    PERSEPSI MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS TIMOR PRODI PENDIDIKAN BIOLOGI TERHADAP E- LEARNING PADA KONDISI PANDEMI COVID -19

    E-learning is an indirect learning process using electronic devices and the internet which facilitates the teaching and learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. E-learning could help students to be more active in independent learning with renewable learning references. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This descriptive study was conducted by using a questionnaire technique for Biology Education students at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Timor University. The total students involved in this study were 171 students from the first year until the third year who have been selected randomly;  Students stated that they knew about using the internet as much as 97.7%, understood e-learning by 89.5% and the ease of operation was 85.5%. The implementation of e-learning with the Edmodo platform shows that it was most widely used, namely 54.7% of students, then Google Classroom with 45.3% of students. This is because students have not known yet about other various types of e-learning platforms available on the Internet and the two platforms were considered light and easy to operate with complete features. Meanwhile, 97.1% of students stated that e-learning was very useful in supporting the teaching and learning process. The main obstacle faced by students in e-learning were the unstable network connection, power outages, the availability of cellphones and data packages. This research could give the knowledge about the level of students’ knowledge about e-learning, various platforms and the obstacles faced during the implementation of e-learning.The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.     Evaluation of Health Information Systems in the Health Medical Record Birobuli Palu

    At this time, information technology is one of technology that is growing rapidly, with the advancement of information technology, data or information that provided can be fast to access, efficient and accurate. For example the results of advances in information technology is the development of the Internet network that allows all mankind worldwide using data provided or connected in the network together, meanwhile for Community Health Centers of Birobuli, data entry system still done manually, only BPJS already using a computerized system, so this study aims to determine the evaluation of health information systems at Community Health Centers of Birobuli Palu in medical record room.The method that used is qualitative, qualitative sense is depth research on employee community health center about training, processing SIK, activities program and benefits as well as developments SIK in community health centers of Birobuli Palu. The number of informants that used was 7 people of one key informant, three informant regular and three additional informants. The analysis of data using analytical approach (analysis content) with the matrix technique where the information was obtained on though in the table. It refers that input (for an educational background in the medical record average DIII of Public Health and for training of SIK at the community health center have never done the training because which provide training was from the Department of Health. Process (in data processing is done in two ways: manually and computerized, with a network system used is a LAN network, and for the delivery of report conducted by the online system and manual system). Output (many benefits of SIK for community health centers, so that the expected for community health center can immediately apply the SIMPUS program for SIK and provide training to SIK employees).The conclusion of this study is the application of SIMPUS program hasn't been implemented at the community health center of Birobuli Palu because the community health center employee have never been training that given by the Department of Health. Expected to governments and health authorities can implement and optimize the use of SIK adequately in order to achieve maximum health service

    The crystal and molecular structures of the two title organotin dithiocarbamate compounds, [Sn(C4H9)2(C7H14NO2S2)2], (I), and [Sn(C6H5)3(C5H10NOS2)], (II), are described. Both structures feature asymmetrically bound dithiocarbamate ligands leading to a skew-trapezoidal bipyramidal geometry for the metal atom in (I) and a distorted tetrahedral geometry in (II). The complete molecule of (I) is generated by a crystallographic twofold axis (Sn site symmetry 2). In the crystal of (I), molecules self-assemble into a supramolecular array parallel to (101) via methylene-C—H...O(methoxy) interactions. In the crystal of (II), supramolecular dimers are formed via pairs of weak phenyl-C—H...π(phenyl) contacts. In each of (I) and (II), the speciïŹed assemblies connect into a threedimensional architecture without directional interactions between them. Hirshfeld surface analyses conïŹrm the importance of H...H contacts in the molecular packing of each of (I) and (II), and in the case of (I), highlight the importance of short methoxy-H...H(butyl) contacts between layers

    The crystal and molecular structures of two triphenyltin dithiocarbamates, [Sn(C6H5)3(C16H16NS2)], (I), and [Sn(C6H5)3(C7H14NO2S2)], (II), are described. In (I), the dithiocarbamate ligand coordinates the SnIV atom in an asymmetric manner, leading to a highly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry defined by a C3S2 donor set with the weakly bound S atom approximately trans to one of the ipso-C atoms. A similar structure is found in (II), but the dithiocarbamate ligand coordinates in an even more asymmetric fashion. The packing in (I) features supramolecular chains along the c axis sustained by C—H...π interactions; chains pack with no directional interactions between them. In (II), supramolecular layers are formed, similarly sustained by C—H...π interactions; these stack along the b axis. An analysis of the Hirshfeld surfaces for (I) and (II) confirms the presence of the C—H...π interactions but also reveals the overall dominance of H...H contacts in the respective crystals

    The crystal and molecular structures of two triphenyltin dithiocarbamate compounds, viz. [Sn(C6H5)3(C8H16NS2)], (I), and [Sn(C6H5)3(C10H12NS2)], (II), are described. The dithiocarbamate ligand in each molecule coordinates in an asymmetric fashion resulting in heavily distorted tetrahedral C3S coordination geometries for the Sn atoms, with the distortions traced to the close approach of the non-coordinating thione-S atom. The molecular packing in both compounds features C—H....Sn-phenyl) interactions. In (I), the donors are Sn-phenylC—H groups leading to centrosymmetric aggregates, while in (II), the donors are both Sn-phenyl-C—H and methyl-C—H groups leading to supramolecular chains propagating along the b axis. The identiïŹed aggregates assemble into their respective crystals with no directional interactions between them. An analysis of the Hirshfeld surfaces show distinctive patterns, but an overwhelming predominance (>99% in each case) of H...H, C...H/H...C and S...H/H...S contacts on the respective Hirshfeld surface

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi penyelesaian sengketa akad murabahah terhadap hak tanggungan pada bank syariah di Pengadilan Agama Magelang, demikina juga bagaimana  kendala penyelesaian sengketa akad murabahah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis empiris. Penelitian ini menjabarkan hasil pengaturan hukum terkait implementasi penyelesaian sengketa akad murabahah pada KJKS BMT Arta Mandiri di Pengadilan Agama Magelang berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2006 tentang kewenangan untuk menangani sengketa-sengketa ekonomi syariah diberikan kepada Pengadilan Agama Kewenangan ini selanjutnya diperkuat dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Bank Syariah yang disempurnakan dengan Undang-undang (UU) No. 48 Tahun 2009 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman, dalam penyelesaian belum sepenuhnya berjalan sebgaimana mestinya. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kendala, diataranya faktor internal; tumpang tindih aturan, keterbatasan hakim, tidak adanya kesadaran pihak penggugat dan tergugat dalam pesidangan. Faktor eksternal adalah, sumber daya manusia yang kurang memahami prinsip-prinsip syariah, sehingga Bank syariah tidak menjalankan prinsip-prinsip syariahnya secara menyeluruh

    The complete molecule of the title compound, [Sn(C4H9)2(C5H10NOS2)2], is generated by a crystallographic mirror plane, with the SnIV atom and the two inner methylene C atoms of the butyl ligands lying on the mirror plane; statistical disorder is noted in the two terminal ethyl groups, which deviate from mirror symmetry. The dithiocarbamate ligand coordinates to the metal atom in an asymmetric mode with the resulting C2S4 donor set defining a skew trapezoidal bipyramidal geometry; the n-butyl groups are disposed to lie over the longer Sn—S bonds. Supramolecular chains aligned along the a-axis direction and sustained by methylene-C—H...S(weakly coordinating) interactions feature in the molecular packing. A Hirshfeld surface analysis reveals the dominance of H...H contacts in the crystal
