financial” : Upaya Mencari Format Ideal Dalam Meningkatkan Perluasan Akses KUR Bagi Usaha Mikro Dan Kecil

    Expanding access of business loan is strongly urged to continue to do, given that there is a wide gap between supply and demand of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). The main objective of this research is to develop a Hybrid Model Blending Financial to search the ideal format of KUR to improve the KUR access expansion for small and micro businesses. The focus of the activities is to : a) identify and analysis the access of funding programs; b) identify the needs and expectations of small and micro businesses about the KUR program ; c) Analysis of the behavior of any relevant actors and stakeholders, motivation, roles and patterns of cooperation and organizing activities; d) identify and analysis of policies and institutions to support the expansion of access KUR . Specific targets to be achieved are : First, the formulation of the Financial Blending Hybrid models design based on the characteristics of programs that already under way, the needs of small businesses to access ideal funding micro and behavior of any relevant actors and stakeholders, motivation, roles and patterns of cooperation and organization activities that have been mapped. Second, socialization, test, and implement Blending Hybrid Financial to search the ideal format to improve access expansion KUR for micro and small businesses. To achieve these objectives, the research method designed by using the method of descriptive research, policy research and applied research. Based on the data, the target KUR 30 % ( in 2012 ) in the agricultural sector can not be achieved . The largest sector of KUR accessing still dominated by the trade sector reached Rp . 65.691 trillion with the amount of 5.79 million borrowers. While the agriculture sector is only 18.9 trillion by the amount of 1.26 million borrowers. This is due, because of the limited range of credit services with the primary locus of priority sectors and before KUR program there are various credit schemes for the agricultural sector with the lower of interest rate . Therefore increasing KUR in the primary sector by applying the concept of Hybrid Blending Financial or a 3 in 1 system Integrated Micro KUR scheme specifically for the agricultural sector, which combines folk with KKPE MOA Micro KUR and skim KUMK SUP 005 that essentially the government to put their money in the bank in order to reduce the interest rate ( cost of fund small ) - blending financing ( guarantee of KUR , cheap funds from KUMK SUP 005 and KKPE interest subsidies)

    Tujuan studi ini adalah membuat model strategi frugal innovation melalui pemanfaatan Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) sebagai penyangga pengembangan desa wisata di Kabupaten Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kebijakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Untuk tujuan pengembangan model strategi menggunakan model frugal innovation. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang sesuai untuk pengembangan Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) sebagai penyangga pengembangan desa wisata di Kabupaten Malang dengan konsep frugal innovation. Melalui beberapa tahapan frugal innovation yang meliputi empathize, define, ideate, bricolage, prototype, dan test di padu dengan model pengembangan desa wisata berbasis alam diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat di lingkungan desa wisata dapat meningkatkan perekonomian. Kajian ini diharapkan memberikan bukti empiris dengan penggunaan strategi frugal innovation yang diimplementasikan pada program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) guna menyangga pengembangan desa wisata. Kehadiran program P2L dan pengembangannya diharapkan menyelesaikan masalah dinamika ekonomi, penyediaan lapangan kerja akibat COVID’19 sekaligus memenuhi kebutuhan gizi dalam upaya mengatasi stunting serta mengatasi desa rentan pangan

    Dinamika Kebijakan Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) di Indonesia

    This study aims to: 1) analyze the development of regulations, governance and the Kredit Usaha Rakyat scheme; 2) analyzes interest subsidy policies in the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program; and 3) analyze the development and performance of the distribution of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program. This type of research used associative descriptive research with research indicators are regulations, interest rates, realization and debtors on the distribution of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program. The research period is conducted from 2008 to 2019 with observations on banks channeling Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program. The results of the study explained that during the period 2008 to 2019 there were 37 regulations governing the governance of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program, there was a change in management from a credit guarantee scheme to an interest subsidy scheme that had an impact on reducing interest rates, increasing the realization of the distribution and debtors of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat

    Resilience Strategy for The Tourism Sector in the New Normal Era : Pentahelix Synergy

    This study aims to explore the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on tourism in Batu City and formulate a resilience strategy. This study uses a model-building method with a descriptive approach, this is based on the purpose of research that examines tourism problems in Batu City as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Several strategies and programs have been inventoried for tourism recovery in Batu City, namely: rebranding of Batu City tourism, innovation for tourism village, development health protocol awareness movement, tour package innovation, institutional strengthening. All parties in the pentahelix (academics, business, community, government and media) play an important and significant role in the development of Batu City tourism. The pentahelix synergy in tourism recovery in Batu City is an effective strategy. Some strategies and programs that are implemented will not be optimal if one party does not play a maximum role. Therefore, collaboration is absolutely needed in the restoration of tourism in Batu City

    This research aims to find out how the influence of cultural trends, brand ambassadors and prices on the purchase intention of Korean instant noodles. The population in this study is Twitter users, members of Korean Pop fans who idolize the ambassador brand from the Korean band "Super Junior" who consume instant noodles. The number of samples taken in this study used the Lemeshow formula as much 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability techniques, namely incidental sampling techniques. The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that: 1) the culture trend of Korean Wave variable does not have a significant effect on purchase intention, 2) the brand ambassador variable  has a significant effect on purchase intention, and 3) the price variable has a significant effect on purchase intentio
