Literary, film and theater work of Zdeněk Svěrák and its contemporary media coverage

The diploma thesis titled Literary, film and theater work of Zdeněk Svěrák and its contemporary media coverage is focused on the personality and work of the named artist. In the first chapter, I explain the concept of media response and the way it can be researched, in the following parts, there are the already-processed specific analyzes and their results. Using quantitative and qualitative research methods, I examined three selected web portals: idnes.cz, lidovky.cz and novinky.cz. From these sources, I gathered media content that related to the personality and work of Zdeněk Svěrák. From the obtained data, I used quantitative content analysis to determine the frequency of the examined media texts, the area of work they related to, the presence of the journalist's own opinion or evaluation (or the attitude of the editor) and the way in which the work of this well-known artist is viewed. Using qualitative method, I gained information about opinions on the personality of Zdeněk Svěrák and his work from the point of view of the researched media servers, as well as readers and audiences of film and artistic theatrical productions. In the last part, I deal with the qualitative analysis of the interviews with Zdeněk Svěrák, including my own, and for comparison, I find out how this multifaceted artist...Diplomová práce s názvem Literární, filmová a divadelní tvorba Zdeňka Svěráka a její dobový mediální ohlas se zaobírá osobností a dílem jmenovaného umělce. V první kapitole objasňuji pojem mediální ohlas a způsob jeho výzkumu, v následujících částech jsou již zpracované konkrétní analýzy a jejich výsledky. Pomocí kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzy jsem zkoumala tři vybrané internetové portály: idnes.cz, lidovky.cz a novinky.cz v letech 2011 - 2016. Z těchto zdrojů jsem čerpala takové mediální obsahy, které se týkaly osobnosti a tvorby Zdeňka Svěráka. Ze získaných dat jsem pomocí kvantitativní obsahové analýzy zjišťovala četnost výskytu zkoumaných mediálních textů, oblast tvorby, jíž se věnují, přítomnost vlastního názoru či hodnocení žurnalisty (příp. postoj redakce) a způsob, jakým je na dílo známého umělce pohlíženo. Pomocí kvalitativních metod jsem získávala informace o názorech na osobnost Zdeňka Svěráka a jeho tvorbu z pohledu zkoumaných mediálních serverů, ale také čtenářů a publika umělcových filmových a divadelních počinů. The impact of the political question doctrine on decision-making of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic

Vliv doktríny politické otázky na rozhodování soudců Ústavního soudu ČR Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem americké doktríny politické otázky na rozhodovací činnost Ústavního soudu ČR. Vysvětluje, co je v americkém kontextu považováno za politickou otázku, mapuje, co lze považovat za potenciální české politické otázky, a také nastiňuje důvody zdrženlivosti soudců v případech pohybujících se na pomezí práva a politiky. První část práce stručně popisuje vztah ústavního práva a té části politiky, která souvisí s ústavním soudnictvím. Jejich vztah vysvětluje na pozadí fenoménu judicializace politiky, kdy ústavní soudy stále častěji vstupují na pole politických sporů a stojí před žádostí o jejich vyřešení. Pro lepší pochopení projevů doktríny politické otázky v českém ústavním soudnictví se druhá část práce věnuje vzniku a etablování doktríny na Nejvyšším soudě USA - a naznačuje, jaká může být její budoucnost. Třetí a čtvrtá část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na pokus o definici politické otázky v českém soudnictví, jejím limitům a její aplikaci Ústavním soudem ČR. Činí tak především na základě analýzy judikatury Ústavního soudu ČR v letech 1993-2021 a na základě rozhovorů s bývalými a současným ústavními soudci. It explains the meaning of the political question in the United States, describes what the possible Czech political questions could be and outlines reasons for judicial restraint in the cases lying on the boundary of law and politics. The first part of the thesis briefly presents relations between constitutional law and the part of politics which is closely connected to the constitutional judiciary. This relationship is explained by a phenomenon called the judicialization of politics which describes the growing role of constitutional courts in solving political controversies and policy questions. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou projektového řízení, konkrétně návrhem projektu realokace výrobních a skladových prostor společnosti Ferrokont, s.r.o. s využitím metod a technik projektového řízení. Teoretická část popisuje základní poznatky, techniky a metody projektového řízení, uplatňované v praktických kapitolách diplomové práce. V úvodní části diplomové práce je provedena analýza současného stavu firmy za pomoci studie příležitosti a následně sestaven návrh projektu obsahující časovou, zdrojovou, nákladovou analýzu a v neposlední řadě analýzu rizik projektu. V závěru diplomové práce jsou popsány přínosy projektu. Součástí diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu v programu Microsoft Project.The diploma thesis deals with the management issues, specifically the proposal of the company Ferrokont, s.r.o. and their productive and warehouse areas with using methods and technique of project management. The theoretical part describes elementary knowledge, techniques and methods of project management applying in practical part of the thesis. In introductory part of thesis is performed analysis of current condition of the company with the help of the study opportunities and than created draft of project containing time, resource, cost analysis and followed with risk analysis of the project. Restitution of works of art seized during World War II

Restituce uměleckých děl zabavených během druhé světové války Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Restituce uměleckých děl zabavených během druhé světové války" se zabývá důvody nacistického drancování umění napříč Evropou během druhé světové války, vývojem před začátkem války a v jejím průběhu, následnými osudy ztracených uměleckých děl, mezinárodními snahami o nápravu vzniklých škod a současnou situací. Tato práce na problematiku nahlíží z pohledu právní úpravy v jednotlivých zúčastněných zemích a zároveň ukazuje reálné obtíže, kterým jednotlivci čelí při snaze získat zpět ztracený rodinný majetek. Tato práce je především analýzou složité právní situace, kdy selhává jak právo mezinárodní, tak i národní právní úpravy a zároveň ukazuje, jak jsou flexibilita práva a čas pro dosažení zadostiučinění klíčové faktory. Tato práce se dělí do sedmi kapitol a obsahuje obrazovou přílohu. První kapitola vysvětluje, proč nacisté jevili tak silný zájem o umělecké sbírky, jak na umění pohlíželi a jak měla získaná díla posloužit říši. This thesis looks at the issue from the perspective of the legal framework in each of the countries involved, while showing the real difficulties faced by individuals in trying to recover lost family property. Above all, this thesis is an analysis of a complex legal situation where both international and national law is failing, while showing how flexibility of law and time are key factors in achieving satisfaction. This thesis is divided into seven chapters and includes a pictorial appendix. The first chapter explains why the Nazis showed such a strong interest in art collections, how they viewed art, and how the acquired works were intended to serve the Reich. Analysis of Economic Indicators of a Company Using Time Series

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením současné finanční situace společnosti Ferrokont, s.r.o. a stanovením návrhů pro zlepšení její činnosti za pomoci ekonomických ukazatelů a statistických metod. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku finanční analýzy, časových řad a regresní analýzy. V praktické části je provedena analýza ekonomických ukazatelů a pomocí regresní analýzy predikován budoucí vývoj podniku. Bakalářská práce obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení a řešení problémů dané společnosti. Další součástí práce je vytvoření programu v prostředí Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012.The bachelor’s thesis deals with the current financial situation of the company Ferrokont, Ltd. and with suggesting proposals to improve its activity with the help of economic indicators and statistical methods. The theoretical part describes the problems of financial analysis, time series and regression analysis. In the practical part the analysis of economic indicators is given, and the future development of the company is predicated by means of the regression analysis. The bachelor‘s thesis contains proposals for improvements and solutions of problems of the given company. Another part of the work is about to create a program in Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012.

Metrics of Growth Habit Derived from the 3D Tree Point Cloud Used for Species Determination-A New Approach in Botanical Taxonomy Tested on Dragon Tree Group Example

Detailed, three-dimensional modeling of trees is a new approach in botanical taxonomy. Representations of individual trees are a prerequisite for accurate assessments of tree growth and morphological metronomy. This study tests the abilities of 3D modeling of trees to determine the various metrics of growth habit and compare morphological differences. The study included four species of the genus Dracaena: D. draco, D. cinnabari, D. ombet, and D. serrulata. Forty-nine 3D tree point clouds were created, and their morphological metrics were derived and compared. Our results indicate the possible application of 3D tree point clouds to dendrological taxonomy. Basic metrics of growth habit and coefficients derived from the 3D point clouds developed in the present study enable the statistical evaluation of differences among dragon tree species.O

The development of the chosen classical music press from the 1989 to the present

This thesis named "The development of chosen periodical of classical music since 1989 until now" focuses on two specialized magazines which are interested in the classical music: Hudební rozhledy and Opus musicum. The first chapter informs about foundation of the particular magazines, about the motivation of the authors to establish the magazines, in which conditions the magazines have functioned in a different time periods and how both mediums have changed after the revolution in 1989. The second chapter focuses more on Hudební rozhledy, it analyses the editing's constitution of the magazines and its transformation during the specific time period. I present the most frequented authors in this magazine, changes of columns and its content. With the quantitative analysis I have founded out the frequency of column's content in the period since 1989 until now. This chapter focuses on the graphics, too, and includes a questionnaire. It shows the magazine's position in today's society. The third chapter contains the same aspects, but in application on the Opus musicum. The fourth chapter compares the developments of both magazines and the fifth and sixth chapter focuses on magazines'theme work research, its changes related to the changes in the editorial staff.
