Problems and Solutions Upon University Counselor’s Work on Ideological and Political Education

Universities are the main frontier of ideological and political education for university students. The quality of Ideological and political education for university students is not only related to the healthy growth of a student, but also the prosperity of his family, his country and the future development of its cause. University counselors, who regularly have the most frequent contact with students, have an immense influence on students in terms of Ideological and political education. During students’ daily life and study, university counselors provide guidance on Ideological and political education. They bear an important responsibility of reinforcing Ideological and political education of university students. Therefore, university counselors need to conform to the requirements of the times, adapt to the requirement of their profession, continuously upgrade their professionalism, employ a variety of means of education, create a favorable atmosphere for education, and make outstanding contributions to the reform of education and the making of a stable and harmonious society

Enhancing Hydrogen Generation Through Nanoconfinement of Sensitizers and Catalysts in a Homogeneous Supramolecular Organic Framework.

Enrichment of molecular photosensitizers and catalysts in a confined nanospace is conducive for photocatalytic reactions due to improved photoexcited electron transfer from photosensitizers to catalysts. Herein, the self-assembly of a highly stable 3D supramolecular organic framework from a rigid bipyridine-derived tetrahedral monomer and cucurbit[8]uril in water, and its efficient and simultaneous intake of both [Ru(bpy)3 ]2+ -based photosensitizers and various polyoxometalates, that can take place at very low loading, are reported. The enrichment substantially increases the apparent concentration of both photosensitizer and catalyst in the interior of the framework, which leads to a recyclable, homogeneous, visible light-driven photocatalytic system with 110-fold increase of the turnover number for the hydrogen evolution reaction

Three new species of the genus Drymeia Meigen (Diptera: Muscidae) from the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Plateau, China

Three new species of Drymeia are described from Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet), China: Drymeia fimbricauda Xue, sp. n., Drymeia katepimeronipilosa Xue, sp. n. and Drymeia quadratimacula Xue, sp. n. The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Shenyang Normal University. In addition, a generic diagnosis of Drymeia is given, and five species assigned to the genus Drymeia Meigen in Flies of China are transferred to the genus of Spilogona Schnabl. In the genus Drymeia, 48 species are now known from China. The effects of the uplift of the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Plateau on the structural diversity of Drymeia species are discussed
