Tinjauan Pengelolaan Data Berbasis Digital Bagian Registrasi Pendaftaran Di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan

Data management is a data place that will become information which will later become health information. Where patient registration if done manually will be slow automatic management of data will have an impact on the quality of hospital services. Therefore digitization is required. The purpose of this study was to see how the implementation of digital-based data management at RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. Subjects in this study were registration officers who entered 7 people, with the object being not 5M. This research was conducted with a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Instrumentation of interview data and observation checklist. With the TOTAL 3 informants. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative to describe the implementation of data management. Based on the results of the research that there is no one who is not in accordance with the competence, the money is not yet available and adequate, the method is appropriate but has not worked well, the machine is not as expected while the material is in accordance with the competence. Suggestions from researchers are that officers should distribute leaflets (paper leaflets) to the public so that the public can register via cellphones (cellular) and that officers should change the internet speed to MBPS so that the registration process does not occur sluggishly

ANALISIS KECEMASAN PADA IBU HAMIL DALAM MENGHADAPI PERSALINAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI RUMAH SAKIT IMELDA MEDAN

Pregnant women are one of the groups that are vulnerable to the risk of transmitting Covid-19, this happens because pregnant women tend to experience physical changes that can lower their immune system, if the immune system decreases, the Covid-19 virus will easily enter and cause pregnant women was infected with the Covid-19 virus.  Pregnancy during a pandemic like this may be a risk factor for anxiety disorders in pregnant women. Pregnant women easily experience feelings of worry about something that will happen to them and their children so that it can interfere with mental health in this case anxiety disorders. These negative feelings are increasing during the current Covid-19 pandemic. This feeling of anxiety is characterized by worrying about being ignored or isolated. DETERMINAN KINERJA PERAWAT DALAM PENERAPAN PATIENT SAFETY DI RS IMELDA PEKERJA INDONESIA TAHUN 2020

The performance of nurses in providing nursing services is an integral part of health care. The factors that affect the performance of nurses also play a role in the effectiveness of the application of patient safety in nursing care, including the motivation factors of nurses and the workload of nurses. Nurses work motivation will be able to influence the implementation of patient safety. The workload of nurses can also have an impact on the optimization of the provision of service care. The general objective in this study was to determine the determinants of nurse performance in the application of patient safety at the Imelda Worker Hospital of Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Imelda Hospital Medan, totaling 217 people, with a total sample of 140 people according to the specified incusion criteria. Data analysis using frequency distribution and chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an influence on the work motivation of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000 <0.05 and there was also an influence on the workload of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000. <0.05. In connection with efforts to improve the performance of nurses in the application of patient safety at the Indonesian Worker Imelda Hospital, it is necessary for the head of care to pay more attention to matters relating to providing motivation and rules regarding the workload of nurses so that nurses can maximize their performance.Kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan merupakan bagian integral dari pelayanan kesehatan. Fakor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat turut berperan dalam keefektifan penerapan patient safety dalam asuhan keperawatan, diantaranya adalah faktor motivasi perawat, dan beban kerja perawat. Motivasi kerja perawat akan dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan patient safety. Beban kerja perawat juga dapat memberi dampak pada keoptimalan dalam pemberian asuhan pelayanan. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan kinerja perawat dalam  penerapan patient safety di RS Imelda Pekerja Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Imelda Medan yang berjumlah 217 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 orang sesuai dengan kriteria inkusi yang ditentukan. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa da pengaruh motivasi kerja perawat dalam penerapan patient safety di RS Imelda Pekerja Indonesia dengan p-value = 0,000 < 0.05 dan juga ada pengaruh beban kerja perawat dalam penerapan patient safety di RS Imelda Pekerja Indonesia dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 < 0.05. Sehubungan dengan upaya meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam penerapan patient safety di RS Imelda Pekerja Indonesia, maka perlu kepala perawatan untuk lebih memperhatikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pemberian motivasi serta aturan mengenai beban kerja perawat agar perawat dapat memaksimalkan kinerjanya

STRATEGI READING RECORD DALAM MEMBANGUN MINAT BACA SISWA DI SD LUQMAN AL HAKIM SURABAYA

Abstract: The purpose about this research to describe and analyze about (1) librarian strategies in developing reading interest of students at SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya; (2) Teachers strategy in developing students interest in reading at SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data retrieval uses interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. Analysis of the data used is data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The validity test of the data is done using data source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member check. Check the data wetness using credibility test, transferability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The stages of research conducted by researchers are (1) Preparation stage; (2) Implementation phase; and (3) Report preparation phase.The results of the study can be explained as follows: (1) The strategy of librarians namely librarians has a superior program and supports in developing students reading interest, the program is a reading record program. The reading record program is a monitoring book for the achievement of reading books by students in the lower classes which is useful for encouraging students to love reading. In addition to the reading record program, librarians also have library services, namely circulation services and audio visual services. (2) The teachers strategy is that the teacher as homeroom teacher participates in carrying out the reading record in the learning process. In addition, the teacher also monitors students to find out the development of their students, especially the development of students in reading books. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang (1) strategi pustakawan dalam membangun minat baca siswa di SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya; (2) Strategi guru dalam membangun minat baca siswa di SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data, triangulasi teknik, dan membercheck. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas dan uji konfirmabilitas. Tahap-tahap penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah (1) Tahap persiapan; (2) Tahap pelaksanaan; dan (3) Tahap penyusunan laporan. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) Strategi pustakawan yaitu pustakawan mempunyai program yang unggul dan menunjang dalam membangun minat baca siswanya, program tersebut yaitu program reading record. Program reading record adalah buku monitoring pencapaian membaca buku oleh murid di kelas bawah yang berguna untuk mendorong siswa agar gemar membaca. Selain program reading record, pustakawan juga mempunyai layanan perpustakaan yaitu layanan sirkulasi dan layanan audio visual. (2) Strategi guru yaitu guru sebagai wali kelas turut serta melaksanakan reading record di dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu guru juga melakukan monitoring kepada siswanya untuk mengetahui perkembangan siswanya terutama perkembangan siswa dalam membaca buku. PENGGUNAAN KARTU IDENTITAS BEROBAT DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS HELVETIA MEDAN

Kartu Identitas Berobat (KIB)  merupakan kartu identitas milik pasien di suatu instansi untuk meningkatkan kuliatas pelayanan kesehatan, terutama dibagian pendaftaran pasien. Kartu Identitas Berobat ini berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas pendaftaran dalam mendata pasien yang ingin berobat. Namun di Puskesmas Helvetia Medan masih ditemukan fakta bahwa kesadaran pasien terhadap pentingnya membawa KIB ketika berobat masih sangat rendah. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Helvetia Medan terutama dibagian pendaftaran pasien menjadi lambat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Helvetia Medan, dengan tujuan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang fungsi dan manfaat KIB ketika berobat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan secara langsung ke Puskesmas Helvetia Medan meliputi pemaparan materi, mendesain ulang KIB, membuat banner tentang pentingnya KIB. Hasil dari kegiatan kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan persentasi kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya KIB yang awalnya 14% menjadi 67%

FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI RENDAHNYA PENGETAHUAN IBU UNTUK MEMILIH IMPLANT SEBAGAI ALAT KONTRASEPSI DI KELURAHAN TERJUN KECAMATAN MEDAN MARELAN TAHUN 2018

Gerakan keluarga berencana sangat mempengaruhi sumber daya manusia dengan upaya peningkatan keperdulian dan peran serta masyarakat. Implant adalah metode kontrasepsi yang hanya mengadung progestin dengan masa kerja panjang dan di susukkan dibawah kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya minat dan pengetahuan Ibu untuk memilih Implant sebagai alat kontrasepsi di Kelurahan Terjun Kecamatan Medan Marelan Tahun 2018. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan besar sampel sebanyak 87 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Juni 2018 sampai 20 Juni 2018. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang meliputi pertanyaan dari faktor pengetahuan, faktor pendidikan, faktor sumber ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pengetahuan responden berada dalam klasifikasi cukup 49 responden (56,3%) dan pengetahuan kurang 5 responden (5,7%), dari segi pendidikan 46 orang (52,9%) berpendidikan SD dan 1 responden (1,1%) tamat Perguruan Tinggi, dari segi sumber ekonomi baik sebanyak 55 orang (63,2%), dan sumber ekonomi kurang sebanyak 4 responden (4,6%) untuk tidak berKB karena KB itu mahal Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan setiap faktor masih mempengaruhi ketidak mauan Ibu dalam menggunakan alat kontrasepsi Implant. Diharapkan adanya pembentukan program penyuluhan di setiap daerah  yang pengetahuannya baik bisa termotivasi menjadi peserta KB Implant, Di harapkan kepada pemerintah agar mengadakan KB gratis, karena banyak responden menganggap KB Implant itu mahal.Selanjutnya diharapkan pada responden untuk memotivasi diri untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi implant agar pemakaian antara alat kontrasepsi yang satu dengan yang lainnya berimbang

PENYULUHAN TENTANG PEMANFAATAN TERAPI KOMPLEMENTER UNTUK MENGURANGI DISMENORHOE DI SMP SWASTA IMELDA TAHUN 2024

Menstruasi merupakan periode normal perdarahan teratur dari uterus sebagai tanda bahwa alat kandungan telah matang dan berfungsi. Banyaknya remaja putri mengalami gangguan aktivitas belajar disebabkan oleh dismenorhoe yang dirasakan yaitu berdampak pada fisik yang mudah lelah dan tidak bersemangat, serta sulit berkonsentrasi karena rasa tidak nyaman yang timbul. Beberapa jenis terapi komplementer yang terbukti efektif untuk mengurangi dismenorhoe primer diantaranya adalah terapi kompres hangat, bed rest. relaksasi, exercise dan penggunaan tanaman herbal. Sedangkan penelitian lain menyebutkan bahwa alternatif lain dapat menggunakan akupuntur, pengobatan herbal cina dan suplementasi makanan. Meskipun berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu penggunaan terapi komplementer ini efektif untuk mengurangi dismenorhoe primer, tetapi pada kenyataannya di masyarakat terapi ini belum diketahui secara jelas oleh remaja putri, karena mungkin dianggap sesuatu yang tidak praktis dan perlu waktu untuk menggunakannya. Pelaksanaan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberi penyuluhan tentang terapi komplementer dalam mengurangi dismenorea kepada remaja putri yang telah mengalami menstruasi dan terganggu aktivitasnya akibat rasa nyeri menstruasi. Metode Pelaksanaan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan berupa ceramah dan tanya jawab mengenai dismenorhoe dan penanganannya melalui terapi komplementer, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 remaja putri siswi SMP yang sering mengalamai nyeri dismenorhoe pada saat menstruasi. hasil pre test responden sebagian besar remaja putri tidak mengetahui tentang pengetahuan remaja putri tentang penanganan dismenorhoe yaitu dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 22 responden (73,3%), setelah diberikan penyuluhan dan diukur kembali didapatkan hasil post test sebagian besar mengerti tentang pengetahuan remaja putri tentang penanganan dismenorhoe yaitu pada kategori baik sebanyak 26 responden (86,6%)

ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP BEBAN KERJA DI BAGIAN REKAM MEDIS MENGGUNAKAN METODE (WORK LOAD INDICATOR STAFFING NEED) DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PERMATABUNDA MEDAN TAHUN 2019

Human Resources (HR) is needed so that the availability of qualified medical personnel and in accordance with the needs of medical personnel needed to ensure the implementation of health development in order to improve the highest degree of public health. The purpose of this research is to know the planning of human resources (HR) needs of the medical record unit at the Medan Permata Bunda Hospital This type of research is descriptive. The method used in this study is the method of observation and interviews. The population in this study was a medical record unit of 9 people. Samples were taken by total sampling. Available working time based on the amount of effective work totaling 2475 / year, in 1 effective working day is 7 hours. The number of outpatient visits was 43669 patients / year, while the number of inpatient visits was 9284 patients / year. The standard time allowance for officers is 0.01 minutes. Based on the calculation of workforce requirements using the WISN formula that has been carried out in the medical record unit of the Permata Bunda General Hospital in Medan, there were 13 officers, and the number of officers in the medical record unit was 9 people. It is recommended to Permata Bunda General Hospital to add 4 medical record officers with D3 Medical Record education qualifications

The effect of giving cabbage litter on population growth of the african night crawder earthworm (Eudrilus eugeniae)

Cabbage (Brassica oleracea) is one of the vegetable wastes that is often produced by the Amahami market, Bima City. With its easy-to-wilt nature and high water content, cabbage causes it to rot quickly, which will impact environmental problems. Processing market waste certainly requires sustainable management. One model of waste management is to use it as feed. This research aims to determine the effect of giving cabbage waste on the increase in the population of earthworms (Eudrilus eugeniae). The research was carried out in Bima City, Ule Village, Asakota District, Tolotongga Environment. The type of this research is experimental. The research design was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and ten replications. The parameter observed was the increase in the number of earthworms, analyzed using One Way Anova and followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results of the research showed that giving cabbage waste (Brassica oleracea) as feed had a significant effect (0.009<0.05) on increasing the population of earthworms (Eudrilus eugeniae). The treatment with the highest results was P1 (50 grams of cabbage), with an average number of worms of 367.30

Tinjauan Karakteristik Sumber Daya Manusia Di Unit Rekam Medis Dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Dan Efektivitas Pelayanan Di UPT Puskesmas Kedai Durian Tahun 2022

To manage a medical records unit and produce quality health information, adequate resource support is needed, including human resources, facilities and infrastructure. The aim of this research is to determine the management of human resources in the medical records unit in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of services at the UPT Puskesmas Kedai Durian. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type with a cross sectional approach where data collection was carried out by interviews in September 2022 with employees of the medical records unit at the Toko Durian Health Center, Medan City with the number of officers in the medical records unit being 4 people, including 1 D3 medical records person, 1 person D3 nursing, 1 person D4 midwifery, and 1 person S1 nursing. Based on research results, in managing human resources in the medical records unit to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services at the UPT Puskesmas Kedai Durian, the majority of employees in the medical records unit do not have a medical records background and have never attended previous training. In conclusion, the UPT of the Kedai Durian Health Center in Medan City is still not efficient and effective in providing services in the Medical Records Unit
