Attitudes expressed in online comments about environmental factors in the tourism sector: an exploratory study
The object of this exploratory study is to identify the positive, neutral and negative
environment factors that affect users who visit Spanish hotels in order to help the hotel managers
decide how to improve the quality of the services provided. To carry out the research a Sentiment
Analysis was initially performed, grouping the sample of tweets (n = 14459) according to the feelings
shown and then a textual analysis was used to identify the key environment factors in these feelings
using the qualitative analysis software Nvivo (QSR International, Melbourne, Australia). The results
of the exploratory study present the key environment factors that affect the users experience when
visiting hotels in Spain, such as actions that support local traditions and products, the maintenance of
rural areas respecting the local environment and nature, or respecting air quality in the areas where
hotels have facilities and offer services. The conclusions of the research can help hotels improve their
services and the impact on the environment, as well as improving the visitors experience based on
the positive, neutral and negative environment factors which the visitors themselves identified
Tourism and mobile devices: provenance of academic research through a bibliometric study
Purpose – This paper aims to outline a map of all the research that exists on mobile technology and tourism
archived in the two main databases worldwide (Web of Science and Scopus). Accordingly, with the
identification of all the scientific articles that deal with both mobile technology and tourism, the authors seek
to ascertain the evolution of mobile technology in the tourism sector through the years, countries, universities
and authors and determine the various collaborations brought about between authors, universities,
institutions and/or companies in various research projects. Finally, it also allows the authors to distinguish
the main topics under study within the scope of ‘mobile tourism’.
Design/methodology/approach – A mixed methodology has been carried out. The search focused on
the principal databases of bibliographic references and citations of periodical publications, such as articles
from scientific journals, books and other types of printed material. Once the results were obtained in the
respective databases, it was necessary to be able to work with them. In this respect, the authors had to extract
the relevant data and dump it in a bibliographic reference manager, for which they chose Mendeley. After
this, the tabulation of data was performed in Excel and tables and graphs were created from all the data
collected.
Findings – The main results obtained and analyzed are the number of articles per year, countries and
universities. In the same way, it is interesting to highlight the number of countries and universities that
participate in each article under study. On the other hand, an analysis has been carried out regarding the
number of articles per author, as well as the topics dealt with in the different articles.
Originality/value – This analysis reveals the role that has been played by mobile phones in tourism since
the first scientific article was recorded in 2002. In this regard, in recent years there has been a significant
increase in the number of articles, finally resulting in moderate figures in relation to countries (40) and
universities (233) that have formed part of the subject matter under study. In contrast to other areas of
research in tourism, the relevance of this subject is therefore evident, as is the need for greater background
knowledge to establish research models adapted to the new reality of tourism in a world of ever-increasing

Telecommuting´s impact in management and communications variables: IT sector case
In this article we are going to deepen in the analysis of the existing associations between the different
modalities from telecommuting in the sector of CIT and variables related to the direction and communication
patterns. On the one hand, we will abound in the form at that controls the results of telecommuters, the moment
in which the control is made and, in this point, if they are the same that they are applied to non-telecommuters.
Also, we will try to know the differences with respect to the opinion of if the supervision
of telecommuters requires more time than the one of colleagues and the degree of autonomy of them
to make decisions.
On the other hand, we will emphasize the possible differences found with respect to the influence that
has telecommuting on some of the communication variables and the opinions related to the effectiveness
of the communications with the teleworkers, characteristics of the remote direction or the way to
understand the work of the supervisor
In this work we seek to count our educational experience when imparting traditional docencia
with the support of an educational web. We will begin analyzing the impact of the Tecnologies
of the Informatión and Comunicatión (TIC) shortly in the education. We will continue with the
detailed analysis of the steps that we have continued for the development of the web. Finally, we
show the results of the empiric investigation carried out with the participant students in this educational
experience, which you have contrasted us the two outlined hypotheses: that the web has
served from support to the traditional classes and that the grade of satisfaction of the same one
has been very positive
The Web 2.0 technologies is sometimes not at all clear, when you have to show as a greater or lesser use of social media, negative or positive affect on improving the way online reputation. This time, the study shows a unique case, where a property of the city of Seville, has occupied in the past two years the number one spot on Tripadvisor, making little use of this social networking on the Web 2.0. Singular that the use made of these technologies to stay in first place this is not always the most appropriate, and often produces a certain level of disruption, breaking the communication line, and the rate of publication

better promotion, commercialization and sale of products and hotel services
Interactive learning in higher education through websites. An empirical study
enseñanza-aprendizaje.More and more Higher Education courses are using websites ir order to create virtual classrooms. We
have been working with these websites in four courses of the University of Seville for some years. In this
paper, we show an empirical study related to the use of virtual classrooms and its influence in teaching and
learning processes
Toward a Better Understanding of the Intention to Use mHealth Apps: Exploratory Study
Background: An increasing number of mobile health (mHealth) apps are becoming available for download and use on mobile devices. Even with the increase in availability and use of mHealth apps, there has still not been a lot of research into understanding the intention to use this kind of apps.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate a technology acceptance model (TAM) that has been specially designed for primary health care applications.
Methods: The proposed model is an extension of the TAM, and was empirically tested using data obtained from a survey of mHealth app users (n=310). The research analyzed 2 additional external factors: promotion of health and health benefits. Data were analyzed with a PLS–SEM software and confirmed that gender moderates the adoption of mHealth apps in Spain. The explanatory capacity (R2 for behavioral intention to use) of the proposed model was 76.4%. Likewise, the relationships of the external constructs of the extended TAM were found to be significant.
Results: The results show the importance of healthy habits developed by using mHealth apps. In addition, communication campaigns for these apps should be aimed at transferring the usefulness of eHealth as an agent for transforming attitudes; additionally, as more health benefits are obtained, ease of use becomes greater. Perceived usefulness (PU; β=.415, t0.001;4999=3.442, P=.001), attitude toward using (β=.301, t0.01;499=2.299, P=.02), and promotion of health (β=.210, t0.05;499=2.108, P=.03) were found to have a statistically significant impact on behavior intention to use eHealth apps (R2=76.4%). Perceived ease of use (PEOU; β=.179, t0.01;499=2.623, P=.009) and PU (β=.755, t0.001;499=12.888, P=78.2%). Furthermore, PEOU (β=.203, t0.01;499=2.810, P=.005), health benefits (β=.448, t0.001;499=4.010, P<.001), and promotion of health (β=.281, t0.01;499=2.393, P=.01) exerted a significant impact on PU (R2=72.7%).
Finally, health benefits (β=.640, t0.001;499=14.948, P<.001) had a statistically significant impact on PEOU (R2=40.9%), while promotion of health (β=.865, t0.001;499=29.943, P<.001) significantly influenced health benefits (R2=74.7%).
Conclusions: mHealth apps could be used to predict the behavior of patients in the face of recommendations to prevent pandemics, such as COVID-19 or SARS, and to track users’symptoms while they stay at home. Gender is a determining factor that influences the intention to use mHealth apps, so perhaps different interfaces and utilities could be designed according to gender

The Impact of the Environmental Quality of Online Feedback and Satisfaction When Exploring the Critical Factors for Luxury Hotels
The tourism sector is undergoing many very significant changes. In addition to adapting to
an interactive society, the use of quality must be incorporated as a competitive strategy. It also has
the challenge of promoting excellence. The Internet is an easily accessible source of information and
by using it, hotel establishments can easily find out their consumers’ requirements. This document
aims to explore the main factors for luxury hotels that affect tourist satisfaction by studying users’
online reviews. This research investigates the importance of opting for a competitive strategy of
excellence, which specializes in total customer satisfaction. To do this, this research analyzes the
comments made on Internet by tourists at luxury hotels and uses the QSR (Qualitative Solutions and
Research International) qualitative analysis software called NVivo to study the comments made when
the tourists are highly satisfied. From this analysis, the items that these types of tourists value most
highly are identified
