Amenable Invariant Random Subgroups

We show that an amenable Invariant Random Subgroup of a locally compact second countable group lives in the amenable radical. This answers a question raised in the introduction of the paper "Kesten's Theorem for Invariant Random Subgroup" by Abert, Glasner and Virag. We also consider, in the opposite direction, property (T), and prove a similar statement for this property. Shanken notifies Phillip DeVito that his wine cellar at Salishan Lodge is being honored with a Grand Award for having one of the best wine lists in America. DeVito served as maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan in Gleneden Beach, Oregon for 22 years. This was the first of 12 consecutive Wine Spectator Grand Awards DeVito and Salishan received. As of 2014, these are the only Grand Awards given to an Oregon establishment

Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh : (1) citra perusahaan dan (2) kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Phillip Securities Indonesia Cabang Semarang dan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat transaksi ulang para nasabah PT. Phillip Securities Indonesia Cabang Semarang. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan dan kualitas layanan PT. Phillip Securities Indonesia Cabang Semarang termasuk baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan paling berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan yang juga pada akhirnya mempengaruhi minat transaksi ulang para nasabah. Berdasarkan pengaruh yang dimiliki oleh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap minat transaksi ulang, maka sebaiknya PT. Phillip Securities Indonesia Cabang Semarang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan mewujudkan minat transaksi ulang nasabah yang lebih besar
