katedra: KAR; rozsah: 26s.Thesis investigates the design of mountain spa, including selection of appropriate site and its analysis. The proposal itself is set in a valley of the Little Elbe River in the Strážné registration teritory. From the north it follows the undeveloped land of Krkonoše and civilization from the south. The south is also the main access road. The house has an axial orientation parallel to the world directions. It is situated so that the stream flows around the east and through the route from west. The building has two basement floors and one floor above ground. Floor is partially embedded into the ground so that when you come from the north the building is not in fact noticeable. The only thing that stands out above the terrain is height divided roof. From the south, the building is conspicuous and boasts with shiny glass facade. When you enter to the building from the south through the vestibule, you find yourself in the lobby with a reception and a café. Rest of this floor is used for baths, which are divided into two parts. In the first part you can find the atrium with pool, saltwater bath, herbal bath, resin bath, thermal relaxation and cascade path. The second section is for treatments such as Finnish sauna, teplidarium, pure or salty steam. The first underground floor is used partly for technical staff room and facilities and is partially filled with private underground parking. The second underground floor is used only for parking. The main benefit of my work is, in my opinion, building connection with the surrounding landscape and pleasant indoor environment of the spa.Předmětem práce je návrh horských lázní včetně výběru vhodné lokality, rozboru místa a úkolu. Samotný návrh je zasazen do údolí Malého Labe v katastrálním území obce Strážné.

BackgroundThoracoscopic repair of esophageal atresia (EA) and tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF) poses significant technical challenges. This study aimed to develop an inexpensive, reusable, high-fidelity synthetic tissue model for simulating EA/TEF repairs and to assess the validity of the simulator.MethodsBy using 3D printing and silicone casting, we designed an inexpensive and reusable inanimate model for training in thoracoscopic EA/TEF repair. The objective was to validate the model using a 5-point Likert scale and the Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills (OSATS) to evaluate participants' surgical proficiency.ResultsA total of 18 participants (7 medical students, 4 pediatric surgery trainees, and 7 experienced surgeons), after being instructed and trained, were asked to perform TEF ligation, dissection, as well as esophageal anastomosis using six sliding knots on the EA/TEF simulator. All participants in the expert group completed the task within the 120-minute time limit, however only 4 (57%) participants from the novice/intermediate completed the task within the time limit. There was a statistically significant difference in OSATS scores for the “flow of task” (p = 0.018) and scores for the “overall MIS skills” (p = 0.010) task distinguishing between novice and intermediates and experts. The simulator demonstrated strong suitability as a training tool, indicated by a mean score of 4.66. The mean scores for the model's realism and the working environment were 4.25 and 4.5, respectively. Overall, the face validity was scored significantly lower in the expert group compared to the novice/intermediate groups (p = 0.0002).ConclusionsOur study established good face and content validity of the simulator. Due to its reusability, and suitability for individual participants, our model holds promise as a training tool for thoracoscopic procedures among surgeons. However, novices and trainees struggled with advanced minimally invasive surgical procedures. Therefore, a structured and focused training curriculum in pediatric MIS is needed for optimal utilization of the available training hours

This thesis deals with the transformation of the relations between the European Union and Montenegro and between the European Union and Albania. Due to the effort of the EU to create programs that help the whole region of post-Yugoslavian republics, which are not the EU members, the thesis also takes into consideration the other countries in Western Balkans. The thesis aims to describe mainly the period of years 2006-2017 but there are also chapters which monitor the development in parts of the region during the 1990s. The thesis studies official reports of the institutions of the European Union, primarily the Progress Reports by the European Commission. Beside other things the thesis describes the method of accessing a country to the EU and explains the process of accession negotiations with the candidate member countries. The thesis monitors the amendments to the Albanian and Montenegrin laws. These changes were made based on the recommendations of the European Union with a view of aligning with the laws of the member states of the EU.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem vztahů Evropské unie jak s Černou Horou, tak s Albánií. Department of Russian and East European StudiesKatedra ruských a východoevropských studiíFakulta sociálních vědFaculty of Social Science
