    Pengaruh Implementasi Pendidikan Mitigasi Bencana Gempabumi di SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa Siap Siaga

    Students are among the groups that are vulnerable to earthquake disasters, therefore disaster understanding needs to be applied in order to realize the character of students ready to be prepared to students. The character of students on standby can be formed if disaster mitigation education materials are taught in schools in extracurricular activities and learning activities so that students have skills and knowledge related to disaster mitigation. This study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of earthquake disaster mitigation education at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom, (2) knowing the character of students ready to be prepared at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom, and (3) analyzing the influence of earthquake disaster mitigation education implementation on the formation of ready-to-be students at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom. This type of research is quantitative with the design of correlation research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with samples of grade XI students who follow extracurricular PMR and scouting. The number of research samples was 62 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analysis using spearman rank correlation tests. The results of this study are: (1) SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom has implemented earthquake disaster mitigation education in training, counseling and disaster simulation activities organized by the school, (2) character of students ready to be prepared at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom has been very ready in the face of earthquake disasters with the highest results obtained by 39 students including in the category of very ready with an average score of 92. 12 students in the category of ready with an average score of 75, 10 students in the category almost ready with an average score of 59 and 1 student in the category of unprepared with an average of 52, and (3) the value of signification p > 0.05, then H0 accepted, meaning there is no influence between the implementation of earthquake disaster mitigation education on the formation of the character of ready students at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom

    Toleransi Antar Umat Beragama Di Kecamatan Prambanan

    Toleransi antar umat beragama di Indonesia masih banyak menyisakan masalah mengindikasikan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat tentang kerukunan antar umat beragama.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan tingkat kebebasan, kerukunan dan toleransi beragama. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh persil bangunan masyarakat dari 16 desa di Kecamatan Prambanan, Kabupaten Klaten. Populasi berjumlah 20.943 bangunan kemudian digunakan teknik sampling dan menghasilkan 2.235 responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerukunan, dari setiap pemeluk agama saling terbuka dan menerima keberadaan dari agama lain. Adanya keanekaragaman beragama yang ada di Kecamatan Prambanan, tidak membuat hubungan interaksi antara masyarakat di Kecamatan Prambanan menjadi renggang dan kaku, hal tersebut membuat keindahan tersendiri yang dapat dilihat dari indikator kebebasan beragama sebanyak 84,5% responden sangat setuju dan setuju, kerukunan yaitu 79,5% responden yang sangat setuju, sebanyak 40% responden sangat tidak setuju dengan adanya konflik antar umat beragama dan sisanya menyatakan netral. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki toleransi dan kerukunan yang baik serta tidak menginginkan adanya konflik dalam masyarakat

    Abstrak: Siswa termasuk dalam kelompok rentan dengan risiko tinggi terhadap bencana. Maka dari hal itu, pemahaman bencana perlu diterapkan supaya terwujud karakter siswa siap siaga pada anak-anak. Karakter siswa siap siaga dapat terbentuk jika materi pendidikan mitigasi bencana diajarkan di sekolah-sekolah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran maupun ekstrakurikuler agar peserta didik mempunyai bekal keterampilan serta pengetahuan terkait mitigasi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter siswa siap siaga di SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel siswa kelas XI yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler PMR dan pramuka. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 62 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter siswa siap siaga sangat siap dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi dengan hasil tertinggi diperoleh sebanyak 39 siswa termasuk dalam kategori sangat siap dengan nilai rata-rata 92. Masih diperlukan peningkatan penerapan pendidikan mitigasi bencana gempa bumi di SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom, agar tercipta karakter siap siaga siswa yang lebih baik untuk kedepannya.Abstract: Students belong to vulnerable groups with a high risk of disaster. There is still a need to improve the implementation of earthquake mitigation education at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom, in order to create a better student preparedness character for the future.
