    Milk exosomes: beyond dietary microRNAs

Extracellular vesicles deliver a variety of cargos to recipient cells, including the delivery of cargos in dietary vesicles from bovine milk to non-bovine species. The rate of discovery in this important line of research is slowed by a controversy whether the delivery and bioactivity of a single class of vesicle cargos, microRNAs, are real or not. This opinion paper argues that the evidence in support of the bioavailability of microRNAs encapsulated in dietary exosomes outweighs the evidence produced by scholars doubting that phenomenon is real. Importantly, this paper posits that the time is ripe to look beyond microRNA cargos and pursue innovative pathways through which dietary exosomes alter metabolism. Here, we highlight potentially fruitful lines of exploration

The purpose of this study is to find out how the social capital built by the Jalawastu community is able to build consensus with the local government. Harmony through integration is the key word developed by the people of Jalawastu with the world outside their community, especially with the local government. This research method will use James P. Spradley's "Gradually Forward Research Pathway", which is based on five principles, namely single technique, problem identification, gradual progress, original research, and problem solving. This research will use the functional structure paradigm. This research is an ethnographic type with a qualitative approach. Collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis begins after the field data is recorded in field notes, then the data is analyzed qualitatively to produce a thick description. The validity of the data is used by triangulation. Data analysis was carried out thematically, textually, contextually and interpretation results

Currently, electromagnetic compatibility presents a severe problem for electric and electronic devices; therefore, the demand for protection has rapidly increased in recent years. Unfortunately, the design of a high-quality shield can involve different pitfalls, and it is impossible to explore and test every possible solution. Many times, the model of an existing structure form different scientific areas have been successfully redesigned using knowledge and techniques adopted from the field of artificial intelligence. The soft computing based approach has been verified here, and selected real case study is presented in this paper. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic within the National Sustainability Programme [LO1303 (MSMT-7778/2014)]; European Regional Development Fund under the Project CEBIA-Tech [CZ.1.05/2.1.00/03.0089]; Internal Grant Agency of Tomas Bata University [IGA/CebiaTech/2019/002]; COST (European Cooperation in Science & Technology) under Action, Improving Applicability of Nature-Inspired Optimisation by Joining Theory and Practice (ImAppNIO) [CA15140]; COST (European Cooperation in Science & Technology) under Action, High-Performance Modelling and Simulation for Big Data Applications (cHiPSet) [IC1406
