Взаимосвязь полиморфизмов генов цитокинов TNF-α, IL-10, MBL2, IFN-γ и IL-6 в развитии осложненного течения урогенитальной хламидийной инфекции у мужчин

Goal. To develop a personified approach to the management of men with the urogenital chlamydia infection based on studying the molecular and genetic risk factors of the development of complications. Materials and methods. Patients with the urogenital chlamydia infection (20 men with the urogenital chlamydia infection of the lower urogenital tract and 20 men with complicated forms of the urogenital chlamydia infection) and men without any clinical or laboratory signs of STDs and inflammatory diseases of the urogenital tract. The following methods were used in the study: anamnestic, clinical, instrumental (transrectal ultrasonography) and laboratory (microscopic, bacteriological, molecular and biological (PCR, SNaPshot)). Results. According to the study results, the share of cases of ureteritis caused by C. trachomatis amounted to 10.5% of the total share of cases of ureteritis and 13.0% of cases of non-gonococcal ureteritis. The percentage of complicated urogenital diseases caused by C. trachomatis amounted to 34.5% of the total share of complicated forms and 35.7% of noncomplicated forms of the non-gonococcal origin. Subjective clinical signs of complicated forms of the chlamydia infection did not have any reliable distinctions from those observed in case of non-complicated forms of the disease; the infectious process caused by C. trachomatis was characterized by the absence of leukocytosis in the urethra in 30.0% of men with both non-complicated and complicated forms of the disease. The study of the polymorphism of cytokine genes revealed that the CC genotype of IL-6 gene at the -174 locus can serve as a molecular predictor of the complicated course of urogenital chlamydiosis in men while the GC genotype of IL-6 gene at the -174 locus can serve as a molecular predictor of the non-complicated course of urogenital chlamydiosis in men. Based on these results, the authors developed an algorithm for a differential approach to the management of patients suffering from chlamydia infection. Conclusion. A differential approach to the management of men with the urogenital chlamydia infection depending on the molecular predictor of the complicated course of the disease was developed.Цель. Разработка персонализированного подхода к ведению мужчин с урогенитальной хламидийной инфекцией на основании изучения молекулярно-генетических факторов риска развития осложнений заболевания. Материал и методы. Больные урогенитальной хламидийной инфекцией (20 мужчин с урогенитальной хламидийной инфекцией нижних отделов мочеполового тракта и 20 мужчин с осложненными формами урогенитальной хламидийной инфекции) и 20 мужчин, не имевших клинических и лабораторных признаков ИППП и воспалительных заболеваний урогенитального тракта. В исследовании использованы следующие методы: анамнестический, клинический, инструментальный (ТРУЗИ), лабораторные (микроскопический, бактериологический, молекулярнобиологические (ПЦР, SNaPshot)). Результаты. Установлено, что доля уретритов, обусловленных C. trachomatis, составила 10,5% от общей доли уретритов и 13,0% от доли негонококковых уретритов. Доля осложненных форм урогенитальных заболеваний, обусловленных C. trachomatis, составила 34,5% от общей доли осложненных форм и 35,7% от доли осложненных форм негонококковой этиологии. Субъективные клинические признаки осложненных форм хламидийной инфекции не имели достоверных отличий от таковых при неосложненных формах заболевания, при этом инфекционный процесс, вызванный C. trachomatis, характеризовался отсутствием лейкоцитоза в уретре у 30,0% мужчин как с неосложненными, так и с осложненными формами заболевания. При изучении полиморфизмов генов цитокинов установлено, что молекулярным предиктором осложненного клинического течения урогенитального хламидиоза у мужчин может являться генотип СС гена IL-6 в положении -174, молекулярным предиктором неосложненного клинического течения урогенитального хламидиоза у мужчин — генотип GC гена IL-6 в положении -174. На основании полученных данных разработан алгоритм дифференцированной тактики ведения больных хламидийной инфекцией. Заключение. Разработана дифференцированная тактика ведения мужчин, больных урогенитальной хламидийной инфекцией, в зависимости от выявления молекулярного предиктора осложненного течения заболевания

Mechanism of Oxygen Redistribution During Ultra-shallow Junction Formation in Silicon

The transport of dissolved oxygen in the Czochralski silicon towards the arsenic-doped ultra-shallow junction was investigated. Ultra-shallow junction was formed by low-energy As+ ion implantation with the subsequent furnace annealing at 750 C-950 C temperatures for the dopant activation. Oxygen and arse-nic redistributions were investigated by secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) technique. The peculiari-ties of defect creation and transformation were studied by the X-ray diffuse scattering technique (XDS). It was found that oxygen concentration in the arsenic redistribution region is increased a few times already after 1 minute of annealing. Increase of annealing time leads to decrease of oxygen accumulation as a re-sult of oxygen transportation to the SiO2/Si interface. As a result the thickness of screen silicon oxide is in-creased by 0.5 nm. This effect is related with the oxygen gettering from the wafer bulk. Research of the work of technological compton scattering tomograph on the photon beam of the source ¹³⁷Cs

The results of the works, which have been carried out in NSC KIPT, on creation of a stationary technological Compton scattering tomograph are submitted. Modeling physical processes under program GEANT 3 is carried out, the design of a tomograph for a case of use is determined as a source of photons of the accelerator Van de Graaf on energy 3 MeV. Tests results of a tomograph work on a photon beam of the source ¹³⁷Cs are submitted.Представлено результати виконаних у ННЦ ХФТІ робіт по створенню стаціонарного технологічного комптонівського томографа. Проведено моделювання фізичних процесів по програмі GEANT 3, визначено конструкцію томографа для випадку використання як джерело фотонів прискорювача Ван де Граафа на енергію 3 МеВ. Formation of silicon nanoclusters in buried ultra-thin oxide layers

The peculiarities of buried layer formation obtained by co-implantation of O2 ions with the energy of 130 keV and carbon ions within the energy range of 30-50 keV have been investigated. The corresponding ion doses for carbon and oxygen ions were equal to 2 x 10¹⁶ cm⁻² and 1.8 x 10¹⁷ cm⁻², respectively. It has been observed that annealing at 1150 °C results in enhanced oxygen diffusion towards the region with a maximum carbon concentration. Analysis of X-ray diffraction patterns with a SIMS depth profiles inherent to annealed samples suggests formation of Si nanoclusters in the region with maximum concentrations of carbon and oxygen vacancies. The intensive luminescence has been observed with the maximum at 600 nm, which could be associated with silicon nano-inclusions in thin stoichiometric SiO₂ layer
