ВПЛИВ ЗАБРУДНЕННЯ ПОЛИВНОЇ ВОДИ НА ПРОПУСКНУ ЗДАТНІСТЬ ДОЩУВАЛЬНОЇ ТЕХНІКИ ТА ВЕЛИЧИНУ ПОЛИВНОЇ НОРМИ ПРИ ЗРОШЕННІ

The necessity of measures for purification and preparation of irrigation water which comes to the pressure pipeline of the irrigation machine from suspended particles of different origin were substantiated.The scientific-methodical approaches to the estimation of the influence of irrigation water pollution on the hydraulic parameters of the SMF «Frigate» were considered, namely the throughput of sprinkler nozzles and the irrigation norm of agricultural crops. The results of the machine experiment on determining the influence of the level of pollution of irrigation water on the throughput of the SMF «Frigate» for conditions that are similar to the conditions of irrigation in Kherson region were given.Обоснована необходимость осуществления мероприятий по очистке и подготовке оросительной воды, поступающей в напорный трубопровод поливной машины от взвешенных частиц различного происхождения. Рассмотрены научно-методические подходы к оценке влияния загрязнения поливной воды на гидравлические параметры ДМФ «Фрегат», а именно пропускную способность дождевальных насадок и поливную норму сельскохозяйственных культур. Приведены результаты машинного эксперимента по определению влияния уровня загрязненности оросительной воды на пропускную способность ДМФ «Фрегат» для условий, которые аналогичны условиям орошения в Херсонской области.Обґрунтовано необхідність здійснення заходів з очищення та підготовки зрошувальної води, що надходить до напірного трубопроводу поливної машини від завислих часток різного походження. Розглянуто науково-методичні підходи до оцінювання впливу забруднення поливної води на гідравлічні параметри ДМФ «Фрегат», а саме пропускну здатність дощувальних насадок та поливну норму сільськогосподарських культур. Приведено результати машинного експерименту з визначення впливу рівня забрудненості зрошувальної води на пропускну здатність ДМФ «Фрегат» для умов, які аналогічні умовам зрошення в Херсонській області

ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ МОРАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО СТАНУ ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ

Service-combat activities of military men of the National Guard of Ukraine is connected with the fulfillment of tasks of increased danger and complexity, it occurs mainly in complex, extreme and emergency situations. However, due to the influence of professional stress, physical and mental stress, chronic fatigue, irregular working hours, servicemen often are in a low moral and psychological state, reduces or excludes the effectiveness of the solution of their combat tasks. A stable positive moral and psychological state of servicemen is the key to the success of the performance of combat-combat activities. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to analyze the existing methods for assessing the moral and psychological state of servicemen of the security forces and defense of Ukraine in various conditions of performing service (combat) tasks.The analysis showed that at the present stage of reforming the armed formations of Ukraine, both the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine, a number of differences in the understanding of certain provisions of this theoretical framework and the real relation to the phenomenon of the “moral and psychological state” are revealed. The choice of methods for predicting the moral and psychological state must be differentiated depending on the nature, content, volume, purpose, tasks and depth, interval, and forecasting period. Similar conditions for the implementation of the service-combat activities are characterized by a negative impact on the human psyche of a wide range of adverse, discomfortable and threatening factors that form a high level of professional stress. Consequently, the servicemen the National Guard of Ukraine performing service-combat activities are exposed not only to the physical threat (personal health, life), but also to the significant risk of stress, neuropsychiatric disorders and mental disadaptation. The latter are often the direct cause of disruptions in professional activity, loss or significant decline in performance, interpersonal conflicts, violations of discipline, alcohol abuse and other negative phenomen.Thus, a stable positive moral and psychological state of servicemen is a guarantee of the success of service-combat activities implementation. Consequently, the assessment of the moral and psychological state of the personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine during the performance of the service-combat activities in complicated or extreme conditions is relevant.Проведено аналіз існуючих методик оцінювання морально-психологічного стану військовослужбовців сил сектору безпеки і оборони України у різних умовах виконання службових (бойових) завдань. Доведено, що є різні підходи до визначення категоріального апарату морально-психологічного стану особового складу та розходження в його оцінюванні. Розглянуто можливість прогнозування морально-психологічного стану військовослужбовців Національної гвардії України

The process of building of the security and defense sector of Ukraine is accompanied by an integrated approach to strengthening the combat capability of military formations. The forms and methods of combat operations are changing, combat technology is becoming more and more complex, but a person remains the decisive part in performing military-combat tasks. At the same time, the critical importance in neutralizing and mitigating the impact of military threats on Ukraine's national security continues to depend on the high morale and psychological state of military personnel and the psychological readiness of the personnel of the security and defense sector of Ukraine to fulfill the tasks and their resilience to combat stress.For the successful accomplishment of the tasks, the forces of the security and defense sector of Ukraine should have a significant combat capability which includes the following main components: personnel, weapons, equipment, material resources. One of the most important is the servicemen, because only their successful activity ensures the reliable operation and use of weapons and military equipment. For qualitative performance of the set military and combat tasks, servicemen must have a set of necessary professional qualities, which in aggregate constitute a moral and psychological state.An analysis of modern legal and regulatory documents showed that there are different approaches to the content and structure of the concept of "moral and psychological state" of personnel and the difference in its evaluation and formation.The moral and psychological state of a serviceman is the current state of the human person's psyche, which is caused by the influence of the internal (professional qualities and individual psychological features of the person) and external (social, political, material and technical and natural) factors, which reflects his readiness to perform the service -battle tasks in the usual and extreme conditions, the components of which are the military-professional and psychological potentials of the serviceman.In our days, practical approaches to assessing the moral and psychological state as the most important component of the military potential of military formations are based on the use of appropriate methods, which are set out in the legal and regulatory documents of the forces of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. Проведено аналіз нормативно-правових документів, які регламентують порядок морально-психологічного забезпечення професійної діяльності сил сектору безпеки і оборони України. Визначено, що у документах є різні підходи до вибору категоріального апарату морально-психологічного стану особового складу і розбіжності у його оцінюванні, прогнозуванні та формуванні.

In the article theoretical bases of the syntheses of glass-enamel coming from modern concepts of physicochemistry are considered. The main attention is paid to the regularities related to position of anion parts of compounds. In this context the diagonal analogy and vertical homology play the most important role in producing the glass-enamel compositions.В статье рассмотрены теоретические основы синтеза стеклоэмалей, исходя из современных воззрений физико-химии. Основное внимание уделено закономерностям, связанным с положением анионных составляющих соединений. При этом диагональная аналогия и вертикальная гомология играют важнейшую роль при создании стеклоэмалевых композиций.У статті розглянуто теоретичні основи синтезу скло емалей, виходячи із сучасних положень фізико-хімії. Основну увагу приділено закономірностям, пов’язаним із положенням аніонних складових сполук.
