PENGARUH PROFESIONALITAS GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI 2 KABUPATEN MUARO JAMBI

Skripsi ini membahas tentang profesionalitas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitain kunatitatif dengan siswa kelas VII. Sampel sebanyak 84 siswa, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Simple Random Sampling, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti apakah terdapat pengaruh profesionalitas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan checklist berbentuk skala likert untuk Mengetahui skor profesionalitas guru, dokumentasi untuk Mengetahui skor hasil belajar siswa. Uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi kontingensi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik yang dilakukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara profesionalitas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, setelah dilakukan analisis data melalui analisis kontingensi di peroleh hasil rtabel 5% rtabel 1% atau 0,2140,279 maka Hipotesis Alternatif di terima dan Hipotesis Nihil ditolak. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas maka penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa diperlukan guru yang profesional

Algorithms for Stable Matching and Clustering in a Grid

We study a discrete version of a geometric stable marriage problem originally proposed in a continuous setting by Hoffman, Holroyd, and Peres, in which points in the plane are stably matched to cluster centers, as prioritized by their distances, so that each cluster center is apportioned a set of points of equal area. We show that, for a discretization of the problem to an $n\times n$ grid of pixels with $k$ centers, the problem can be solved in time $O(n^2 \log^5 n)$, and we experiment with two slower but more practical algorithms and a hybrid method that switches from one of these algorithms to the other to gain greater efficiency than either algorithm alone. We also show how to combine geometric stable matchings with a $k$-means clustering algorithm, so as to provide a geometric political-districting algorithm that views distance in economic terms, and we experiment with weighted versions of stable $k$-means in order to improve the connectivity of the resulting clusters.Comment: 23 pages, 12 figures. PENGARAHAN METODE PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN PONDASI TPA MIFTAHUL QULUB DI GAMPONG MEUREUBO

Taman Pendidikan Al-qur’an (TPA) Miftahul Qulub merupakan wadah yang sangat berguna untuk masyarakat Gampong Meureubo. Kegiatan dilakukan setiap sore untuk usia anak-anak, sedangkan dewasa setiap malam Jum’at belajar Al-qur’an dan kitab-kitab. Berdasarkan ulasan di atas, penulis diminta pimpinan TPA untuk memberikan pengarahan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi TPA, dalam kesempatan ini penulis memanfaatkannya sebagai suatu pengabdian masyarakat yang merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi bagi Dosen. Permasalahan yang menjadi tujuan ingin dicapai secara umum adalah pembangunan pondasi untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk menunjang program kegiatan TPA. Manfaat kegiatan diantaranya memberikan wadah pendidikan berbasis islam, khususnya pendidikan Al-qur’an bagi warga setempat dengan menanamkan nilai budi pekerti baik dan meneladani Rasulullah. Hasilnya, metode penyampaian sederhana karena keterbatasan tidak adanya media (proyektor), hasil print out power point dibagikan kepada peserta, gambaran dilakukan dengan spidol di kertas plano tempel di dinding. Pekerja merupakan orang tua dari santri dilakukan secara gotong royong, pemahaman penyampaian mudah ditanggapi dan dipahami sehingga sosialisasi pendampingan berjalan sukses sebagaimana mestinya

Systems of education governance and cultures of justice in Ireland, Scotland and Pakistan

This chapter compares the issue of cultures of justice in the systems of education governance in three education systems: Ireland, Scotland and Pakistan. The focus for the comparison are the current policies which shape the regulation of education. These policies were reviewed to identify key issues relating to social justice and equality, decision-making and accountability. From the analysis of each system, three central issues were identified: firstly, the improvement of a state education system; secondly, the degree of decentralisation and centralisation in governance structures and thirdly, the expectations placed on school leaders. The chapter concludes by discussing the tensions between the drive for system improvement and opportunities for school leaders to build strategies to address issues of inequality in schools
