The extract from the leaves of Xy/ocorpus gongeticus Parkins and Porinori onomense Hance using fermentation Maceration and extraction techniques for Sequential Extraction with three types of solvent hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol. The resuLts showed that Leaf extract of Xy/ocorpus gongeticus Parkins with ethylacetate at a concentration of 2,000 -3,000 ppm showed the highest inhibition of germination and growth of weeds. When the substance to be separated by chromatographic techniques showed that the extracts inhibited the germination and growth percentage of Fl is the highest. Leaf extract of Porinori onomense Hance with hexane at a concentration of 2,000 3,000 ppm showed the highest inhibition of germination and growth of weeds. When the substance to be separated by chromatographic techniques showed that the extracts inhibited the germination and growth percentage of F4 is the highest. Crude extracts were assessed for their antioxidant activities tested using DPPH radical scavenging assay, total phenolic contents tested using the Folin–Ciocalteu method, cytotoxic activity against oral cavity cancer (KB), human small cell lung cancer (NCI-H187) and breast cancer (MCF-7) cancer cell lines, tested using the resazurin microplate assay (REMA). The results showed that 1. Crude methanol extracts from the fruit exhibited free radical scavenging effect on the DPPH assay with IC50 value of 27 g/ml, with the total phenolic contents value of 102.39 mg GAE/g dw of standard BHT. 2. Crude hexane extracts from the bark showed highest inhibited the growth of Vibrio paraheamolyticus, crude ethyl acetate extracts from the bark showed highest inhibited the growth of Streptococcus mutans ATCC 27175 and crude methanol extracts from the leaves showed highest inhibited the growth of Vibrio cholerae, most with MIC value of 7.80 g/ml. 3. Crude ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from F. Hispida exhibited inhibitory effect against oral cavity cancer (KB), human small cell lung cancer (NCI-H187) and breast cancer (MCF-7) cancer cell lines. These data support traditional uses of F. Ban Muang Charoenraj community is an agricultural community enterprise which has been recently established for two years and begun to cultivate and produce Plantago major L. products and need to develop a better online marketing approach for their interesting products. The research team, therefore, introduced the new approach including the choice of plant stage selection, raw material preparation, making fermented Plantago major L. extract, determination of the properties of the plants that are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and their antimicrobial activity. The plant extracts were thus developed as a key ingredient in facial creams because of their such good characteristics helping to promote the channel of online marketing. It was on the basis that Ban Muang Charoen community has the plants, good raw materials, good products, one already made online media system of Facebook, therefore, the online media system was suitably developed further and used to be a medium for people to have the opportunity to know more about such products. The work that the research team relied on “Smart Gold principles” which can analyze online marketing practices for two stores. It helped create an opportunity to develop the store to generate more income to be able to improve and develop sales management in the future, obtain more page views, and introduce the community get involved in selling a wide variety of products online as well as transferring the utilization of Plantago major L. from the research team to the community. In the analysis, it was found that it was necessary be able to increase sales by at least 20 percentages, measurable, attainable, consistent with reality, be able to learn and implement in no more than three months. In addition, 2) obtain management guidelines that need to be supplemented further; there must be a promotion to control the quality production of Plantago major L. in the community. Quality and refrain from using pesticides. By promoting the provision of a one-stop service to the community, the online marketing will be a source that can manage the linkage of raw materials to the buyers. Chemicals related to herbal extraction process and the materials for making cosmetic products would be set for creating ease of operation for customers to be able to track budget used, and to easily manage the product quality along the way with a quick and reliable delivery service. It is necessary to encourage a clear analysis of the business plan of each store. From these necessities of the research to promoting online marketing channels for the Ban Muang Charoenraj Agriculture Enterprise Community, a communication channel and promotion for customers can generate income for the anywhere, anytime, without limitation suitable for the current situation.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The research team was interested in creating a garlic oil extract that could help reduce microbial contamination in the air during the prolonged period of the COVID-19 situation. A prototype sugarcane leaf paper filter was treated with garlic oil extract to improve its air purification properties and to reduce the number of microorganisms. This study investigated garlic oil extracts that were produced by a garlic fermentation process with isolated lactic acid bacteria. The oil was then extracted using steam distillation or maceration with 80% ethyl alcohol. Both these methods demonstrated that they were effective in inhibiting pathogenic microorganisms contaminating isolated from air (Fungi: Penicillium sp., Aspergillus spp. and Rhizopus sp. and Bacteria: E. coil, Bacillus subtilis, and Staphylococcus sp.) by Agar Diffusion method. It was found that the garlic oil extract distilled from steam was the best choice for further development as a coating for filter paper. Garlic oil extract can be stored at room temperature for at least 15 days after being coated on filter papers. After that, the filters with garlic extract-coated filters, made by sewing together four folded filter papers, could remove the dust of 2.5 sizes as well as HEPA filters, but had a disadvantage in filtering dust that was at least 10 PPM. This paper filter prototype was environmentally friendly because it could decompose on the ground within 12-15 days and reduce the spread of infection problems. From overall, the prototype of the garlic oil extraction process can be developed at a commercial industrial level to produce large quantities of garlic extract with desired quality, tracking features. It helps reducing environmental problems in a sustainable way; reducing waste, conserving energy, and using environmentally friendly materials.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
