This article discusses the integration of pupils of the first educational period of the primary school in the gallery-pedagogical activities within the regular classes. In a qualitative study, we examined the extent to which these students are involved in the activities of the gallery, how the planning and the execution of visiting the curators-educators is going, how many works of art of the current exhibition the students see, and in which way they are presented to them. We were also interested in the reactions of the students on the works of art and their sense of self-initiative. The study has shown the importance of museums and galleries, where students have the opportunity to experience the works of art in an authentic gallery area. This way the students experience art differently, they estimate it, and think about it. Having developed the museum pedagogy or pedagogical activities, the curators-educators can contribute a lot to accepting art among the youngest students

V teoretičnem delu naloge opredeljujemo likovno umetnost v prvem vzgojno-izobraževalnem obdobju, likovne pojme in likovno apreciacijo. Opisujemo tudi vpliv medijev, vrednotenje likovnega dela in likovno ustvarjalnost učencev. V empiričnem delu naloge obravnavamo rezultate, ki smo jih pridobili z izvajanjem dveh učnih ur likovne umetnosti v prvem, drugem in tretjem razredu osnovne šole. Prikazujemo odzive učencev ob spoznavanju petih reprodukcij slovenskih umetnikov. Učni uri smo začinili z razvedrili in medpredmetnimi povezavami. Njihovi odzivi so bili prisotni na vseh treh ravneh odzivanja: bili so spontani, igrivi in domišljijski. Likovne pojme so precej dobro poznali, neznane pojme so hitro usvojili. The thesis consists of a theoretical and empirical part. It discusses the development of art appreciation by the pupils of the first educational period of elementary school through the observation of five different reproductive art works. In the theoretical part of the work we have defined fine art in the first educational period, art concepts and art appreciation. We mention some art works and reproductions, which are mentioned in regular classroom art teaching. We took an insight into the important aspects and development of appreciative skills of pupils. We described the influence of media, evaluation of art works and art creativity of children. In the empirical part we have enlisted the results gained through the performance of two hours of art class in the first, second and third grade of elementary school. The reactions of pupils to five reproductions of Slovene authors are included. The teaching hours have been made more interesting with the use of interclass connections. The appreciative methods have been compared depending on class and a vertical overview of quantity and quality of the pupils’ knowledge of art concepts while getting to know the reproductions. We attained the results through a group interview and a sound analysis of the taped materials we made. Altogether 44 pupils were included into the research, 22 boys and 22 girls. The whole research was held on the elementary school Pohorskega bataljona in Oplotnica. The results have shown that the pupils have good acceptability and have great potential to adapt the reproductions of art works. Their reactions were based on all three levels of reactingthey were spontaneous, playful and creative. They were good acquainted with the art concepts and managed to attain the unknown ones quickly. Some differences of reacting and concept knowledge were present between classes, which was also to expect. The implemented means of art learning showed to be adequate for the first three years of elementary school, due to the calm and peaceful environment and the positive relations the pupils have created towards the reproductions

Search engines of today are focusing on efficiently and accurately generating search results.Yet, there is much to be explored in the way people interact with the applications and relate to the content. Individuals are commonly unique, with complex preferences, motives and expectations. Not only is it important to be sensitive to these differences, but to accommodate the extremes. Enhancing a search engine does not only rely on technological development, but to explore potential user experiences in broader perspectives - which not only gratifies the needs for information, but supports a diversity of journeys. The aim of the project is to develop an alternate search engine with different functionality based on new values that reflects contemporary needs. The result, Exposeek, is an experiential prototype supporting exploratory browsing based on principles of distributed infrastructure, transparent computation and serendipitous information. Suggestive queries, legible algorithms and augmented results provide additional insights and present an alternative way to seek and peruse the Web. Search Engines, Interaction Desig
