A Novel Big Data Approach Using Fuzzy Rule Based Multilayer Perceptrons
They are faced with immense quantities and high velocity of data with complicated structures in the big data era. Social networks, sensors, online and offline transactions, and our daily lives can all produce data. When big data is processed correctly, it can lead to relevant, helpful and useful decisions being made in a number of areas, including government, business, management, and medicine and healthcare. Large amounts of data on healthcare have the ability to significantly enhance patient outcomes, predict epidemics, provide insightful information, prevent diseases that may be prevented, reduce the cost of healthcare delivery, and generally increase life. Big data is made up of patient data that is gathered for remote healthcare applications that differs in terms of volume, velocity, variety, veracity, and value. Healthcare data classification presents a number of challenges for big data since it gathers huge quantities of data. Processing a heterogeneous collection of this size requires a specialized approach, making it one of the most difficult challenges. The paper presents a novel big data approach using fuzzy rule-based multilayer perceptrons to address these problems. Big data offers the ability to accumulate, analyze, manage, and integrate large amounts of disparate, structured, and unstructured information generated by the healthcare systems of currently. A FRCNN (Fuzzy Region based Convolutional Neural Network) classifier is designed to perform normal and disease classification. Accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score are only some of the performance criteria used to evaluate this model

A collage of results on the divisibility and indivisibility of class numbers of quadratic fields
The investigation of the ideal class group of an algebraic number
field is one of the key subjects of inquiry in algebraic number theory
since it encodes a lot of arithmetic information about K. There is a
considerable amount of research on many topics linked to quadratic field class
groups notably intriguing aspect is the divisibility of the class numbers. This
article discusses a few recent results on the divisibility of class numbers and
the Izuka conjecture. We also discuss the quantitative aspect of the Izuka
conjecture.Comment: Comments are welcome.11 page
Prevalence and Correlates of Being Bullied among In-school Adolescents in Malawi: Results from the 2009 Global School-Based Health Survey
Background Physical and emotional violence against adolescents is a neglected, but growing problem globally. Violence against adolescents negatively affects the victim in terms of physical health, school attendance and performance and social adjustment. The literature on the prevalence and associated factors of bullying against adolescents is sparse in southern Africa outside South Africa. Such data are even sparser for Malawi. The current study was conducted to estimate the prevalence of self-reported bullying and its personal and social correlates. Methods A secondary analysis of the Malawi School-Based Student Health Survey (2009) was done. Descriptive analyses were done to describe the sample and estimate the prevalence of reporting history of bullying in the past 30 days preceding the survey. Logistic regression analysis was done to assess the association between several factors and being a victim of bullying. Crude and adjusted odds ratios are reported. Results A total of 2,264 in-school adolescents participated in the Malawi School-Based Student Health Survey of 2009. Just under half (44.5%) reported having been bullied in the previous month to the survey (44.1% among boys versus 44.9% among girls). Compared to adolescents of age 16 years or older, those who were 12 years old or younger and those who were 14 years of age were more likely to be bullied (AOR=1.54; 95% CI [1.41, 1.76]) and OR=1.26; 95% CI [1.21, 1.31]) respectively. The other risk factors that were identified in the analysis were loneliness (AOR = 2.23; 95% CI [2.20, 2.27[), and being worried (AOR = 2.80; 95% CI [2.76, 2.85[). Adolescents who had no close friends were 14% (AOR = 1.14; 95% CI [1.11–1.17]) more likely to be reporting bullied compared to adolescents who reported having close friends. Adolescents who smoked cigarettes were more than three times more likely to reporting be bullied compared to non-smokers (AOR=3.97; 955 CI [3.83, 4.10]), while those who drank alcohol were more than twice as likely to be bullied as adolescents who did not take alcohol (AOR=2.26; 95% CI [2.16, 2.35]). Conclusion Malawian in-school adolescents report a high prevalence of having been bullied. Traditional associated factors such alcohol and smoking as well as emotional correlates (loneliness, worry) were associated with being a victim of bullying. School officials and health workers caring for adolescents should be sensitized to the frequent occurrence of bullying and to its correlates and consequences
FORMULATION, CHARACTERIZATION AND IN-VITRO EVALUATION OF FAST DISSOLVING ORAL FILMS OF CETIRIZINE HCL
The predominant goal of this work is to formulate and evaluate Cetirizine HCl ODF’s the usage of Sodium starch glycolate (SSG) as superdisintegrant, Sodium alginate as polymer and Glycerol as plasticizer. Films were prepared by way of Solvent casting method and evaluated for thickness, folding endurance, percentage elongation, floor pH and disintegration time. The consequences indicate that method prepared with 17.5% combo of polymer and plasticizer was determined to be optimized. The three special formulations F1, F2 and F3 of CTZ motion pictures were organized via solvent casting technique the usage of sodium alginate as polymer, SSG as disintegrant and glycerol as plasticizer. Menthol was once used as cooling agent along with aspartame as sweetener and citric acid as a style overlaying agent. The formulation (F3) with presence of superdisintegrant and combo of polymer, plasticizer confirmed first-rate results.

Response of Small Heat Shock Proteins in Diabetic Rat Retina
PURPOSE. Small heat shock proteins (sHsps) have a critical role under stress conditions to maintain cellular homeostasis by their involvement in protein-folding and cytoprotection. The hyperglycemia in diabetes may impose cellular stress on the retina. Therefore, we investigated the expression of sHsps, phosphoregulation of aB-crystallin (aBC), and their localization in the diabetic rat retina. METHODS. Diabetes was induced in rats and maintained on hyperglycemia for a period of 12 weeks. The expression of sHsps, HSFs, and phosphorylated sHsps was analyzed by quantitative (q) RT-PCR and immunoblotting. The solubility of sHsps was analyzed by detergent solubility assay. Cellular localization of sHsps and phosphorylated aBCs was examined by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS. Of 10 sHsps, five sHsps were detected in the rat retina. Among those, increased expression for aA-crystallin (aAC), aBC, and Hsp22, and decreased expression for Hsp20 were seen in the diabetic retina, whereas Hsp27 mRNA levels were increased, while protein levels were decreased. While the expression of HSFs was either unaltered or decreased, expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1a (HIF-1a) was increased in the diabetic retina. The phosphorylation of aBC at Ser45 and Ser19 was increased in the retina of diabetic rats. However, phosphorylation of aBC at Ser59 was decreased in the soluble fraction with a concomitant increase in the insoluble fraction. Moreover, diabetes activated the p38MAPK signaling cascade by increasing the p-p38 MAPK in the retina. Further, diabetes induced the aggregation of Hsp27, aAC, aBC, and pS59-aBC in the retina. A strong immunoreactivity of Hsp27, aAC, aBC, and phosphorylated aBC was localized in different retinal layers of diabetic rats. CONCLUSIONS. The results indicate an upregulation of aAC, aBC, and Hsp22, but their solubility was compromised in the diabetic retina. There was increased phosphorylation at Ser59, Ser45, and Ser19 of aBC under diabetic conditions. Localization of sHsps and their phosphorylated forms was dispersed to many layers of the retina in diabetes. These results suggest that sHsps may be protecting the retinal neurons in chronic diabetes
