    Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan tingkat konsentrasi, kekuatan otot peras tangan, dan kekuatan otot bahu terhadap hasil tembakan pada jarak 30 meter ronde standard bow pada atlet putri panahan PPLP Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes mirror drawing, grip strength dynamometer, expanding dynamometer dan hasil tembakan jarak 30 meter ronde standard bow untuk memperoleh data. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  seluruh atlet putri  PPLP panahan surabaya ronde Standard Bow yang berjumlah 10 atlet. Simpulan hasil penelitian untuk korelasi antar dua variabel: (1) terdapat signifikan negatif kuat antara tingkat konsentrasi dengan hasil tembakan jarak 30 meter ronde standar bow putri. (2) terdapat signifikansi kuat antara kekuatan otot peras  dengan hasil tembakan jarak 30 meter ronde standar bow putri. (3) terdapat signifikansi kuat antara kekuatan otot bahu dengan hasil tembakan jarak 30 meter ronde standar bow putri PPLP Panahan Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Konsentrasi, Kekuatan, Hasil Tembaka

    The background of this research is the presence of eighth grade students of MTs Al Yakin Pungpungan who have difficulty in throwing discs, and the problem is whether there is a relationship between balance and strength of arm muscleswith discus throwing and whether discus throwing is influenced by balance and  strength of arm muscles. Therefore this study aims to determine the relationship of balance and arm muscle strength with discus throwing results in grade VII students of MTs Al Yakin Pungpungan in the 2018 school year. This research is a correlational study. The method used is a survey method and uses test and measurement techniques. Analysis of research data uses partial correlation and multiple regression. The population of this research is VII grade students of Al Yakin Pungpungan MTs in the 2018 school year with a total of 37 students. The instruments used were standing balance, push dynamometer and disc throwing test with stages from initial attitude to final throw attitude. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between balance and arm muscle strength with discus throwing results because r count = 0.369> r (0.05) (37) = 0.334. There is a significant relationship between balance with discus throwing because r count = 0.578> r (0.05) (37) = 0.334 and there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and discus throwing because Rhitung = 0.876> R (0.05) (37) ) = 0.334. The effective contribution of arm muscle strength by 26.6%, the ability of balance 50.2%, and the total effective contribution of arm muscle strength and balance ability to the results of discus throwing by 76.8% while the remaining 23.2% is determined by other factors or variables not examined in this study

    PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SUPLEMEN N-ACETYLCYSTEIN TERHADAP KADAR MALLONDIALDEHIDE (MDA) DAN KADAR SKELETAL TROPONIN I SERUM SETELAH AKTIVITAS EKSENTRIK PADA TIKUS PUTIH (RATTUS NORVEGICUS) PENELITIAN EKSPERIMENTAL LABORATORIS

    Pendahuluan: Latihan intensitas tinggi dapat meningkatkan pembentukan radikal bebas di dalam intraseluler yang kemudian memicu terjadinya stress oksidatif yang dapat menyebabkan kelelahan. Pemberian suplemen antioksidan NAcetylcystein terbukti dapat menghambat kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh radikal bebas dan dapat menurunkan kadar mallondialdehide, tetapi tidak menurunkan kadar sTnI sebagai penanda kerusakan otot. Tujuan: menganalisis perbedaan pemberian NAC selama 1 hari dengan 7 hari sebelum aktivitas eksentrik lari downhill terhadap kadar MDA dan sTnI. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratoris dengan rancangan randomized post test only control group design. Unit eksperimen adalah 27 tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok. Kelompok K1 tidak diberikan NAC dengan perlakuan lari downhill. Kelompok K2 diberikan NAC 50 mg/kg BB satu hari dan diberikan perlakuan lari downhill. Kelompok K3 diberikan NAC 50 mg/ kg BB selama 7 hari dan diberi perlakuan lari downhill. Hasil: uji ANOVA menunjukkan kadar MDA pada K1 lebih tinggi dibandingkan K2 (p=0,000), kadar MDA lebih tinggi juga ditunjukkan pada kelompok K3 dibandingkan K2 (p=0,000). Hasil yang berbeda ditunjukkan pada kelompok K1 lebih rendah dibandingkan K3 (p=0,094). Uji kadar sTnI pada K1 dibanding K2 tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (p=0,812), kadar sTnI pada kelompok K3 dibandingkan K2 tidak menunjukkan hasil signifikan (p=0,778). Kelompok K1 dengan K3 juga tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (p=0,604). Kesimpulan: Pemberian suplemen N-Acetylcystein 1 hari dapat menurunkan kadar MDA dibanding pemberian 7 hari setelah aktivitas eksentrik. N-Acetylcystein 1 hari dan 7 hari tidak memiliki perbedaan terhadap penurunan kadar sTnI di dalam darah

    Effect Of Oxygen Levels In Drinks On The Acceleration Of Pulse Rate Reduction After Physical Activity

    This study aims to examine the effect of drinking water with oxygen levels to decrease the pulse rate after physical activity in students of Physical Education Health and Recreation. The research method used is experimental research with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Two groups were formed, namely a control group and an experimental group, consisting of 20 students of the UNUGIRI Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program. Sampling is done randomly (Random Sampling). The pulse rate is measured before and after running for 20 minutes. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the provision of oxygenated drinking water (experimental group) and ordinary drinking water (control group) on the acceleration of pulse rate reduction after running activities. The significance value obtained was 0.057, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The average pulse of the experimental group was 89.44, while the average pulse of the control group was 98.33. The administration of drinking water with an oxygen content has a positive effect on the decrease in the pulse rate after physical exertion. Subjects who consumed oxygenated drinking water after a 20-minute run had a faster decrease in pulse rate compared to subjects who consumed only plain drinking water.The conclusion of this study shows that the provision of oxygenated drinking water has a positive effect on the decrease in pulse rate after physical activity in health and Recreation physical education students. The use of oxygenated drinking water can be an effective alternative to accelerate pulse recovery after intense physical exertion.
