НАУКОВИЙ ПІДХІД ДО КОМПЛЕКСНОЇ ОЦІНКИ ДЕТЕРМІНАНТІВ РОЗВИТКУ СТРАХОВОГО РИНКУ УКРАЇНИ

Variability of economic and political conditions in Ukraine put forward new requirements for assessing the development of the insurance market, the state of which has a significant impact on the activities of economic relations and the state as a whole. Building an adequate model for assessing the insurance market and its practical use may affect the timely adoption of managerial decisions and the development of measures to improve the insurance market functioning. This is confirmed by a large number of scientific studies in the economic literature on the analytical component of the insurance market management, as well as the fact that a timely and objective comprehensive analysis is an integral part of the adoption of effective managerial decisions.In view of this, trends of the insurance market in Ukraine in difficult geopolitical and economic conditions, which are characterized by the influence of variables of the unstable economic environment, are outlined. Linear multifactorial models, which give an opportunity to assess the influence of factors on the dynamics of changes in the volume of insurance premiums and insurance payments in the market, are constructed. An estimation of the influence of each of the selected factors is carried out and based on the conducted factor analysis, a significant impact on their volume of indicators of the number of insurance companies, GDP per capita and exchange rate, is performed. Alongside with this, trend lines are constructed and forecast values of gross insurance premiums and payments are determined. Based on the conducted analysis, ways of activating the development of the market as an important subject of the country's financial and credit system are proposed.Another significant result of the research is the formation of an indicative model-scheme of the comprehensive assessment of the determinants of the insurance market development. The developed model contains a clear list and sequence of stages of the insurance market analysis and a specific methodology for assessing the impact of key factors, characteristic for changing conditions of management, on the efficiency of its functioning. Practical application allows to take into consideration the influence of individual determinants of the insurance market development on its condition, to increase the efficiency of managerial decisions in this area.Проанализированы тенденции развития страхового рынка в Украине в сложных геополитических и экономических условиях. Построено эконометрические модели, позволяющие оценить влияние факторов на динамику изменения объемов страховых премий и страховых выплат на рынке. Проведена оценка влияния каждого из выбранных факторов и на основе проведенного факторного анализа определено значительное влияние на их объем показателей количества страховых компаний, ВВП на душу населения и валютного курса. Наряду с этим построены линии тренда и определены прогнозные значения валовых страховых премий и выплат, сформирована ориентировочная модель-схема комплексной оценки детерминант развития страхового рынка. На основе проведенного анализа предложены пути активизации развития рынка как важного субъекта финансово-кредитной системы страны.Мінливість економічних та політичних умов господарювання в Україні висувають нові вимоги до оцінки розвитку страхового ринку, стан якого справляє значний вплив на діяльність суб’єктів економічних відносин та держави в цілому. Побудова адекватної моделі оцінки страхового ринку та практичне її використання може вплинути на своєчасне прийняття управлінських рішень та розробку заходів підвищення ефективності функціонування страхового ринку. Це підтверджує значна кількість наукових досліджень в економічній літературі щодо аналітичної складової управління страховим ринком, а також те, що своєчасний та об’єктивний комплексний аналіз – невід’ємна складова прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень.З огляду на це, в статті проаналізовано тенденції розвитку страхового ринку в Україні у складних геополітичних та економічних умовах, що характеризуються впливом змінних чинників нестабільного економічного середовища. Побудовано лінійні багатофакторні моделі, які дають можливість оцінити вплив факторів на динаміку зміни обсягів страхових премій та страхових виплат на ринку. Проведено  оцінку впливу кожного з обраних факторів та на основі проведеного факторного аналізу визначено значний вплив на їх обсяг показників кількості страхових компаній, ВВП на душу населення та валютного курсу. Поряд з цим побудовано лінії тренду та визначено прогнозні значення валових страхових премій та виплат. На основі проведеного аналізу запропоновано шляхи активізації розвитку ринку як важливого суб’єкта фінансово – кредитної системи країни.Ще одним значним результатом наукового дослідження стало формування орієнтовної моделі-схеми комплексної оцінки детермінантів розвитку страхового ринку. Розроблена модель містить чіткий перелік та послідовність етапів проведення аналізу ринку страхування та конкретну методику оцінки впливу ключових факторів, характерних для мінливих умов господарювання, на ефективність його функціонування. Практичне застосування дозволяє врахувати вплив окремих детермінантів розвитку страхового ринку на його стан, підвищити ефективність управлінських рішень в даній сфері

МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ОПТИМАЛЬНОЇ СТРУКТУРИ АКТИВІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ М’ЯСОПЕРЕРОБНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ

In today’s economic conditions, problems of functioning of domestic enterprises are not limited by lack of sources of financing of assets, but also often associated with inefficient investment in specific components of property, which adversely affects the level of economic efficiency of Ukrainian enterprises and the development of the economy as a whole. An important factor in making sound, rational and sound decisions about asset management is to improve existing or develop fundamentally new methods and models for optimizing the structure of assets of Ukrainian enterprises using criteria that are most relevant to current economic requirements, environmental challenges and internal objectives. In view of the above, the article demonstrates a clear dependence of the structure of the assets of the enterprise and the key indicators that characterize the effectiveness of its management. The optimal structure of assets for the studied enterprises and possible ways of their achievement are offered taking into account the defined criteria. A comparative assessment of the assets structure of the surveyed enterprises before and after optimization was carried out and on this basis the latter was confirmed by comparing the key parameters of the enterprise performance — profit and market value. A clear sequence of stages of the asset structure optimization model is proposed and described, along with methodological aspects of determining the effective structure of assets, the feasibility of its practical application at Ukrainian enterprises is proved through the achievement of the key goal of the enterprise activity — maximization of market value and profit.У сучасних умовах господарювання проблеми функціонування вітчизняних підприємств не обмежуються браком джерел фінансування активів, але часто пов’язані з неефективним вкладенням коштів у конкретні складові майна, що негативно позначається на рівні ефективності господарювання підприємств України та розвитку економіки в цілому. Вагомим чинником ухвалення зважених, раціональних та обґрунтованих рішень щодо управління активами є удосконалення наявних або розроблення принципово нових методів і моделей оптимізації структури активів підприємств України з використанням критеріїв, які найбільше відповідають сучасним економічним вимогам, викликам зовнішнього середовища та внутрішнім цільовим орієнтирам діяльності підприємства. Зважаючи на вищезазначене, продемонстровано чітку залежність структури активів підприємства і ключових показників, що характеризують ефективність його господарювання. Запропоновано оптимальну з урахуванням визначених критеріїв структуру активів для досліджуваних підприємств та можливі способи їх досягнення. Проведено порівняльну оцінку структури активів досліджуваних підприємств до і після оптимізації та на цій основі підтверджено ефективність останньої шляхом порівняння ключових параметрів ефективності діяльності підприємства — прибутку та ринкової вартості. Запропоновано та описано послідовність етапів моделі оптимізації структури активів із зазначенням методичних аспектів визначення оптимальної структури активів, доведено доцільність її практичного застосування на підприємствах України через досягнення ключової цілі діяльності підприємства — збільшення ринкової вартості та прибутку

МІКРОБНО-ВІРУСНІ АСОЦІАЦІЇ ДЕЯКИХ ВНУТРІШНЬОКЛІТИННИХ ПАТОГЕНІВ (MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIAE ТА HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS) У ХВОРИХ НА НЕГОСПІТАЛЬНУ ПНЕВМОНІЮ

We analyzed contamination data on mixed infection (Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Herpes simplex virus) in patients with community-acquired pneumonia. It was found that patients with associated infection pneumonia duration had more severe character with negative consequences.Проаналізовано дані інфікованості на мікст-інфекцію (Mycoplasma рneumoniae та Herpes simplex virus) у хворих на негоспітальну пневмонію (НП). Встановлено, що за асоційованої інфікованості перебіг пневмонії був найтяжчим з негативними наслідками

Inversionless light amplification and optical switching controlled by state-dependent alignment of molecules

We propose a method to achieve amplification without population inversion by anisotropic molecules whose orientation by an external electric field is state-dependent. It is based on decoupling of the lower-state molecules from the resonant light while the excited ones remain emitting. The suitable class of molecules is discussed, the equation for the gain factor is derived, and the magnitude of the inversionless amplification is estimated for the typical experimental conditions. Such switching of the sample from absorbing to amplifying via transparent state is shown to be possible both with the aid of dc and ac control electric fields.Comment: AMS-LaTeX v1.2, 4 pages with 4 figure

Formation of plasma around a small meteoroid: 1. Kinetic theory

This article is a companion to Dimant and Oppenheim [2017] https://doi.org/10.1002/2017JA023963.This paper calculates the spatial distribution of the plasma responsible for radar head echoes by applying the kinetic theory developed in the companion paper. This results in a set of analytic expressions for the plasma density as a function of distance from the meteoroid. It shows that at distances less than a collisional mean free path from the meteoroid surface, the plasma density drops in proportion to 1/R where R is the distance from the meteoroid center; and, at distances much longer than the mean‐free‐path behind the meteoroid, the density diminishes at a rate proportional to 1/R2. The influence of Galactic aberration on precession parameters determined from VLBI observations

The influence of proper motions of sources due to Galactic aberration on precession models based on VLBI data is determined. Comparisons of the linear trends in the coordinates of the celestial pole obtained with and without taking into account Galactic aberration indicate that this effect can reach 20 $\mu$as per century, which is important for modern precession models. It is also shown that correcting for Galactic aberration influences the derived parameters of low-frequency nutation terms. It is therefore necessary to correct for Galactic aberration in the reduction of modern astrometric observations

ST. GEORGE'S RESPIRATORY QUESTIONNAIRE (SGRQ) IN THE LIFE QUALITY EVALUATION OF PATIENTS CURED OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

Goal: to evaluate the life quality of patients cured of pulmonary tuberculosis. All patients had spirometry done. The life quality was assessed with the help of St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) for respiratory function evaluation. Average values for all questions of St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire was lower compared to those healthy even in the patients with normal respiratory function. Data of St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire had statistically confident correlation with spirometry rates, high co-efficient of test-retest correlation and agreement. Therefore St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire is a true and reliable tool for life quality evaluation of patients cured of pulmonary tuberculosis. The main factors providing impact on life quality were respiratory function disorders and severity of dyspnea
