This research explain about Rutgers (World Population Foundation) WPF on HIV/AIDS problem in Pekanbaru, Riau. Rutgers World Population Foundation has a program the program is Dance4life this program discuss about sexual reproduction healthy and HIV/AIDS is one of it. Based on the issue, there is question: “ How is implementation of Dance4life program by Rutgers World Population Foundation on HIV/AIDS problem in Riau society”. Rutgers World Population Foundation asked all authorities to participant and talking action to handle case situation of HIV/AIDS.This research use field research method within direct interview, by e_mail, journals, books and website on key informant as a primer data. This research use perspective constructive, the role of International organizations theory and International Non goverment organization analysis level.This research show that implementation of Dance4life program in Pekanbaru, Riau still do not effective enough it can be seen from the socialisation that is given to the teenagers still can not able to decrease the level of HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru, Riau. The minim of transportation tools in implementation also one of the cause why this program still can not flow smoothly in Pekanbaru, Riau

Analisis Konflik Antara Kelompok Masyarakat Di Maluku Tengah

Konflik merupakan bentuk perjuangan untuk memperoleh hal-hal langka seperti nilai, status, kekuasaan, dan otoritas. Tujuan dari pihak yang terlibat dalam konflik tidak hanya untuk memperoleh keuntungan, tetapi juga untuk menundukkan saingan mereka. Dampak konflik seringkali bersifat destruktif, terutama dalam bentuk kekerasan seperti perang, yang menyebabkan kerusakan dan kerugian materi dan non-materi. Konflik dianggap traumatik dan mengganggu stabilitas serta keseimbangan yang diidamkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konflik antara kelompok masyarakat di Maluku Tengah, dengan fokus pada Negeri Porto dan Negeri Haria di Kecamatan Saparua, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan menganalisis data studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci dari pemerintah Negeri, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh perempuan, dan tokoh pemuda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik disebabkan oleh batas-batas tanah yang belum terselesaikan, konflik antar pemuda dan pelajar yang dapat meluas menjadi konflik identitas Negeri, dan konflik kepentingan yang dilakukan oleh pihak tertentu untuk memperpanjang konflik demi kepentingan identita

Drug Related Problems in Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media Inpatients at ENT Ward of M. Djamil Hospital Padang

A study of drug related problems in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media has been done in the ENT ward of Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang. The study was conducted retrospectively and prospectively by tracking the patient's condition, medical record, Drug Instruction Card (KIO) and nursing care records in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. The data obtained is then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the most prevalent DRPs category was drug interactions. There were 10 cases of drug interactions of 11 DRPs incidents from retrospective data and 5 cases of drug interaction of 10 DRPs incidents from prospective data in chronic suppurative otitis media in the ENT ward of Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang. The other DRPs categories were from dose retrospective data of less than 1 case (3.84%) and from prospective data of adverse drug reactions of 5 cases (45.45%). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the category of drug related problems found in patients suppurative chronic otitis media in the ENT ward of Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang is drug interaction, less dosage, and adverse drug reactions

Penerjemahan Idiom Dalam Komik Hayate No Gotoku Volume 36

The research discussed about the translation of idioms which contained in Hayate no Gotoku comic volume 36. The aim of this research is to know how the use of strategies and procedures in translation of idiom. The theories used in this research are translation strategies of idiom according to Baker (1992) and translation procedures according to Newmark (1988). The object of this research is Hayate no Gotoku comic volume 36 as the source language and translated comic into Indonesia language entitled Hayate the Combat Butler volume 36 as the target language. This research is a qualitative research which used descriptive method. The result of this research show that from 15 idioms, the strategies found that were, 1 idiom is translated by using an idiom of similiar meaning and form, 5 idioms are translated by using an idiom of similiar meaning but dissimiliar form, 8 idioms are translated by paraphrase, 1 idiom is translated by omission. Futhermore, the procedures found that were, 11 idioms are translated by free modulation procedure, 3 idioms are translated by standard modulation, and 1 idiom is translated by cultural equivalent procedure. Based on these results, the most commonly found translation strategies of idiom is translation by paraphrase and the most commonly found procedure is transpotition

PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PENGELOLA KOPERASI

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Koperasi Cagar Jaga Nusantara (CGN) adalah kurang mampu menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip yang benar.  Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk memfasilitasi sebuah pelatihan dalam rangka penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi anggota dan pengelola koperasi. Manfaat yang diharapkan adalah pengelola mampu melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan, sehingga mereka mengetahui keadaan keuangan koperasi saat ini.  Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan, dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang seluruh aktivitas keuangan yang dilakukan oleh koperasi, bahwa seluruh aktivitas keuangan tersebut harus dicatat secara sistematis.  Setelah itu dilakukan bimbingan teknis, dimana tim pelaksana memberikan bimbingan secara langsung bagi pengelola koperasi untuk menyusun laporan keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya laporan keuangan koperasi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip keuangan, disamping adanya peningkatan kompetensi dari pengelola koperasi khususnya dalam menyusun dan membuat laporan keuangan. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan manfaat bagi dosen-dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara sebagai pelaksana kegiatan, untuk dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimilikinya kepada masyarakat luas

INNOVATION IN FINANCIAL SERVICES: THE CASE OF BANGLADESH

The financial services industry of Bangladesh has achieved phenomenal success and advancing day by day for the growth of technology. Bangladesh has long been considered a role model for financial inclusion, first with the emergence of proliferation and prominence of microfinance institutions, especially in rural areas. This paper examines the financial services innovation in Bangladesh by presenting the changes in the industry over the years. The paper also analyses the comparative picture of Bangladesh’s financial inclusion and world financial inclusion. This study is a descriptive study where quantitative data has been collected from secondary sources. The study reflects a very positive picture of financial innovation in Bangladesh. We expect that the study can be used by concerned business people in decision making for the better implication of financial innovation

Étude de préfiguration d'un Observatoire Régional de la Biodiversité pour le Languedoc-Roussillon. Bilan des attentes et besoins des acteurs - Rapport final

L'étude de préfiguration répond à plusieurs objectifs : 1. réaliser un inventaire de l'existant (diversité des expériences de type observatoire de la biodiversité, bilan des enjeux régionaux, bilan des indicateurs existants) 2. mieux définir les attentes et les besoins des acteurs et utilisateurs potentiels de l'observatoire au niveau régional. C'est l'objet de ce rapport. 3. mener une réflexion exploratoire, plus technique, sur le contenu possible et souhaitable de l'ORB (indicateurs). C'est l'objet d'un second rapport2. 4. élaborer une maquette d'observatoire (liste d'indicateurs prioritaires, exemples, structure du contenu et évolutivité) 5. élaborer des scénarii d'observatoires (structure, partenariats, gouvernance, budget). L'étude de préfiguration sera alors suivie d'une étude de programmation sur la base du choix d'un scénario

Projet d'Observatoire Régional de la Biodiversité en Languedoc-Roussillon : synthèse sur les observatoires existants

This report makes a synthesis of what is covered by the terms "observatoire de la biodiversité". An inventory of the existing observation systems (in a broad sense), and a first pragmatic classification show the trap of a semantic approach. In a second time, it is showed that the diversity of the observation systems follows three principal criterias: the width of the their scope, the origin of the data, and the type of valorization. This document provides an organized synthesis of identified biodiversity-related stakes (sensu lato) of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, which have already been identified by a series of official documents. This synthesis is preliminary to the feasibility study for a regional biodiversity observation system. After a review of the definitions of the word stake, this synthesis is organized in three parts: the biodiversity for itself, the threats that hang over it, and the environmental policies, either existing or to be implemented in the future.Ce document fait une synthèse ordonnée des enjeux (au sens large) déjà identifiés en matière de biodiversité par une série de documents institutionnels pour le Languedoc-Roussillon, comme préalable à l'étude de faisabilité d'un observatoire régional de la biodiversité.
