Homogenization of spectral problem for locally periodic elliptic operators with sign-changing density function
AbstractThe paper deals with homogenization of a spectral problem for a second order self-adjoint elliptic operator stated in a thin cylinder with homogeneous Neumann boundary condition on the lateral boundary and Dirichlet condition on the bases of the cylinder. We assume that the operator coefficients and the spectral density function are locally periodic in the axial direction of the cylinder, and that the spectral density function changes sign. We show that the behavior of the spectrum depends essentially on whether the average of the density function is zero or not. In both cases we construct the effective 1-dimensional spectral problem and prove the convergence of spectra

Asymmetric cryptosystems on Boolean functions
Here, we define an asymmetric substitution cryptosystem combining both a public key cipher and a signature scheme with the functional keys. A public key in the cryptosystem is a vector Boolean function f(x1,... ,xn) of a dimension n. This function is obtained by permutation and negation operations on variables and coordinate functions of a bijective vector Boolean function g(x1,... ,xn) == (g1(x1,... ,xn),... ,gn(x1,... ,xn)). The function g is called a generating function of the cryptosystem. For each i e {1,..., n}, its coordinate function g^(x1,..., xn) is assumed to be specified in a constructive way and to have a polynomial (in n) complexity. A private key of the cryptosystem is the function f-1, that is, the inverse of f. The existence of f-1 follows from the bijectiveness of g and preserving this property by permutation and negation operations. Function g and its coordinates g1,...,gn are public parameters of the cryptosystem. (A variant of the cryptosystem allows to include them into the private key). Of course, the permutation and negation operations by which a public key is computed from the generating function must be secret as private exponents in RSA and ElGamal cryptosystems. A block P of a plaintext is encrypted to a block C of a ciphertext by the rule C = f (P), and C is decrypted to P by the rule P = f-1(C). A signature on a message M is computed as S = f-1(P), and its validation is proved by verifying the equality M = f (S). This cryptosystem is believed to resist classical and quantum computers attacks. Its security is based on the difficulty of inverting large bijective vector Boolean functions. Cryptanalysis of the cryptosystem shows that its computational complexity can reach the value O(n!2n)
Strategic analysis of sustainable socioeconomic situation of rural areas in the Samara Region of the Russian Federation
On the one hand, the relevance of this problem is primarily determined by growing gap of rural territorial entities in socioeconomic development, and on the other hand, due to their significance in such prominent aspects for the country as food security, maintaining the existing land, industrial, ecological, demographic and human potential. The purpose of the article is comprehensive assessment of socioeconomic, institutional and ecological situation of rural areas in order to justify managerial decisions and effective policy making at the regional and local levels. The leading method for studying this problem is stratigic analysis of processes of developing rural areas, as well as factors, affecting development. The results of the study: In this article the authors assessed the situation in socioeconomic sphere of munitipalities in the Samara Region of the Russian Federation, accordingly, based on this, the authors concluded about a predominance of degradation processes, which form instability in the development of rural areas. The results of this study can be used by the regional authorities in their practice for making and implementation both regional policy, as well as strategy of socioeconomic development of rural area. Heat-conserving three-temperature model for ultrafast demagnetization of 3d ferromagnets
We study the ultrafast magnetization dynamics of bcc Fe and fcc Co using the
recently suggested heat-conserving three-temperature model (HC3TM), together
with atomistic spin- and lattice dynamics simulations. It is shown that this
type of Langevin-based simulation is able to reproduce observed trends of the
ultrafast magnetization dynamics of fcc Co and bcc Fe, in agreement with
previous findings for fcc Ni. The simulations are performed by using parameters
that to as large extent as possible are obtained from electronic structure
theory. The one parameter that was not calculated in this way, was the damping
term used for the lattice dynamics simulations, and here a range of parameters
were investigated. It is found that this term has a large influence on the
details of the magnetization dynamics. The dynamics of iron and cobalt is
compared with previous results for nickel and similarities and differences in
the materials' behavior are analysed following the absorption of a femtosecond
laser pulse. Importantly, for all elements investigated so far with this model,
we obtain a linear relationship between the value of the maximally demagnetized
state and the fluence of the laser pulse, which is in agreement with
experiments.Comment: 9 pages, 9 figures, Submitted to Physical Review
A characteristic of the species composition of pathogenic fungi of the genus <i>Fusarium</i> in corn biocenoses of the Voronezh region
Corn is one of the main crops of modern world agriculture. It ranks f irst in terms of gross grain harvests and second in terms of acreage, ceding only to the main grain crop of the globe, wheat. The problem of increasing the production of grain and green mass of corn remains one of the urgent tasks of agricultural production. High potential yields very often remain untapped due to diseases, direct losses from which are estimated at 20β50 %. The purpose of this work was to study the species composition of micromycetes on corn collected in different phases of vegetation in May-July 2020 in the Voronezh region, to identify phytopathogenic genus Fusarium fungi, to study pathogenic and phytotoxic strains of the fungi to replenish the collection of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of a Phytopathology. Preservation of infectious material of fungi from the genus Fusarium is of no small importance for phytopathological, immunological, breeding, genetic and toxicological studies. As a result of the mycological studies carried out, a lot of fungi isolates from the genera Fusarium, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Curvularia, Penicillium, Rhizopus, Periconia, Pythium, Trichothecium, etc., isolated from the affected roots, stems and ears of corn in the Voronezh region in 2020 were identif ied. Fungi isolates from seven taxonomic groups: Fusarium fujikuroi Nirenberg (F. moniliforme, F. verticillioides), Fusarium oxysporum Schltdl., Fusarium culmorum (Wm.G. Sm.) Sacc., Fusarium graminearum Schwabe, Fusarium heterosporum Nees & T. Nees (F. lolii ), Fusarium roseum Link (F. sambucinum), Fusarium sporotrichioides Sherb. were tested for pathogenicity and phytotoxicity on seedlings of plant-testers. It has been shown that pathogenic and phytotoxic activity in fungi varies signif icantly between Fusarium species and within the same species. The greatest danger to corn is represented by the species F. sporotrichioides, F. graminearum, F. culmorum, F. fujikuroi, F. oxysporum, F. heterosporum, which have a high intensity of phytotoxic activity associated with the fact that they contribute to the synthesis and accumulation of dangerous toxins in plant tissues. As a result of the conducted studies, 55 strains of fungi from the genus Fusarium belonging to seven species were selected. The isolates, stable in morphological and cultural characteristics and studied for pathogenicity and toxicity, were placed for long-term storage in the Russian State Collection of Plant Pathogenic Microorganisms and Cultivars for Identif ication of Phytopathogenic Microbial Strains at the All-Russian Scientif ic Research Institute of a Phytopathology
Risk factors of origin and chronization of pyelonephritis and nephrotic syndrome of disabled children
147 disabled children having urinary system pathologies of different genesis were examined. 120 children had chronic pyelonephritis, while 25 had chronic glomerulonephritis. A relation was found between the progress of the inflammatory process in kidneys and hereditary, constitutional, and social risk factors, and a high level of undifferentiated dysplasia of the connective tissues.ΠΠ±ΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΎ 147 Π΄Π΅ΡΠ΅ΠΉ-ΠΈΠ½Π²Π°Π»ΠΈΠ΄ΠΎΠ² Ρ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΠ΅ΠΉ ΠΎΡΠ³Π°Π½ΠΎΠ² ΠΌΠΎΡΠ΅Π²ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠΈΡΡΠ΅ΠΌΡ ΡΠ°Π·Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π³Π΅Π½Π΅Π·Π°: 120 ΡΠ΅Π»ΠΎΠ²Π΅ΠΊ Ρ Ρ
