Noves dades per a la distribució de l'estigofauna balear

[spa] Se puede considerar que los estudios sobre la estigofauna de las Baleares apenas han sido iniciados hasta la fecha, aunque se encuentren relativamente avanzados en el caso de Mallorca. Esto es debido a que la mayor parte de la prospección faunística se ha realizado mediante exploraciones bioespeleológicas, las cuales todavía resultan escasas en Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera. Recientes investigaciones faunísticas llevadas a cabo en pozos, fuentes, hábitats hiporreicos y cuevas han permitido esbozar un conocimiento general de la estigofauna balear, habiéndose obtenido datos especialmente relevantes en lo que se refiere a los anfípodos de las islas Pitiusas. Menorca parece presentar unas características semejantes a la bien conocida fauna anquihalina de Mallorca. Por otra parte, el género Pseudoniphargus Chevreux muestra una interesante tendencia de vicariantes en las principales islas del archipiélago. Finalmente se exponen algunos comentarios biogeográficos.[eng] Although relatively advanced in Mallorca, studies on Balearic stygofauna have not been hardly initiated until now, because most of faunistic research has been linked to biospeleological explorations, poorly developed in Menorca, Eivissa and Formentera. Recent faunistic research in wells, springs, caves and hyporheic habitats let us outline a general knowledge of Balearic stygofauna biota, having obtained especially relevant data on the amphipoda from the Pityusic islands. Menorca seems to be very alike in characteristics to the well-known anchialine biota of Mallorca. On the other hand, genus Pseudoniphargus Chevreux shows an interesting path of vicariance in the main islands of the Balearics. Finally, a preliminar biogeographical survey is suggested

In terms of providing services to customers in the bank, the phenomenon of Queuing isinevitable and often encountered. Where is clearly visible that the number of customerswaiting to be served. the length of the queue make customers feel uncomfortable, becauseit considers the time they wasted their time waiting in line before being served. Effort thathas been done is to develop technology that can provide satisfaction to customers and feltstill not deliver maximum results. One way to reduce the queues are so long is to how tochange an existing queue system.This research uses as much of the sample which is 1349 Bank X at the teller. Thisresearch uses the pattern of arrival poisson and exponential service pattern.The results of this research show the value of Asymp. Sig > real level. Therefore, it canbe concluded that the Bank X pattern of arrival Poisson and service Eksponential pattern.Then the Bank X has been in accordance with the model queue that is used in general. Control Force Compensation in Ground-Based Flight Simulators

This paper presents the results of a study that investigated if controller force compensations accounting for the inertial force and moment due to the aircraft motion during flight have a significant effect on pilot control behavior and performance. Seven rotorcraft pilots performed a side-step and precision hovering task in light turbulence in the Vertical Motion Simulator. The effects of force compensation were examined for two different simulated rotorcraft: linear and UH-60 dynamics with two different force gradient of the lateral stick control. Four motion configurations were used: large motion, hexapod motion, fixed-base motion, and fixed-base motion with compensation. Control-input variables and task performance such as the time to translate to the designated hover position, station-keeping position errors, and handling qualities ratings were used as measures. Control force compensation enabled pilot control behavior and performance more similar to that under high- or medium-fidelity motion to some extent only. Control force compensation did not improve overall task performance considering both rotorcraft models at the same time. The control force compensation had effects on the linear model with lighter force gradient, but only a minimal effect on pilots? control behavior and task performance for the UH-60 model, which had a higher force gradient. This suggests that the control force compensation has limited benefits for controllers that have higher stiffness
