ANALISIS REALISASI ANGGARAN DANA DESA DI DESA PANGKUL KECAMATAN CAMBAI KOTA PRABUMULIH

Laporan akhir ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan dana desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di masa pandemi Covid - 19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas implementasi kebijakan anggaran desa dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dimasa pandemi Covid - 19. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan dana desa berjalan cukup lancar dilihat dari tahapan penyusunan DURK dan proses pertanggungjawaban, serta efektivitas anggaran desa dan implementasinya yang cukup efektif dilakukaan oleh pemerintah Desa Pangkul dari realisasi APB tahun 2019-2020. Berdasarkan perhitungan rasio efektivitas dilihat bahwa pada anggaran dana desa yakni meliputi penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa, pembangunan desa, pembinaan masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat serta penanggulangan bencana, darurat, dan mendesak desa, rata rata memiliki rasio efektivitas yang cukup baik. PENANGANAN COVID-19 DENGAN PEMANFAATAN DANA DESA PANGKUL PRABUMULIH

The implementation of village funds linked to the village budget to empower the community's economy during a pandemic needs to be studied. The data analysis technique is in the form of a qualitative description, in which the village head and village apparatus act as respondents. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Pangkul village funding policy during Covid-19 went quite smoothly. The allocation of village funding plans to empower the economy is quite effective. The people in Pangkul village were given socialization. Besides that, a new program has been created, namely a resilient village to maintain the stability of its community despite pandemic

Impact of the Village Fund Policy on Community Economic Empowerment during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Purpose: The goal of this study is to determine the effectiveness of village budget policies in community economic empowerment during the Covid-19 pandemic by analyzing the implementation of village funds. Design/methodology/approach: The data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis with village leaders and officials. Findings: According to the findings of this study, the implementation of the village fund policy in Pangkul village during the Covid-19 period went off without a hitch. The allocation of village fund budgets in empowering economic communities in Pangkul village was quite effective. People in Pangkul Village were educated on the Covid-19 pandemic. Practical implications: Pangkul Village has also developed a new program, namely a resilient village, in order to keep its community stable and maintained in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.  Paper type: Research pape
