Development Communication in Indonesia: Programmes, Methods, and Approaches
Development communication is an art and science that has evolved through various communication activities and programs conducted over the past twenty years especially in the field of agricultural communication. Experiences in Indonesia are providing certain insights into the issue of communication in the agricultural development that can be made effective. In Indonesia, there is a variety of communication resources being marshalled to help agriculture develop. Farmer groups and Contact-Farmers are the essential social institutions within the agricultural communication framework in Indonesia. Several methodologies or approaches related to this foundation which have been implemented are: Farmer\u27s Agricultural and Rural Training Center (FAR-TC); Integrated Pest Management (IPM); Income Generating Project for Marginal Farmers and Landless (IGP); Decentralized Agricultural and Forestry Extension Project (DAFEP); and The Training and Visit System (T&V)
Kritik Teori Lokasi Untuk Analisis Keruangan
Regional Interdependence, Industrialization and Rural Land Conversion in Java
Global and regional interdependence among ASEAN countries under the open market is leading to unprecedented industrialization and urbanization. The benefit of transnational investment are expected by rural economy and urban systems, as they are becoming more articulated are also benefiting from these investment forces. With market trends, investment activities, and industrialization such rapid change in both urban and rural areas, the theoretical and practical research on urbanization is also undergoing change. In the Bandung Metropolitan Region, which is experiencing rapid urbanization and industrialization, rural areas are being marginalized The phenomena of agricultural persistence in the face of urbanization in the Bandung Metropolitan Area is important to examined so the combination of urban examined and rural activities within this region is explained in the light of desakota development pattern
Model Perencanaan Pengembangan Wilayah Kepulauan Nusa Tenggara
Indonesia has over 17,000 islands and long coastline which reached 81,000 km, is the largest archipelagic country in the world. However, the model-oriented development planning ke-kontinen/daratan territory, is still very limited for developing model-based development of the islands of maritime (maritime). Entanglement one island to another island in one unified remote islands naturally built olehhubungan functional ecosystem. During these activities the layout, planning area boundaries using administrative boundaries and functional social-economic development. So that spatial relationships without regard Kepuluan ecosystem. The result is the development of socio-economic inequality of small islands than large islands are reflected from poverty and backwardness of eastern Indonesia this paper - which was based on the use of Dynamic Simulation Model - trying to prove the importance of the spatial arrangement of the islands based on ecosystem boundaries (known as Ecoregion). At various scenarios simulated spatial models based approach to development since the scenario based on current (status quo approach to administrative boundaries) to the scenario based on the sustainable development approach (approach Ecoregion). The results show that an effort to manage the large island had a significant impact on the growth of social, economic and environment on the other islands in the archipelago cluster units. Furthermore, note also influential factors to be considered in a spatial concept berkawasan coastal islands Ecoregion approach
Komunikasi Nonverbal Dalam Proses Pelatihan
Passively mode-locked laser using an entirely centred erbium-doped fiber
This paper describes the setup and experimental results for an entirely centred erbium-doped fiber laser with passively mode-locked output. The gain medium of the ring laser cavity configuration comprises a 3 m length of two-core optical fiber, wherein an undoped outer core region of 9.38 μm diameter surrounds a 4.00 μm diameter central core region doped with erbium ions at 400 ppm concentration. The generated stable soliton mode-locking output has a central wavelength of 1533 nm and pulses that yield an average output power of 0.33 mW with a pulse energy of 31.8 pJ. The pulse duration is 0.7 ps and the measured output repetition rate of 10.37 MHz corresponds to a 96.4 ns pulse spacing in the pulse train
