Infinite families of shape invariant potentials with n parameters subject to translation
We find new families of shape invariant potentials depending on n ≥ 1 parameters subject to translation by the inclusion of nontrivial invariants. New dependencies of the spectra are found, and it opens the door to the engineering of physical quantities in a novel way. A number of examples are explicitly constructed
Comment on “A statistical evidence of power law distribution in the upper tail of world billionaires' data 2010–20” [Physica A 581 (2021) 126198]
In a recently published paper in Physica A it is claimed the statistical evidence of having a power law distribution in the upper tail of the world billionaires’ data in the period 2010–20. We address (almost) the same data sets, with the same truncation points in the data, and obtain two main conclusions. Firstly, both the truncated lognormal and the power law or Pareto distributions might be improved in principle to describe the upper tails’ data to the level of quality of recent studies for other types of data, as the Anderson–Darling test yields rejection of both distributions almost always. Secondly, the truncated lognormal is statistically comparable or even better to the Pareto by different criteria, formal and graphical
A geometric approach to integrability conditions for Riccati equations
Several instances of integrable Riccati equations are analyzed from the
geometric perspective of the theory of Lie systems. This provides us a unifying
viewpoint for previous approaches.Comment: 14 page
estudio analítíco filosófico que hace Danto de la historia: "The identical event may indeed be a
constituent in any number of different temporal structures. E may be co!lected with any number
of otherwise disjointed collections of events into distinct temporal wholes. Thus, our description
of E may accordingly vary as we group it with different collections of events into different
temporal structures" (Danto, C. A. 1965.
propiedad, con el fin de señalar los limites y el rango de aplicación del criterio de consistencia;
para calificar a un relato históric
