    Noise is one of the physical factors such as noise that can lead to bad consequences for health and safety . In an industrial activity , exposure and risk of danger in the workplace can not always be avoided . Therefore we need a comfortable working environment in order to avoid noise workforce . The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the intensity of noise with reduced hearing labor in production PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk PPB Majalengka. This research uses an observational analytic approach cross sectional. Sampling techniques using methods purposive sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. Analysis of data using statistical tests chi-square with a significant level α = 0.05 using SPSS. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between the intensity of noise with reduced hearing ( p =0,028) (p < 0,05)

    Featured Products have great potential increasing economic growth if managed properly and right. One of them is the Integrated Cattle Farm. This study has been a partnership between the Ministry of Village PDTT, New Business BUMDes, and beef cattle breeders in Messa Village. They have collaborated in increasing and developing potential in the farm of beef cattle production to increase the community’s economic income, especially beef cattle breeders. This study aims to the determine the potential for building partnerships, implementing partnerships, and resolving the hindrance or obstacle that arises in building partnerships. The method used is qualitative research by applying descriptive research and data analysis using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study result show that this partnership relationship has been quite successful because it is beneficial for farmers to increase the family economy. This study shows that good and correct management in the developing superior products can significantly increase economic growth and income in building partnerships

Therefore, the implementation of government procurement of goods/services is required to avoid nepotism and corruption. The PBJ process within government agencies is a strategic activity in an effort to provide services to the community or business actors to increase the use of domestic production.Auctions for the procurement of goods/services are carried out by the government and private parties. Where the government PBJ auction is financed by the APBN, Provincial APBD, and Regency/City APBD, either by self-management or electronic auction, and the Auction for the Procurement of Goods/Services is carried out by the government, all of which are regulated in Presidential Regulation number 54 of 2010.In realizing an organizational goal, good management is needed, the management of management functions, one of which is the supervisory function, by top management is very decisive in achieving the planned organizational goals.     This research aims to determine the effect of Creativity and Product Innovation onPurchase Decisions (Case Study at the Mayoutfit Store in South Bekasi). This researchwas a quantitative study with a sample of 155 respondents. The data were collectedusing a questionnaires that has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysisis done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on thet-test analysis showed that the Creativity Variable (X1) had a t-count value of 12.630 > ttable 1.97569 or significant 0.000 t-table 1.97569 or significant 0.000 F table 3.06 or significant0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on multiple linear regressionanalysis, the model or equation is Y = 5.252 +0.527X1+0.671X2.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1) jenis gaya bahasa dan 2) fungsi gaya bahasa dalam lagu Carla Bruni pada album Quelqu’un M’a Dit. Subjek penelitian ini berupa kata, frasa atau kalimat yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu Carla Bruni pada album Quelqu’un M’a Dit, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah semua kata, frasa, atau kalimat yang berupa gaya bahasa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, frasa, atau kalimat yang mengandung gaya bahasa dalam lirik lagu Carla Bruni pada album Quelqu’un M’a Dit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis komponensial, metode padan, dan metode agih. Analisis komponensial, metode padan artikulatoris, dan metode agih dengan teknik ganti, teknik perluas dan teknik baca markah digunakan untuk menganalisis jenis gaya bahasa. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis fungsi gaya bahasa digunakan metode padan referensial dibantu dengan komponen tutur PARLANT. Data ditentukan keabsahannya dengan menggunakan validitas semantis dan reliabilitas yang didukung oleh expert-judgement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam lagu Carla Bruni terdapat 13 jenis gaya bahasa, yaitu gaya bahasa aliterasi (49), inversi (4), asonansi (36), elipsis (12), litotes (1), pertanyaan retoris (7), simile (9), metafora (47), personifikasi (12), sinekdoke (2), hiperbola (8), oksimoron (5), pun atau paronomasi (4). Fungsi gaya bahasa yang ditemukan meliputi fungsi ekspresif (83), fungsi konatif (3), fungsi referensial (74), dan fungsi puitik (95)

    This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrities endorser, differentiation strategies, and brand image on the decision to purchase Vivo Smartphone products for the 2015-2018 bachelor degree students of Stiami Institute Central Jakarta. The population in this study were all bachelor's degree students at Stiami Institute Central Jakarta in the year 2015-2018. The sampling technique used was non-probality sampling with a type of purposive sampling technique and a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection has done by giving questionnaires to students’ using Smartphone Vivo products about celebrities endorser, differentiation strategies, brand image, and purchasing decisions. This study uses a multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination, with a measuring instrument, namely SPSS version 24. The hypothesis is tested by t-test and F test. The test results show that celebrity endorser, differentiation strategies, and brand image partially have a significant positive effect on decision purchase. As well as celebrities endorser, differentiation strategies, and brand image simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrities endorsers, differentiation strategies, and brand image can explain purchasing decision variables of 62.2% while the remaining 37.8% are explained by other variables not examined. Keywords: Celebrities Endorser, Differentation Strategies, Brand Image, Purchase Decision

    KEBIJAKAN SEKOLAH UNGGULAN PASCA DIHAPUSKANNYA RINTISAN SEKOLAH BERTARAF INTERNASIONAL (RSBI) DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 1 KLATEN UTARA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan sekolah unggulan pasca dihapuskannya Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) dan pelaksanaan 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru, dan komite sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Utara, sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini melalui empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dengan teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kebijakan sekolah unggulan sebagai alternatif dihapuskannya RSBI merupakan keputusan yang diambil kepala sekolah SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten Utara atas arahan dari pihak Dinas Pendidikan dengan berdasar Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). (2) Pelaksanaan 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) yang meliputi Standar Isi, Standar Proses, Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Pendidik, Standar Sarana dan Prasarana, Standar Pengelolaan, Standar Pembiayaan, Standar Penilaian, secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik.     This study was conducted to determine relationship marketing , imagery STIAMI college diploma program in Jakarta , Diploma Student’s Trust  and also  determine how much influence of relationship marketing and college’s image partially and simultaneously on Diploma Student’s trust at STIAMI Jakarta.The population was STIAMI’s Diploma Student, amounting to 465 people and the researcher takes 117 among af the population be the sample. Each respondent was given a total of 32 questions using a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that relationship marketing gives the positive influence and significant to the Diploma student’s trust, college’s image gives positive and significant impact to the Diploma student’s trust
