ROLE OF KRIYAKALPA IN THE MANAGEMENT OF NETRAROGAS
The Promotion of the visual acuity was considered as on of the priorities in the branch of shalakyatantra of Ayurveda. Many procedures and formulations have described to cure the ophthalmic disorders.present conventional system of medicine has topical and systemic administration of drugs to the eye which are highly inefficient and there is a need for controlled, sustainedrelease, particularly for conditions that affect all parts of the eye.sushrutathe father of ancient indiansurgery,Advocated ‘kriyakalpa’ is the main therapeutic procedure for NetraRogas, along with other forms of treatment. He has described this in a separate chapter in uttartantra of sushrutasamhita. Some of the proven principles of management procedures and medicaments include intake of purified medicated ghee (Ghritarpana),nourishing eye both therapy (Tarpana), and processed liquid instillation through nostrils by drops or powders (Nasya),eye both therapy (pariseka),application of medicated paste on eye lids (Bidalaka)and collyrium(Anjana),these procedures improve the vision by strengthening of the cilliarymuscles, maintaining unctuousness of the eye ball, proper accommodation of the lens, delays the senile muscles, maintaining unctuousness hand these procedures also helpful in dealing with inflammatory condition like conjunctivitis, hordeolum,Corneal ulcer, staphyloma, panophthalmitisetc.thuskriyakalpa can be done in healthy as well as diseased eye conditions to improve the ophthalmic heath
Lucy Richardson and Mean Modified Wiener Filter for Construction of Super-Resolution Image
The ultimate goal of the Super-Resolution (SR) technique is to generate the High-Resolution (HR) image by combining the corresponding images with Low-Resolution (LR), which is utilized for different applications such as surveillance, remote sensing, medical diagnosis, etc. The original HR image may be corrupted due to various causes such as warping, blurring, and noise addition. SR image reconstruction methods are frequently plagued by obtrusive restorative artifacts such as noise, stair casing effect, and blurring. Thus, striking a balance between smoothness and edge retention is never easy. By enhancing the visual information and autonomous machine perception, this work presented research to improve the effectiveness of SR image reconstruction The reference image is obtained from DIV2K and BSD 100 dataset, these reference LR image is converted as composed LR image using the proposed Lucy Richardson and Modified Mean Wiener (LR-MMWF) Filters. The possessed LR image is provided as input for the stage of bicubic interpolation. Afterward, the initial HR image is obtained as output from the interpolation stage which is given as input for the SR model consisting of fidelity term to decrease residual between the projected HR image and detected LR image. At last, a model based on Bilateral Total Variation (BTV) prior is utilized to improve the stability of the HR image by refining the quality of the image. The results obtained from the performance analysis show that the proposed LR-MMW filter attained better PSNR and Structural Similarity (SSIM) than the existing filters. The results obtained from the experiments show that the proposed LR-MMW filter achieved better performance and provides a higher PSNR value of 31.65dB whereas the Filter-Net and 1D,2D CNN filter achieved PSNR values of 28.95dB and 31.63dB respectively
Development of Single-Phase Microbial Cementation Method and to Investigate its Efficacy on Bearing Capacity, UCS, and Permeability of Sandy Soils
Microbially induced calcite precipitation (MICP) is a method based on collaborative knowledge of microbiology, chemistry and geotechnical engineering. The objective of this study was to investigate the increase of the bearing capacity and the unconfined compressive strength (UCS) as well as the reduction of the permeability of sandy soil using MICP. Experiments were carried out using Bacillus Pasteurii, on three different types of sand. The admixture of bacterial culture and cementation (BCC) solution all-in-one with sand by single-phase injection was applied to induce cementation. Three samples of the selected sand were treated with varied concentrations of BCC solution, ranging from 0.05 to 0.2 L/kg, with a curing period of 3, 7 and 14 days. The test results indicated an enhancement of 55% in UCS for sand treated with a BCC content of 0.05 to 0.2 L/Kg and a reduction of 40% in permeability for untreated sand with an effective diameter of 0.5 mm treated with 0.2 L/kg of BCC solution after 14 days of curing. The results of a plate load test (PLT) on MICP treated sand showed an increase in the ultimate bearing capacity (qu) by about 2.95 to 5.8 times and a 1.7 to 3.31-fold reduction in settlement corresponding to the same load applied on untreated footing. Further investigation of the size and shape of the bearing plate on bearing capacity and settlement was carried out through a plate load test. The higher and more favorable results shown by a rectangular plate compared to a circular plate indicate that the first is preferable

A Novel Class of Pyrazoline Analogue of Combretastatin-A4 (CA-4): Synthesis Characterization and in-vitro Biological Testing
A series of pyrazoline bridged combretastatin analogues were designed and synthesised from their precursor chalcone analogues, and all these compounds were ascertained by IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectral analysis. Subsequently, all these compounds were evaluated for anticancer activities against breast cancer (MCF-7) and normal Vero (Monkey Kidney) cell lines, and five selected compounds from the series were evaluated against Hela (Human Cervical), MDA-MB-231 (Breast), and A-549 (Lung cancer) cell lines using the Sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay method. Compounds 3a, 6a, 6e, 5b, 7a, 5a, and 7d were found to be the most potent in the series, with a GI50 value of 10 to 30 M in the MCF-7 cell line. Moreover, the same compounds 6a and 7a showed remarkable cytotoxicity against the A-549 (Lung) cell line with a GI50 value ranging from 10 to 30 M, while compound 3a displayed moderate cytotoxicity against the Hela (Human Cervical) cell line. All these compounds were found nontoxic to the Vero (Monkey Kidney) normal cell line
Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Indolyl Bis-chalcones as Anti-Breast Cancer and Antioxidant Agents
A series of novel α-cyano substituted indolyl bis-chalcones (3a−l) has been synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antitumor activity against the human breast cancer MCF7 (estrogen receptor-positive) and normal Vero cell lines using sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay method. Compounds 3a, 3c and 3d showed potent activity (GI50 = 11.7, 15.3 and 17.9 µM respectively) against the human breast cancer MCF7 cell line, which was almost as good as that of adriamycin (GI50 = < 0.1 µM) whereas, screening against the normal Vero Monkey cell line showed moderate selectivity. Furthermore, all the synthesized compounds screened for their antioxidant potential against DPPH, NO, SOR, and H2O2 radicals. Most of the bis-chalcones exhibited significant DPPH (51.09−12.72 %) and NO (64.11−34.43 %) radical scavenging activity and modest activity against SOR (88.08−43.14 %) and H2O2 (80.13−56.0 %) radicals compared to the reference standard ascorbic acid (40.78 %, 42.63 %, 87.05 %, and 79.42 % respectively). Current study provides impetus for the development of highly potent indolyl bis-chalcone derivatives as anticancer leads.

Design, Synthesis, and Spectroscopic Study of 7-Azaindolyl Hydrazones with Anti-Breast Cancer Activity
A series of 7-azaindolyl hydrazones were prepared by reacting of hydrazides of 7-azaindole-3-acetic acids with aromatic aldehydes and N-substituted indolyl-3-carboxyaldehydes. Structure of all the synthesized compounds were satisfactorily correlated by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectroscopic evidences. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their possible anticancer potential against MCF-7 induced breast carcinoma. It is worth mentioning that most of the compounds were considerably active against MCF-7 cell line with GI50 values ranging from 22.3–81.0 μM. The hydrazones of N-1-substituted indole-3-carboxyaldehydes 9f, 9g, 9h, 9c, and 9j were active against MCF-7 cell line with GI50 values less than 40 μM (GI50 = 22.3 and 24.9, 29.6, 30.2 and 37.8 μM respectively) with moderate TGI values (TGI = 56.6, 59.5, 65.5, 70.7 and 94.6 μM respectively). The active compounds were also screened against the normal Vero monkey cell line, which showed moderate selectivity against inhibition of cancer cells.
