A Review: Design of Smart Home Electrical Management System Based on IoT
—This paper will explain the benefits and
optimal use of smart home energy management
systems viewed in various aspects. The background of
this paper is many problems in Indonesia regarding
the consumption of electricity and the depletion of
natural resources. Although the government has
applied for an energy-saving program, the
implementation program is still not optimal and has
not been able to overcome the existing problems. In
this paper, the idea of applying the SHEMS (Smart
Home Electrical Management System) will be divided
into three parts including IoT control, manual /
automation control, and monitoring of real-time
electrical energy. This research will also analyze the
effectiveness of SHEMS in controlling energy use from
several sources of journal literature. There are several
points related to journal analysis including the
effectiveness of the existing method, multi-objective
scheduling, SHEMS design implementation and
comparison of the results of After and before using
SHEMS. From the results of the journal literature
analysis, it is expected to help find the right SHEMS
design method for each different case and suggests a
framework for future systems
Performance Evaluation of Supervised Machine Learning Algorithms Using Different Data Set Sizes for Diabetes Prediction
Data classification algorithm in machine
learning is very helpful in analyzing a number of medical
data with a large size and helps in making decisions to
diagnose a disease. Not all supervised classification
algorithms get accurate results in analyzing data sets. For
this reason, testing the accuracy of each supervised
classification algorithm is necessary, this can be used as a
comparison in determining which types of algorithms are
most accurate in measuring small amounts of data, and
which algorithms are the most accurate in measuring large
amounts of data. In this paper we will examine several
classification algorithms including NaĂŻve Bayes algorithms,
functions (Support Vector Classifier algorithms), rules
(decision table algorithms), trees (J48) by looking at the
results of measurements made by each algorithm with
measurement variables, which are Correctly Classified,
incorrect classifieds, Precision, and Recall. The purpose of
the study was to find the weaknesses and strengths of the
supervised classification algorithm based on the
measurement variables that have been determined against
the testing of predictive databases of diabetes. Based on the results in this study, the best algorithm that can be used to help make a decision to diagnose a disease is the SVM algorithm with an accuracy value of 77.3%
User Experience Based Mobile Application Design for Boat Loaning at Marine Tourism in Indonesia
Boat loaning in marine tourism in Indonesia significantly impacts
the continuity of tourism activities. It is because some nautical tourism destinations
in
Indonesia
use
ships
as
a
means
of
transportation
that
cannot
be
separated
from
tourism
activities.
The
problem
is,
there
is
a
lack
of
information
availability;
for
example, event information, destination, and access for boat loaning. That
makes it difficult for tourists to be able to enjoy marine tourism. Therefore, the
purpose of this study is to design a prototype of a mobile application that can help
overcome the problem of limited information and access to marine tourism transportation,
and
be
able
to
answer
the
needs
of
tourists
regarding
tourist
information
using
the user experience as a design system. The user experience method will
be applied in application design testing, to obtain development aspects in the ship
transportation ordering application, according to user needs. The results of this
study are the prototype design based on user experience. The final result shows
87.5% response agree with this prototype design. This study applies the method
of boat loaning by utilising cooperation between agents and ship providers to
provide Ease of access to information on marine tourism transportation to prospective
tourists
Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Agile Di Ukm Miliano
Abstract
The problem in this study is the system for recording incoming goods, outgoing goods are still manual in that they are still recorded in the ledger so that many items are lost and take a long time to search for files. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based sales accounting information system using the agile method at UKM Miliano. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and literature studies. The system development method uses the agile method and the test uses the black box testing method. The results show that the process of recording incoming goods, outgoing goods can be done and implemented with a running system so that data for goods, goods out can be stored properly. The conclusion is that you can implement and design a website-based accounting information system using agile methods properly

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem pencatatan barang masuk, barang keluar masih bersifat manual dalam hal masih mencatat dibuku besar sehingga barang tersebut banyak yang hilang dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pencarian barang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan berbasis website menggunakan metode agile di UKM Miliano. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskritif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode agile dan pengujiannya menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasil menunjukan bahwa proses pencatatan barang masuk, barang keluar sudah bisa dilakukan dan diimplementasikan dengan sistem yang berjalan sehingga data-data barang, barang keluar dapat disimpan dengan baik. Kesimpulannya adalah dapat mengimplementasikan dan merancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi ini berbasis website menggunakan metode agile dengan baik.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi E-Kost Sebagai Layanan Penyewaan Serta Pembayaran Berbasis Website Pada Kost Violet
The development of technology is getting faster so that it forces people to use information technology as much as possible in all their activities, one of which is for students who will undergo college in a place far from where they live. For this reason, students must find temporary housing until their studies are completed. Due to the large number of residents renting boarding houses, in this case the boarding house owners are still processing payments, recording the name of the boarding house occupants in the book so that they are easily lost and damaged. Therefore, to make it easier for boarding house owners to process boarding payments, a rental information system and boarding payments are made and can also manage payment data properly and computerized. In the process of developing the E-Kost Website, PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​are used, Rapid Application Development (RAD) development techniques. The data flow method used is a structured method consisting of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and the testing technique is using Blackbox testing. The purpose of

Maka dari itu untuk mempermuda pemilik kost dalam melakukan proses pembayaran kost dibuat sistem infromasi penyewaan serta pembayaran kost dan juga dapat mengelola data pembayaran dengan baik dan terkomputerisasi. Dalam proses pembangunan Website E-Kost ini menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman Php dan MySQL, teknik pembangunan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode aliran data yang digunakan adalah metode terstruktur yang terdiri dari Data Flow Diagram (DFD) serta teknik pengujiannya menggunakan Blackbox testing. Tujuan dibuatnya sistem informasi E-kost untuk mempermudah pemilik kost dalam proses pelayanan penyewaan serta pembayaran.

ANALISIS PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI MOBILE E-COMMERCE BERBASIS MODEL BISNIS B2C
The success of an e-commerce application depends on the effectiveness and
user acceptance of the application. Analysis of user needs and user experience is
very important to support the success of an e-commerce application. User
experience (UX) is a study that identifies the interaction of user needs, expectations,
and acceptance of products or features in e-commerce. In this paper, we will test
mobile e-commerce applications with B2C (Business to Customer) business models
in Indonesia. In this study two mobile e-commerce applications will be tested using
usability metrics by looking at the success rate of task completion, the time needed
to complete a task, and testing the level of satisfaction after the use of e-commerce
applications by respondents. Testing data collection is done in two ways including
the task of Scenario testing and User Experience Question (UEQ). This test is used
to see the comparison of two e-commerce with the best rating in Indonesia, where
the functionality of a system can be used by users effectively, efficiently and
satisfactorily in achieving certain goals and finding features that are potentially
efficient towards customer satisfaction of each e-commerce being tested. In this
study, the results of the task scenario testing comparison on two mobile e-commerce
applications on search product features and payment features with a significant
time difference. The level of user satisfaction is on an average scale of 2.05 to 2.53,
meaning that the two applications tested are in the zone of positive responses to
satisfaction when using the application
Sistem Informasi Inventaris Barang Berbasis Web pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Ende
Teknologi informasi memililki kekuatan untuk mengembangkan dan memudahkan suatu pekerjaan dalam dunia industri. Penerapan sistem informasi pada suatu instansi pemerintah maupun swasta sangat dibutuhkan karena perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat menuntut suatu instansi untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Namun dalam penerapan sistem pada suatu instansi Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Ende terdapat masalah yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai pengolahan dan penyimpanan data inventaris barang pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah yaitu penginputan dan penyimpanan jumlah data barang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk menyimpan jumlah data barang-barang yang ada. Apabila ada pihak yang membutuhkan sulit untuk mencari keterangan dimana dan apa saja data barang yang dibutuhkan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan inventaris barang yang terkomputerisasi sehingga mampu mendukung kinerja Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Ende. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall dan pengujiannya menggunakan black box testing. Kesimpulan dan hasil dari penelitian ini berupa implementasi sistem melalui tampilan hasil sistem informasi yang telah dibuat dari proses perancangan desain sistem sebelumnya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Dana BRTLH Menggunakan Metode Promethee
Upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat indonesia saat ini telah dilakukan dengan mengadakan berbagai program penanggulagi kemiskinan, salah satunya berupa pemberian dana rumah tidak layak huni. Bantuan dana rumah tidak layak huni ini harus tepat sasaran dengan kriteria sebagai syaratnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi DesaTendakinde, para apatur desa masih melakukan proses pengambilan keputusan secara konvisional sehingga dalam proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi tidak akurat, lama dan obyektif. Oleh Karena itu, para apatur desa memerluhkan sebuah sistem pedukung keputusan agar dapat proses bantuan rumah tidak layak huni lebih cepat dan akurat menggunakan kriteria yang di tentukan. Metode Yang digunakan adalah metode PROMETHEE (Preferensi raking organization for encritchment evaluation) untuk menentukan urutan berdasarkan prioritas multi kriteria baik pada data kuanitatif maupun kualitatif. Pada metode ini penelitian melakukan uji coba 6 kriteria yaitu pekerjaan, tanggungan, penghasilan, atap, dinding dan lantai dan 10 data alternative. Rancangan desain sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan dana bantuan rumah tidak layak huni menggunakan metode Prototype. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengahsilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan dana bantuan rumah tidak layak huni ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa PHP, database Msql dengan framework codigniert. Dengan demikian hasil sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan dana bantuan rumah tidak layak huni ini siap digunakan di Desa Tendakinde.

Sistem Informasi Persediaan Barang Berbasis Web Pada BKKBN Kabupaten Ende
BKKBN adalah sebuah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang Keluarga berencana. Dalam proses pengimputan data stok barang Keluarga berencana terdapat banyak kendala dan kesalahan. Proses pengimputan yang masih mengunakan word dan excel membuat pencatatan stok barang Keluarga berencana menjadi lama . Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang Sistim informasi persediaan barang alat kontrasepsi pada Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN) Kabupaten Ende. Metode Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka penulis membuat Sistim Informasi Persediaan Barang sehinga dapat mempermudah dan memperkecil kesalah laoran stok barang.
