Configuration management for Lyee software
This article presents a configuration management concept for software projects using Lyee methodology. To illustrate this concept, an introduction in configuration management is given. Then, the structure of Lyee programs is defined by sets and their dependencies. From this structure, the actual configuration management concept is deduced and discussed by rendering the structure for an existing configuration

The main goals are integration with legacy logistics software and the possible use of new telematics and communication techniques. To achieve these goals, a component based architecture allows the later change and extension of components, making it possible to add new features to the system as they become available. A distributed workflow server supports the adjustment of business processes to individual needs
Das Location-Air-Doc-Service System für die Unterstützung medizinischer Zwischenfälle in Flugzeugen
Die individuelle ärztliche Betreuung der Flugpassagiere dort, wo sie sich befinden, ist heute immer noch als Vision anzusehen. Der Passagier im Flugzeug ist bei gesundheitlichen Problemen leider nicht dort, wo medizinische Experten sind. Die Fluggesellschaften hatten in Notfällen keine andere Möglichkeit gehabt als kostenintensive Landungen. Aus diesem Grund denken die Airlines über eine Lösung nach, solche Notfälle effektiver zu behandeln und somit die teuren Notlandungen unter Umständen vermeiden zu können. Es stellt sich nun die Frage, wie man diese Risikofaktoren reduzieren und effektiv behandeln kann und welche Telematik-Management-Systeme dazu beitragen könnten, dieses Problem zu beheben? Der Beitrag wird eine Lösung vorstellen, deren Ziel es ist, die individuelle ärztliche Betreuung der Fluggäste effektiv zu behandeln
