“Rumah Panggung” for the Settlement with Sea Level Rise Problem in the Fishermen Settlement of Tambak Lorok Semarang

Global warming is the natural phenomenon caused by increased glasshouse gases and thinned ozone layer in the atmosphere. The increasing temperature of the earth causes climate change and sea level rise. Some coastal regions in Indonesia have suffered because of it, and the greater impact is on the people's life because their activities in the settlement of coastal city are influenced directly or indirectly by this natural phenomenon. With the conditions as mentioned above, Indonesia as the biggest archipelago state in the world with its long coastal region seems to experience significant loss. The loss suffered by coastal houses because of sea level rise can be the loss of the physical functions and the investment of the houses. If the impact of sea level rise can be anticipated, so the loss can be prevented by conducting adaptation on natural changes that last slowly by, for example, making dams and utilizing the rumah panggung model. The use of rumah panggung is chosen as one of the solutions to deal with the impact of sea level rise in the troubled settlement of fishermen, Tambak Lorok Semarang, because the area experiences the tide for around 80 days in a year. The other benefit of rumah panggung is to minimize the negative impact, such as the physical damage of houses, humid house environment, and the material of the house cannot last longer. Besides, rumah panggung can use bamboo as local material, which is available with reasonable price

Upaya Peningkatan Prestasi Pembelajaran Pkn Indikator Fungsi Lembaga Legislatif, Eksekutif, Dan Yudikatif Melalui Metode Stad Pada Siswa Kelas IV

Melalui Metode STAD dalam Upaya Peningkatan Prestasi Pembelajaran PKn Indokator Fungsi lembaga Legislatif, Eksekutif, dan Yudikatif Kelas IVa Semester II SDN Karangrejo I Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri Tahun Pelajaran 2010/2011. Rancangan PTK yang digunakan adalah rancangan dengan 2 siklus tindakan. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 25 siswa kelas IVa SDN Karangrejo I Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode STAD yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran PKn mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini pada siklus I, siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan sejumlah 84% dan pada siklus dua yang mencapai ketuntasan sejumlah 100%

Kajian Potensi Arus Laut Sebagai Energi Alternatif Pembangkit Listrik Di Perairan Sekitar Jembatan Suramadu Selat Madura

Arus laut merupakan parameter yang penting dalam memperoleh besaran potensi energi arus laut yang berdasarkan nilai kecepatan arus laut dari setiap debit alirannya. Perairan Selat Madura, Propinsi Jawa Timur merupakan perairan yang memisahkan Pulau Jawa dan Pulau Madura yang diduga terdapat potensi energi arus laut yang cukup besar. Arus laut menjadi lebih kuat disebabkan karena adanya perbedaan tekanan yang terjadi pada ujung bagian selat. Selain itu selat merupakan wilayah perairan mengalami penyempitan yang terbentuk alamiah dan menghubungkan dua perairan yang lebih besar. Pengolahan data primer menggunakan software currentrose, perhitungan potensi arus laut menggunakan persamaan Fraenkel. Penyajian peta pada penelitian menggunakan software ArcGIS 9.3. Prediksi pola dan kecepatan arus laut didekati dengan pendekatan model yaitu dengan ADCIRC yang merupakan salah satu modul pada SMS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan arus berkisar antara 0,1 – 1 m/detik. Potensi arus laut dari pergerakan arus terkuat sebesar 0,5125 kW/ sedangkan potensi arus laut dari pergerakan arus terlemah sebesar 0,0005125 kW/ maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan energi yang diketahui dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pembangunan perencanaan kedepannya untuk memperoleh energi arus laut yang maksimal sebagai sumber energi alternatif

Kajian Yuridis Pertanggungjawaban Pidana terhadap Lembaga Penyiaran Televisi yang Menyiarkan Pornografi dan Pornoaksi

Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis membahas mengenai Kajian Yuridis Pertanggungjawaban Pidana terhadap Lembaga Penyiaran televisi yang menyiarakan pornografi dan pornoaksi. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya isi siaran yang disiarkan oleh lembaga penyiaran yang memuat pornografi dan pengaruh isi siaran terhadap masyarakat, khususnya anak berusia dibawah umur yang menontonnya.Untuk mengetahui pengaturan pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap lembaga penyiaran televisi yang menyiarkan pornografi di masa sekarang dan di masa mendatang , Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Menggunakan metode pendekatan kasus (Case Approach) dan pendekatan Perundang-undangan (Statue Approach). Bahan hukum yang dipergunakan antara lain bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan Perundang-undangan dan bahan hukum sekunder berupa jurnal, karya tulis ilmiah, naskah akademik. Teknik analisis bahan-bahan yang digunakan adalah analisis isi secara kualitatif .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan pertama bahwa Lembaga Penyiaran dapat dikenai sanksi pidana apabila menyiarkan pornografi. Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang pertanggungjawaban pidana lembaga penyiaran yang menyiarkan pornografi, antara lain UU nomor 32 tahun 2002 tentang Penyiaran, UU nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, dan UU nomor 44 tahun 2008 mengenai Pornografi. Sehingga pengaturan pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi lembaga penyiaran televisi yang menyiarkan pornografi di masa mendatang harus menyesuaikan karakteristik tindak pidana pornografi dan bertujuan melemahkan korporasi atau badan hukum lembaga penyiaran televisi tersebut

Pengembangan Lks Berbasis Pemecahan Masalah Berdasarkan Langkah-langkah Polya Untuk Kelas VII SMP Materi Aritmatika Sosial

The purpose of this research was to investigate the LKS development valid problem solving based on the material and practical social arithmetic. the type of research is the development of research (Research and Development), which consists of three stages, namely, the definition phase, Design, and development. The subjects were students of class VII SMP N 7 Tambusai in the first semester of the school year 2015/2016. The instrument used in this study is the validation sheet and questionnaire practicalities. Process undertaken LKS valid to get includes the step of defining, designing and development, during the development stage LKS validator validated to four people with an average gain of 3.31 validation categorized as very valid. While the practicalities obtained based testing and assessment by an expert using a questionnaire practicalities expert, junior high school teachers, and students class VII SMP N 7 Tambusai, with an average of 81.6% with the practicality of a practical category.
