Appraisal of Company's Financial Situation and its Information System Support

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace podniku CSYSTEM Group, s.r.o. pomocí elementárních metod finanční analýzy. V práci jsou popsány a následně vypočteny jednotlivé ukazatele a na základě získaných výsledků jsou formulovány závěry a návrhy pro zlepšení dané situace podniku s použitím informačního systému.This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of financial situation of the company CSYSTEM Group, Ltd. by using elementary method of financial analysis. At this thesis particular indicators are described after that calculated and suggestions for improving the company situation using the information system are made based on the obtained results.

Analýza účinnosti hnacího ústrojí osobního automobilu

Tato disertační práce se zabývá analýzou mechanické účinnosti hnacího ústrojí osobního automobilu jako celku. Za tímto účelem vzniklo unikátní zařízení k měření točivého momentu spalovacího motoru, který vstupuje do řetězce převodového ústrojí. V této práci je také celý systém matematicky popsán a byl vytvořen matematický model, který byl verifikovaný s daty naměřenými během experimentu. Takto ucelená práce poskytuje nový pohled na celou problematiku a přináší mnoho nově získaných poznatků v této oblasti.This dissertation deals with the analysis of the powertrain efficiency of a passenger vehicle as a whole. For this purpose, a unique device for measuring the torque of an internal combustion engine has been created, which enters the transmision chain. In this work, the whole system is mathematically described and a mathematical model has been created that has been verified with the data measured during the experiment. Such a comprehensive work provides a new insight into the whole issue and brings many new findings in this area

Proposal of Marketing Strategy for Company Dixons Carphone Group plc.

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem marketingové strategie pro společnost Dixons Carphone group plc., která je zaměřena na prodej a přeprodej elektroniky a mobilních telefonů. V práci jsou dále popsány nezbytné marketingové analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány na analyzovanou společnost. Na základě získaných výsledků z provedených analýz jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení, které mohou vést k dosažení cíle společnosti.The master thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy for Dixons Carphone group plc. company, which her primary business is selling consumer electronics and mobile devices. Further in this thesis are described the essential marketing tools, which are applied on analyzed company. Based on gained results from particular analysis the proposals and suggestions are made.

Soil Microbial Communities and Enzyme Activities after Long-Term Application of Inorganic and Organic Fertilizers at Different Depths of the Soil Profile

Fertilization is a key factor for sustaining productivity in agroecosystems. A long-term experiment in cambisol following periodical application of several types of fertilization has been running at the experimental site since 1954. In this study, we determined the impact of applied inorganic and/or organic fertilizers on the activity of soil enzymes and on the structure of microorganisms at depths of 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm. Single-factor comparison showed that use of inorganic and/or organic fertilizer had an insignificant e_ect on the activities of soil enzymes (at depths 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm) and also on the structure of microbial communities at both depths studied. Only soil respirations exhibited stimulation by combined fertilization. The results, irrespective of sampling depth (0-60 cm), showed that application of combined organic and inorganic fertilization stimulated the activity of glucosidases and use of inorganic fertilizer inhibited the activity of arylsulphatases. Respirations were stimulated by application of organic fertilizer and combined fertilization. Nevertheless, principal component analyses, which calculate with multidimensional data, revealed di_erences in samples treated by sole mineral fertilizer compared to other variants, especially in the lower layer. In general, our results indicate that use of combined fertilization may improve biological characteristics in deeper parts of soil profile and possibly increase biological activity in agroecosystems.O

The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretic and it includes problem of hydrogen engines, burning of lean mixtures and supercharging hydrogen engine. The second part is focused on construction of supercharging system, on calculation of turbo-compressor parameters for the particular engine and supercharged engine simulation in the computing program Wave environment.V předložené práci se zabývám návrhem systému přeplňování vodíkového motoru 1,2 HYTD.
