    Distance Learning Environment and Intrinsic Motivation of Students of Social Science Education, State University of Jakarta

    Distance Learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era has become an alternative used by every university so that the learning process activities continue even though it is only face-to-face so that educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Distance Learning Environment on Intrinsic Motivation in learning for students of the Social Sciences Education study program. The method used in this research is quantitative research method with the sampling technique used is cluster sampling. The population used in this study were 252 social studies education students batch 2018-2020, while the sample used was 155 respondents. Based on the results of the t-test, the results obtained are t-count 8.384 > t-table 1.975, which means that there is an influence of the Distance Learning Environment variable on Intrinsic Motivation in learning in students of the Social Sciences Education study program. This is reinforced by the acquisition of the coefficient of determination test results of 31.3%

    The Effect of Customers’ Incivility and Work stress on Job Satisfaction through Burnout

    The need for public services is currently increasing both in quantity and quality. In public service, employees need high job satisfaction because if they are satisfied with their work, they will be happy to do their duties and obligations to provide good service. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by several factors both from within and from the environment. This study aimed to examine the effect of customers Incivility and work stress on job satisfaction through burnout. This research was conducted on 191 respondents in the office of the Unit of Investment and One-Stop Services in the Kelurahan in DKI Jakarta Province. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 191 front office officers working in public service offices. The data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using Lisrel. The results of the study found that customers Incivility and work stress have a positive and significant effect on burnout. Furthermore, burnout has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study implies the importance of local government to pay attention to employee burnout aspects in increasing job satisfaction and front office employee performance

    IMPLEMENTASI BLANDED LEARNING DALAM MENGKAJI ISU-ISU SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDG’S)

    ABSTRAKdilakukan blended learning dalam mengkaji isu SDG’s, kendala dan cara dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dianalisis menggunakan software NVIVO 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi blanded learning dilakukan melalui google-classroom sebagai media pembelajaran, google scholar sebagai media pengembangan pengetahuan, dan google-form sebagai media evaluasi, yang diperkuat dengan berdiskusi saat tatap muka; (2) alasan diperlukan blended learning, karena mahasiswa merasa lebih tertarik, paperless, dan bersifat fleksibel.; (3) Kendala yang dihadapi pada blanded learning adalah jika e-learning mengalami lemahnya koneksi internet, tidak menguasai e-learning, dan ketika mahasiswa tidak memperhatikan intruksi dalam pembelajaran. Respon dosen yang lambat dalam memantau e-learning juga dapat menjadi kendala. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, mahasiswa dan dosen perlu saling interaktif, sehingga blanded learning dapat efektif.  Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Blanded Learning, Sustainable Development Goal’

    This study aims to analyze the performance of nurses which is influenced by workload and motivation through job satisfaction. This research was conducted on nurses at Primaya Hospital, Bekasi Utara, where 152 nurses were used as respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with measurement of the likert scale and interval scale. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using software WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Meanwhile workload has no effect on performance. Satisfaction has no effect on performance. This result is expected to be taken into consideration for related parties in maintaining nurse performanc

    Peran Job Crafting Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Masa Pandemi Covid Melalui Burnout Dan work Life Balance

    ABSTRACT.This study aims to explore how the role of job crafting on teacher performance during the Covid pandemic through burnout and work life balance. The responden was 211 high school teachers in the West Java. Model Data collection using an online questionnaire with the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this research show that job crafting has a positive effect on performance and work life balance while burnout has negative effect. Teacher performance is negatively affected by burnout and positively influenced by work life balance. Burnout and work life balance have been shown to partially mediate the relationship between job crafting and teacher performance, but the effect of job crafting on teacher performance is better directly without going through burnout and work life balance

    This study aims to determine correlation online learning environment with study burnout of Social Studies Education students, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population used in this study was the Social Studies Education students of the 2019-2021 class as many as 254 students and the total sample was 155 respondents. Based on the analysis of the product moment value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 is less than 0.05 and Rcount (-0.416). The results of this study can be concluded that there is a negative correlation the online learning environment with student study burnout of Social Studies Education. The result reflect contrary of online learning environment to get down study burnout so it had the online learning environment better.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan pembelajaran daring dengan kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan IPS Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Pendidikan IPS angkatan 2019-2021 sebanyak 254 mahasiswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji korelasi product moment menunjukkan nilai sig.(2-tailed) 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 dan Rhitung (-0,416). Hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara lingkungan pembelajaran daring dengan kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan IPS Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik lingkungan pembelajaran daring maka semakin rendah kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan IPS Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Pembelajaran Daring, Kejenuhan Belajar

    Penerapan Model Belajar Quantum Teaching Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPS

    This study aims to determine the impact of the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model on student learning outcomes. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data was collected by giving multiple choice post test questions and observation sheets for teacher and student activities. The results of the study by applying the Quantum Teaching learning model showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes by 15% from cycle 1 to cycle 2, as well as an increase in the average value of learning from 77 to 87 which had reached the target of Achievement Indicators (IPH) ?80 % of KKM 78. The application of the Quantum Teaching learning model has also succeeded in increasing the activity of students in the aspects of asking, answering, arguing, and collaborating. The activeness of the participants in cycle 1 was dominated by the less active category, but in cycle 2 there was a decrease in that category and there was an increase in the quite active and active category. In addition, in cycle 2 there were students who were very active in the aspects of asking, answering, and giving opinions

    The Effect of Situational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction

    Performance is an essential factor in an organization; increasing organizational performance can be affected by the leadership and organizational culture. Good leadership and organizational culture will create job satisfaction for employees, thereby improving employee performance in the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling analysis using a sample of 275 employees of fire management and rescue of the North Jakarta administration. The data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed that situational leadership and organizational culture did not have a significant relationship with performance directly. Nevertheless, situational leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is suggested that the organization needs to pay attention to job satisfaction which is a significant factor in improving employee performance. Further researchers can replicate the model in a different context to verify the applicability of the model

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa UNJ terhadap kesadaran kesetaraan gender. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari seluruh Fakultas di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive random sampling.  Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 2 minggu menggunakan 150 sampel responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa/i Universitas Negeri Jakarta memiliki persepsi terhadap kesadaran kesetaraan gender yang cukup tinggi dan sisanya memiliki persepsi terhadap kesadaran kesetaraan gender yang sedang. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hampir seluruh mahasiswa/i Universitas Negeri Jakarta mengerti mengenai konsep kesadaran kesetaraan gender
