PENGUKURAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN JASA PADA PUSKESMAS JOGONALAN 1

Puskesmas Jogonalan 1 merupakan satu pusat kesehatan masyarakat di daerah Klaten, yang beralamat di Jl. Klaten-Jogja Km 6,5 Kraguman, Jogonalan, Klaten. Dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen Puskesmas Jogonalan 1 terus melakukan perbaikan secara berkala sesuai dengan apa yang di harapkan masyarakat. Puskesmas Jogonalan 1 belum mengetahui pelayanan apa yang diharapkan masyarakat, sehingga memiliki cara agar masyarakat untuk datang berobat tanpa ragu, karena selama ini puskesmas memiliki citra kurang baik menurut masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan memberikan usulan perbaikan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality (SERVQUAL), Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan fishbone Diagram. SERVQUAL Gap 5 digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah harapan dari pengunjung dan kinerja puskesmas sudah cukup baik, metode IPA digunakan untuk memilih prioritas perbaikan dan Fishbone DiagramI digunakan untuk mengetahui akar permasalahan sehingga dapat memberikan perbaikan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya GAP yang terjadi pada dimensi Jaminan dan kepastian (Assurance) sebesar -0.642, Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) sebesar -0.577, Ketanggapan (Responsiveness) sebesar -0.471, Kehandalan (Reliability) sebesar -0.383 dan Empati (Emphaty) sebesar -0.275. berdasarkan pemetaan atribut dengan mengunakan IPA yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan adalah atribut AA4 (Petugas kebersihan tidak membersihkan sampah yang menumpuk) dan ARE2 (Antrian yang tidak teratur pada apotek). Atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan berdasarkan Fishbone Diagram dan hasil diskusi dengan Kepala Puskesmas Jogonalan 1 adalah atribut AA4 dan ARE2. Usulan perbaikan untuk puskesmas Jogonalan 1 antara lain pembuatan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) pada unit kebersihan, penambahan karyawan usia produktif pada unit kebersihan dan apotek pembuatan nomer antrian dalam pengambilan obat di apotek, penambahan pengeras suara pada pemanggilan antrian obat di apotek, melakukan evaluasi secara rutin dan pembagian jobdesk pada unit apote

Two-phase anaerobic digestion of partially acidified sewage sludge: a pilot plant study for safe sludge disposal in developing countries

The unsafe disposal of wastewater and sludge in different areas of developing countries results in significant environmental pollution, particularly for groundwater, thus increasing the risk of waterborne diseases spreading. In this work, a two-phase anaerobic digestion process for post-treatment of partially acidified sewage sludge was investigated to evaluate its feasibility as a safe sludge disposal system. Pilot tests showed that an effective sludge stabilization can be achieved (total volatile solids content<65%, organic acid concentration<200 mg/L at flow rate=50 L/d and hydraulic residence time=18 d) as well as a relative low faecal coliform density (<1000 most probable number per g total solids), showing that land application of the sludge without restrictions is possible according to US Environmental Protection Agency criteria for safe sludge disposal. A biogas production as high as 390 L/d with a 60% methane content by volume was achieved, showing that energy production from biogas may be achieved as well
