Foreign investment has a very important role, considering that a developed country still needs investment, especially a developing country. The target of increasing PAD is the community and investors in general. on the authority of the Regency/City area, finally competing to issue regional regulations (Perda) without taking into account other aspects, which can hinder investment in their respective regions. KORELASI FLEKSIBILITAS, KECEPATAN DAN INDEKS MASA TUBUH DENGAN KELINCAHAN PADA PEMAIN FUTSAL SMKN 12 BANDUNG

Kondisi fisik adalah komponen yang sangat penting di dalam olahraga prestasi. Karakteristik permainan futsal sangat cepat dan dinamis, sehingga seorang pemain harus memiliki kemampuan kondisi fisik yang bagus, salah satunya adalah kelincahan. Selain itu, faktor pendukung yang lainnya adalah kecepatan, fleksibilitas serta indeks masa tubuh mempengaruhi dari kemampuan kelincahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik korelasional. Adapun teknik dari pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 12 Bandung. Instrumen penelitiannya adalah; 1) Instrumen untuk fleksibilitas menggunakan alat flexometer, 2) Instrumen untuk kecepatan menggunakan tes kecepatan 20 meter, 3) Instrumen untuk Indeks Masa Tubuh menggunakan timbangan berat badan dan pengukur tinggi badan serta rumus Indeks Masa Tubuh, 4) Instrumen untuk kelincahan menggunakan tes Zig-zag run. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan fleksibilitas dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal, 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan kecepatan dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal, 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan indeks masa tubuh dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal, 4) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan fleksibilitas, kecepatan dan indeks masa tubuh secara bersama-sama dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, maka dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan fleksibilitas dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal, 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kecepatan dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal, 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan indeks masa tubuh dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal, 4) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan fleksibilitas, kecepatan, dan indeks masa tubuh secara bersama-sama dengan kelincahan pada pemain futsal. In addition, other supporting factors are speed, flexibility, and index the body affects the ability of agility. This research uses descriptive method with the korelasional technique. As for the technique of sampling by using total sampling, with 20 members of the extracurricular futsal SMK Negeri Bandung 12. His instruments are; 1) using the flexibility instrument to flexometer, 2) instruments for speed using the speed test 20 meter, 3) Index to The Instrument Body using the scales for measuring weight and height as well as The body, Index formula 4) instruments for agility using the Zig-zag run tests. As for the purposes of this study, namely: 1) to find out whether there is a significant correlation flexibility and agility in futsal player 2) to find out if there is a significant correlation the speed and agility in futsal player 3) to find out if there is a significant correlation indices of body with agility in futsal player 4) to find out if there is a significant correlation flexibility, the speed and agility of the body with the index on the futsal players. Based on the results of processing and data analysis, then from the results of the research conclusions to be drawn as follows: 1) there is a significant relationship flexibility and agility in futsal players, 2) there is a significant relationship speed and agility in futsal player 3) there is a significant relationship between the index of the body with the futsal players, agility 4) there is a significant relationship flexibility, speed, and agility of the body with the index on the futsal players

TRANSFORMASI NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA MELALUI ORGANISASI MAHASISWA GUNA MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN BERBANGSA DAN BERNEGARA

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai transformasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui Organisasi Mahasiswa guna kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara. Kajiannya dilatar belakangi oleh era baru fajar reformasi saat ini, dimana Pancasila kini seolah tidak pantas lagi dipakai dalam dialektik era reformasi, Pancasila sudah jarang dikutip, Pancasila sudah jarang dipakai dalam segala aspek ketatanegaraan, dan masyarakat yang terlalu menyambut gembira demokrasi dan seolah-olah melupakan Pancasila sebagai dasar kehidupan dalam berbangsa dan bernegara.Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan beberapa rumusan masalah yaitu :1)Program apa saja yang dilakukan Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan di Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dalam proses transformasi nilai-nilai pancasila.2)Pendekatan, metode, dan media apakah yang digunakan organisasi mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan program kerjanya.3)Hambatan apa yang dihadapi oleh organisasi mahasiswa dalam proses transformasi nilai-nilai pancasila.4)Upaya apakah yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi tantangan yang muncul dalam proses transformasi nilai-nilai pancasila.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi,wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Organisasi Mahasiswa Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan yang berada di Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.Berdasarkan hasil penelitianditemukan adanya hubungan antara nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalam Pancasila dengan program kerja yang diselenggarakan oleh organisasi mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial yaitu nilai ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, nasionalisme/ persatuan, demokrasi, dan keadilan.Hal tersebut terlihat dariprogram kerja yang diselenggarakan oleh organisasi mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan sosial yang merupakan proses transformasi nilai, dimana dalam setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakannya terdapat inti nilai dari Pancasila yang dipindahkan kedalam program kerja yang diselenggarakannya.Metode, pendekatan serta media yang dilakukan oleh organisasi mahasiswa dalam menjalankan roda organisasinya adalah pendekatankekeluargaan, sedangkan dalam kepemimpinan yang dilakukan adalah demokratis serta menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat bantu dalam melaksanakan setiap program kerja yang akan diselenggarakan. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan setiap program kerjanya dalam proses transformasi nilai-nilai Pancasila ini dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu hambatan internal yang berasal dari dalam organisasi itu sendiri dan hambatan eksternal yaitu hambatan yang berada di luar organisasi mahasiswa. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan kembali serta melakukan pelatihan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam menangani setiap hambatan yang dihadapi. The background of the study is the new era of early reform today, where Pancasila is now seems to be no longer appropriate to be used in the dialectic of the reform era, Pancasila is now rarely quoted and used in all aspects of state administration, and the community is overwhelmed by the presence of democracy that they forget Pancasila as the basis of life in the nation. This study seeks to describe some formulation of problems, namely: 1) What programs are carried by the Department Level Student Organizations in the Faculty of Social Science Education in the process of Pancasila values transformation. 2) What approach, method, and media are used by the student organizations in organize its programs.3) What kind of obstacles are faced by the student organizations in the process of Pancasila values transformation.4) What kind of efforts are made to face the challenges that arise in the process of Pancasila values transformation. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, with descriptive method. The data is collected through observation, interview and documentation study. The subjects in this study are all of the Department Level Student Organizations in the Faculty of Social Science Education, Indonesia University of Education. Based on the results, the study found that there is a connection between the values contained in Pancasila with the programs organized by the student organizations in the Faculty of Social Science Education, which is the value of divinity, humanity, nationalism/ unity, democracy, and justice. Those values are seen in the programs organized by students in the Faculty of Social Science Education as the process of values transformation, which in every activity held, there exist the core values of Pancasila which is transferred into the programs. The method, approach and media used by the student organizations in running the organizations are democratic leadership, kinship approach, and social media as a tool to carry out every program organized. Obstacles faced by student organizations in carrying out every program in the process of Pancasila values transformation is divided into two, they are the internal obstacles coming from within the organization itself and external obstacles coming from beyond the student organization. The efforts made to overcome those obstacles are rapprochement and trainings carried out in accordance with the needs in dealing with any obstacles faced. Studi Eksperimental Pergerakan Temperatur Radiator Terhadap Putaran Mesin (RPM) dengan Kecepatan Kipas Constant

The research aims to evaluate the engine rotation (rpm) against changes in radiator temperature. Radiator used is compact heat exchanger tube and fins type. The study was conducted using an experimental method on a BMW E.36 car with a stop state. The research scheme we use consists of radiator water reservoir tanks, water pumps, and radiators. Measuring instruments used are anemometer, thermocople, stopwatch and reader. Data retrieval is carried out at the radiator entrance temperature, radiator exit temperature and the temperature on the radiator wall that hits the fan. In this study we did variations of engine rotation (rpm) of 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 rpm. The results showed that in the use of fans at a speed of 6.5 m / s able to throw heat into the environment well, this proved to be obtained the highest temperature value at the 10th minute of 57.5 oC at a fan speed of 3.5 m / s. Meanwhile, in the 10th minute the lowest temperature was obtained from a speed of 6.5 m/s of 40 oC

PERAN GURU DALAM MEMBERI MOTIVASI BELAJAR KEPADA SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH

Motivation is one of the psychological elements present in every student, so that to arouse students' enthusiasm for active learning, the role of the teacher in providing learning motivation is very important. One of the determinants of successful learning is the motivation that students possess. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) Knowing and describing the role of teachers in motivating students' learning in thematic learning in grade V at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). (2) Knowing and describing the efforts of teachers in motivating students' learning in thematic learning in grade V at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). This research is a qualitative descriptive study using observation, interview, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study state that: (1) The role of teachers in motivating students' learning in thematic learning in grade V at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is demonstrated by the teacher as a demonstrator, classroom manager, mediator and facilitator, and evaluator. (2) Efforts made by teachers to motivate student learning include: a) The teacher as a demonstrator: using appropriate methods, using language that is easy to understand. b) The teacher as a classroom manager: paying attention to students' concentration, rolling seats. c) The teacher as a mediator and facilitator: providing learning media and facilities, playing movies. d) The teacher as an evaluator: giving rewards, giving grades or scores, giving praise and punishment
