Policy Evaluation Analysis on Empowerment of Village Development Program in Ayapo Village, East Sentani District, Jayapura Regency
This research analyzes the policy evaluation and measure the successful of such a program. It also prevents irregularity on implementation of government program. By evaluating the program of village empowerment, we are able to determine the success performance rate of that program, whether in province, district, and village. When the evaluation of village empowerment goes well, it will be a correction for next year. So, for the next budgeting year focus on the village empowerment program that increase society participation in development village. It can be concluded that the research aspect on effectively, equalization, determination as the indicator of variable (X) proved that development by Ayapo’s society do not maximal. Since, the society participation has not yet been seen on the most of empowerment programs. Then, there are improvements and increasing on variable (Y) which consist of development health facilities, quality of education, and income. Because, there are physical construction and the society in Ayapo village directly feel the positive impacts
UAS Public Perception Towards Privacy and Multimedia Configuration
The purpose of this study was to reveal public perception on the use of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) configurations of multimedia and provide a greater understanding of specific UAS configuration with respect to privacy. The participants were presented with four scenarios: audio multimedia, video multimedia, audio/video multimedia, and no multimedia. The data suggests that citizens are most concerned about privacy when the UAS was equipped with either video or audio/video capabilities. Privacy concerns were close to neutral when the UAS had no equipment on-board. In general, females were more concerned over privacy than males, except in the no equipment scenario. These findings may be of interest to UAS operators or those in government to help understand citizen privacy concerns when UAS are operated and based on the type of equipment that may be on-board
Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Aparat Pemerintah Daerah Kab. Rokan Hilir dengan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Desentralisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Empiris pada SKPD Kab. Rokan Hilir)
The purpose of this study to test empirically to related effect of budgetparticipation on the performance of local government officials with leadership style, decentralization and organizational commitment as a moderating variable in the district Kab. Rokan Hilir. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Population used in this study were all echelon II, III and IV in 15 work units (SKPD) in Kab. Rokan Hilir. The analytical method used is multiple regression wearing T-test using SPSS 17.00. The result of this study it is conclouded that in partial budget participation has an influence on the performance of local government officials. The result of the second test for inteeraction and leadership style also suggest that the effect on the relationship between budgetary participation and performance local government. And for the result of the decentralization variable interactions are also significant effect on the relationship of participation and performance of local government officials. Interaction and ttest result, which showed that the four organizational commitment can not moderate the relationship between budget participation on the performance of local government officials.Keywords : Budget Participation, Leadership Style, Decentralization, andOrganizational Commitmen
Group inquiry to aid organisational learning in enterprises
This paper describes a method for surfacing and exploring ‘situated knowledge’ in medium-sized organisations, with employee groups utilising a ‘low impact’ form of group support system (GSS), based on wireless handsets. Some results of piloting this method are summarised and one intervention is presented in detail. The method encouraged organisational members to give voice to the emotions and politics of leadership and learning in organisations, and helped to articulate how situated knowledge was ignored, as well as utilised. The method is practical, and may be used by organisations for themselves to aid the development of group as well as individual reflection, to stimulate the consideration of change
