    Arabic is one of the compulsory subjects for Muhammadiyah educational institutions, this is reflected in the name of ismuba subjects (al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan and Arabic). In reality, among many students who have a low interest in attending Arabic lessons, therefore it takes real steps for teachers to increase the interest of learners in learning Arabic. This research is designed with qualitative approach, the selection of this method is due to the nature of data in the form of words, sentences and reality requires in-depth analysis that is not only in the form of numbers, research data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies, analysis used as qualitatively starting from data reduction, data classification, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study can be revealed that Arabic teachers play a role in the interest of learners, the role is shown to be seen in the form of motivators, facilitators, mediators and innovators, the functioning of these four roles has an impact on increasing the interest of didi participants in MIM Pakasai to learn Arabic

    Implementation of Islamic Religious Education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah During Covid-19 Pandemic

    The research of this article aims to find out and analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The primary data source was obtained through interviews with three Islamic Religious Education teachers at Tarbiyah Islamiyah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Koto Panjang Lampasi Payakumbuh, Indonesia. Interviews are conducted individually. Secondary data obtained from various pieces of literature in the form of books and articles. The results of this study show that there are two ways that Islamic Religious Education teachers use in carrying out learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely online and offline based. Online-based learning by utilizing the Parents' WhatsApp Group (WAG). Offline is carried out for students whose parents do not have a smartphone, by requesting and delivering tasks directly to Islamic Religious Education teachers in madrasahs. From the research, it can be concluded that Islamic Religious Education teachers are required to be able to make the most of technology in learning, and all obstacles must be provided solutions according to the needs of students

    This research was conducted to see how teacher strategies, motivation and student learning outcomes in the hifzil Qur'an subject at MI Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan. This study was motivated by symptoms in the field such as low motivation of students to memorize the Koran, rarely depositing their memorization and carrying their daily memorization book. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to see how the teacher's strategy in learning hifzil Qur'an as well as the motivation and learning outcomes of students at MI Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan. The results of the research show several things including; MI Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan has not implemented the standard strategy used by teachers in learning hifzil Qur'an. The hifzil Qur'an learning strategy that is given to each teacher so that they can adjust and give birth to new innovations in the learning process. The motivation of the next students to follow hifzil Qur'an learning at madrasah was quite good. It is also a scale with learning outcomes dominated by a range of values from 84-92. In fact, most of them also scored above the number 93. Only a few of the students did not complete the hifzil Qur'an learning

    The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts, supporting, and obstacles factors to develop students' interest in learning Qur'an and hadith subject. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Then, the data was analyzed through three phases including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research location was at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Aisyiah Belakang Olo, Padang City, West Sumatra, Indonesia. This study found two main points: First, efforts to increase participants' interest in the learning process including giving rewards, using varied learning methods, and explaining the ultimate goal of learning. Second, amid efforts to increase student interest in learning Quran-Hadith, there are supporting and inhibiting factors. Several supporting factors are adequate facilities and infrastructure, and high support from peer educators, as well as students. Moreover, the inhibiting factors including lack of students' enthusiasm for learning, family and social environment factors, and students' socio-economic factors

    The 2013 curriculum that has been in force since 2016 until now has not been fully understood by all educators, so in implementing the curriculum many teachers have difficulty realizing the goals that have been set. Related to this problem, research was conducted to describe the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, especially the subjects of the Hadith Quran in madrasah Tsanawiyah. Research is conducted without the use of treatment, therefore, the techniques used in collecting data are in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data collected through established techniques is then analyzed qualitatively, the data analysis process is carried out in a smultan manner, namely starting from data collection, data verification to the conclusion of data analysis. The results of the study are first, the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in the subjects of the Qur'anic Hadith has not taken place optimally, this conclusion is based on the reality that starting from the planning process to the evaluation there are inconsistencies and inconsistencies between all aspects. Second, the problem in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the subjects of the Qur'anic Hadith is in the aspects of methods, media and evaluation of learning. Third, the step that can be done to minimize the problem is to maximize training activities that can improve the ability of teachers to carry out the 2013 curriculum

    The capacity of teachers is part of the requirements to realize the educational goals that have been set, it can be affirmed that if teachers do not have adequate capacity then the expectation to realize the goals of education is very minimal. Therefore, this activity is designed to provide information to teachers in the PDM Kuantan Singingi environment about strategies that can be done to realize themselves as teachers who have the capacity. This devotional activity involves various parties in accordance with their respective tupoksi. The result of this activity is that through the day seminar activities pai and ISMUBA teachers have comprehensive knowledge related to strategies to increase capacity as teachers.     This study aims to determine the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in increasing the interest of students in SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Aur during the covid 19 pandemic, and the factors that affect student learning interests, and how the strategies used by Islamic religious teachers (PAI) at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Aur. The method that the researcher uses is the descriptive qualitative research method. While the data sources of this study were taken from Islamic Religious Education teachers, school principals, and students who were determined by the researchers. The results of the study showed that teachers carried out various strategies in increasing interest in learning Islamic Religious Education for students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Aur during the covid 19 pandemic, namely using the WhatsApp application both in online assignments and in collecting assignments. In addition, the teacher gives praise, prizes for students who are Fast and precise in spelling out the tasks given. Then provide punishment for students who do not collect assignments by memorizing short letters.
