FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI SISA HASIL USAHA (SHU) PADA KOPERASI DI KABUPATEN ACEH BARATOleh : RaidayaniNIM: 1309200010034Pembimbing:1.Prof. Dr. Said Muhammad, MA2.Dr. Faisal, SE, M.Si, MAABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal usaha, jumlah anggota, volume usaha dan aset koperasi terhadap sisa hasil usaha pada koperasi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data panel periode tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015 dengan jumlah sampel 20 koperasi. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan skala ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha, jumlah anggota, dan aset koperasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sisa hasil usaha koperasi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat, sedangkan volume usaha berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap sisa hasil usaha koperasi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Hasil analisis secara skala ekonomi pada variabel aset terjadi kenaikan aset yang akan mengalami hasil yang meningkat yang diiringi kenaikan sisa hasil usaha serta biaya-biaya produksi akan semakin menurun, hal ini dikarenakan perubahan faktor-faktor produksi suatu koperasi akan naik sehingga kenaikan hasil dengan diiringi hasil yang meningkat dan biaya rata-rata yang lebih. Diharapkan bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk terus meningkatkan sisa hasil usaha koperasi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat, menambah jumlah modal usaha koperasi-koperasi di Aceh Barat, sehingga membuat kinerja koperasi lebih berkembang dalam kegiatan usaha ekonominya. Pemerintah meningkatkan modal intelektual seperti modal manusia, modal struktural, dan modal pelanggan yaitu memberikan binaan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada koperasi-koperasi di Aceh Barat, sehingga menjadi katalisator pada perkembangan di Aceh Barat mengarah kepada pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih baik. It is suggested that the policymakers keep increasing the net amount of remaining annual income or profit and the amount of capital of the cooperatives in Aceh Barat Regency in order to improve the performance of the cooperatives in doing their economic activities. Government leveraging intellectual capital such as human capital, structural capital and customer capital that gives the Aceh Barat Regency, so that became a catalyst in the development in Aceh Barat Regency lead to better economic growth. ETNOGRAFI KOMUNIKASI KANURI LAOT MASYARAKAT NELAYAN KECAMATAN SAMATIGA KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT

This paper aims at analyzing the effect of Kanuri Laot in Samatiga, West Aceh, starting from the setting for preparation and the implementation of Kanuri Laot. The data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the implementing actors of Kanuri Laot accompanied by testing of interview data so that the data collected was tested. From the results of data testing, it was found that the preparatory setting was carried out indefinitely, it depended on the results of community deliberations. The implementation of the Kanuri Laot took place at Kuala Bubon beach with the implementation time being chosen on Sunday ofs every January

PENGARUH MODAL, JUMLAH ANGGOTA DAN VOLUME USAHA TERHADAP SISA HASIL USAHA (SHU) PADA KOPERASI KARTIKA ACEH BARAT KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT

This research aims to examine the relationship of venture capital, the number of members, and the volume of cooperative efforts to the remaining business results in primary cooperative Kartika Makodim 0105 in West Aceh district. The data in this study used the time series of the period of 2011 to 2017 with a sample of cooperatives is the Primary Cooperative Kartika Makodim 0105 Aceh BArat. The analysis model used to measure the percentage of average increase of each independent variable to the remaining results of operation Kartika Primary Cooperative of West Aceh. The results showed that the business capital, the number of members, and the volume of business cooperative have influence  near the increase of a percentage to the rest of the cooperative business Primer Kartika in West Aceh District. It is expected that the Kartika Primary Cooperative in West Aceh will continue to increase the remaining business of cooperatives in West Aceh Regency, increasing the business capital of cooperatives in West Aceh, thus making cooperative performance more developed in its economic activities. Furthermore, it encourages TNI members to become cooperative members so as to increase the number of cooperative members. besides that policy makers should also continue to guide and guide the cooperative to increase the number of members and business volume. Thus, the Primary Cooperative Kartika Makodim 0105 in West Aceh can continue to be active in improving the SHU of West Aceh District

PENGARUH TENAGA KERJA DAN MODAL TERHADAP PRODUKSI IKAN ASIN DI DESA KUALA BUBON KECAMATAN SAMATIGA KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT

Themainpurposeofthisstudywere to analyze the influence of capital, labor, raw material, price and demand factors on salted fish production in Kuala Bubon Village, Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency. The results showed that based on the results of the Fcount analysis obtained 224314.905 with a significant number of 0.000, a significant level of 95% (α = 0.05). This shows that the variables of capital, labor, raw materials, price and demand simultaneously have a significant effect on the production of salted fish in Kuala Bubon Village, Samatiga District, and West Aceh Regency. Meanwhile, based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that individual labor and price factors have the most influence on salted fish production.

ANALISIS KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA (STUDI KASUS : PEDAGANG SAYUR) TERHADAP PENDAPATAN KELUARGA DI PASAR SEUMAYAM KECAMATAN DARUL MAKMUR KABUPATEN NAGAN RAYA

This study aims to analyze the Comparative Income of Vegetable Traders and family income in the Seumayam village People's Market, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency. Data collection techniques use observations, questionnaires, and interviews by compiling detailed questions in a list of questions to test and find out how much income and contribution of women horticultural traders in Seumayam Market. Data analysis methodusing quantitative descriptive. And data processing in this research. The result of the study is that the total average of the vegetable traders is received is Rp. 3,737,080, - per month while the total average cost incurred by traders is Rp. 2,551,200 per month thus the average income of horticultural traders was Rp.1,185,880. The magnitude of horticultural traders' revenue contribution is affected family income is 28.0%, where the income contribution of the vegetable trader can help increase the resilience / household needs of the merchant himsel
