Penerapan Pendekatan Kontekstual melalui Model Pembelajaran Investigasi Kelompok untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial Siswa Kelas X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013

The purpose of the research to improve the social skill of the X-3 graders of SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali in the school year of 2012/2013 by applying the contextual approach with group investigation learning model. Research method was a Classroom Action Research designed some cycles encompassing 4 stages: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of research was the X-3 graders of SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali in the school year of 2012/2013. The data was obtained using non-test technique including interview and questionnaire. The data was analyzed using a descriptive qualitative technique as well as data validation using technique triangulation. Result of the research showed the improved achievement of student social skills. The conclusion was that the application of contextual approach using group investigation learning model could improve the social skill of the X-3 graders of SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali in the school year of 2012/2013. Key Words: Contextual Approach, Group Investigation, Social Skil

Pulmonary Artery Hypertension Associated with HIV Infection in Nine Year-Old Child

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a serious life threatening and severe complication ofHIV infection. A PAH presentation in patient with HIV tends to non specific, result in recognizeddiagnosis at a later stage. A 9 year-old HIV patient came to Pediatric Clinic with a chief complaint of worsening dyspneu for 1 month, leg edema and difficulty lying on a flat bed. Patient showed signs and symptoms that lead to pulmonary hypertension. An ECG findings were sinus rhythm, right axis deviation, and right ventricular hypertrophy. Echocardiography findings showed rightventricular and atrial enlargement, and high probability of pulmonary hypertension. Blood examination showed CD 4 was 84 cells/μL. The patient was managed as pulmonary arteryhypertension associated with HIV (HIV-PAH) infection.The patient was admitted for 3 weeksand eventually discharged with relieve condition

ABSTRAK Baskoro Adi Prabowo, E0005009, 2010. “ANALISIS PUTUSAN HAKIM MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI TERHADAP SENGKETA PENGGELEMBUNGAN DAFTAR PEMILIH TETAP PADA PEMILIHAN PRESIDEN TAHUN 2009 (Studi Kasus Terhadap Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 108-109/PHPU.B-VII/2009)”. Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sebelas Maret. Penulisan Hukum ini mengkaji dan menjawab permasalahan mengenai Bagaimana Analisis Putusan Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi Terhadap Sengketa Penggelembungan Daftar Pemilih Tetap Pada Pemilihan Presiden Tahun 2009 (Studi Kasus Terhadap Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 108-109/PHPU.B- VII/2009). Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat deskriptif. jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang meliputi bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumen dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa pada dasarnya, Sengketa Penggelembungan Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) bukan merupakan sengketa Perselisihan Hasil Pemilu (PHPU) karena sengketa Penggelembungan DPT tersebut lebih cenderung terhadap pelanggaran administrasi karena pelanggaran tersebut dilakukan akibat warga negara yang belum memenuhi syarat-syarat untuk menjadi pemilih tetapi sudah diberikan hak pilih dan merupakan bagian dari proses persiapan Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden . Hal tersebut sesuai dengan yang dijelaskan dalam pasal 248 UU No. 10 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pemilu. Dasar Hukum yang digunakan dalam Penggelembungan DPT yaitu Pasal 29 sampai dengan Pasal 32 UU No. 42 Tahun 2008, Pasal 258 UU No. 10 Tahun 2008. Dasar Pertimbangan Hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam memutus sengketa penggelembungan DPT pada Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden sebagai berikut: Masalah Kualitatif yang terdiri dari Bantuan pihak asing dalam Pemilu, Pengurangan Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS), Pemutakhiran DPT dan pelanggaran-pelanggaran lainnya, masalah Kuantitatif yang terkait dengan penggelembungan suara dan pengurangan suara. This research study is a descriptive normative law. Type of data used are secondary data covering primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and legal materials tertiary. Data collection techniques used is the study of documents with the technique of content analysis. Based on this study showed that basically, Dispute inflate the Voters List is not a Dispute Election Results because the dispute is more likely to inflate the DPT against administrative violations because the offense was committed due to citizens who do not meet the requirements for become voters but has been granted the right to vote and are part of the preparation process of Presidential and Vice- President. This is in accordance with those described in article 248 of Law No. 10 of 2008 About Elections. Legal Basis used in mark-DPT namely Article 29 through Article 32 of Law No. 42 of 2008, Article 258 of Law No. 10 of 2008. Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan STEM@Home bagi Guru-Guru Sains dan Biologi

STEM (Science, Technology, Education, and Mathematics) adalah salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran sains terintegrasi yang bermanfaat untuk melatihkan problem solving skills dan keterampilan abad 21, serta menjadi salah satu model pembelajaran inovatif yang disarankan untuk diterapkan di kelas sains. Permasalahannya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru tentang STEM, sehingga hampir tidak ada yang menerapkannya. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan wawasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru bagaimana mendesain dan menerapkan STEM, terutama pada masa pandemi. Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru Biologi yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Biologi Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah dan guru-guru Biologi anggota Persatuan Pendidik Biologi Indonesia Folia (PPBIF) cabang Jawa Tengah (N=53). Kegiatan ini berupa workshop yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 5 pertemuan secara online dengan tema: Pengantar STEM, Problem-based Learning dan Project-based Learning, STEM@Home, Desain STEM, dan Evaluasi STEM. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun Desain STEM dan rencana pembelajarannya. Persepsi guru tentang STEM juga meningkat terkait dengan aspek-aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penerapan STEM@Home pada masa pandemi.
