The nutritional habits formed at the early stages of childhood will affect their nutritional status and their adult health later. Prevention to control a balanced diet, while early education is to raise awareness about the importance of health to them. The popular food of Japan, bento, can help in terms of nutrition and balance in nutrition and avoid high cholesterol and less oily foods. Orientasi keusahawanan sebagai pembolehubah perantara antara modal insan dan Prestasi Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS)

Small and Medium Enterprises are seen as firms that contribute to the national economy and are even the dominant type of enterprise in Malaysia. However, human capital and entrepreneurial orientation are often linked to SME performance issues. Specifically, this study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation as a mediator on the relationship between human capital and SME performance. Research data was obtained from 200 questionnaires and analysed using regression analysis. The results of the study found that entrepreneurial orientation acts as a mediator in the relationship between human capital and firm performance. Therefore, SME entrepreneurs need to be given appropriate guidance to improve their entrepreneurial orientation. Through appropriate and effective training from the parties involved, SMEs can provide innovative, creative and proactive human capital in the face of business competition. Empowering education transformation through IR 4.0: efforts in improving the quality of Arabic language education

Education is one of the important aspects and it is becoming the most influential social institution in the society. The impacts of Industrial Revolution 4.0 are not only on industrial and the electronic sector, but the education sector is also affected by it. The main objective of this article is to identify the elements of Arabic language learning implementation amongst teachers and to oversee the challenges faced by the teachers in incorporating technology with Arabic language teaching. This study used a qualitative methodology by collecting and assessing the information from previous studies such as journals, articles and books. This study found that there were four basic elements related to the implementation of Arabic language learning in teaching and facilitating process include teachers' perception, preparation, practice and challenges in implementing and practicing this learning technique.
