      Di dalam hakekatnya pembangunan kesehatan merupakan berbagai usaha ataupun upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh setiap Individu Bangsa Indonesia dalam tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia, kemauan, serta kemampuan hidup yang sehat bagi setiap individu Bangasa Indonesia agar terwujud tingginya derajat kesehatan masyarakat, yang juga merupakan suatu investasi bagi pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penatalaksanaan program Indonesia sehat pada puskesmas tegal sari. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif.  Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2019 dan penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Tegal Sari Medan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Data yang terkumpul hingga saat ini adalah 5.500 keluarga, dan data yang dientri dalam aplikasi keluarga sehat sebanyak 3.762 keluarga. Sedangkan banyak keluarga dalam area kerja Puskesmas Tegal Sari sebanyak 7.483 keluarga. Disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas menambah jumlah SDM  dan Sarana dalam pengerjaan program ini, memperbaiki jaringan koneksi internet.     &nbsp

Berita Biologi 3(3):101 - 103. - The effect of fruit maturity on vitamin content were studied on sour orange (C. aurantium) and lime (C. aurantifolia}.In sour orange,vitamin C content of 13-16 weeks were 24-25 mg/100 ml. However, the content of vitamin C decreased according to the maturity of the fruits which at the stage of 26 weeks reached 11.68 mg/100 ml.The vitamin C of lime at the age of 16 - 19 weeks were 8.50 - 9.14, mg/100 ml. The fruits of 25 weeks old contained 26.50 mg/100 ml of the vitamin C. The fruits became over ripe and rotted after 25 weeks

    This study aims to determine the types of language anxiety and the most dominant type experienced by the fourth semester EFL students in their speaking for presentation subject at PGRI University Ronggolawe Tuban 2022/2023. This study uses a qualitative research design. The participants in this study were seventeen students. The data collection in this study was carried out using questionnaire. From the data analysis, the types of language anxiety and the most dominant type can be identified. The findings are that there are three types of language anxiety used, namely communication apprehension, fear of negative evaluation, and test anxiety.     Availability of phosphorus in defluorinated rock phosphate and bone meal for broiler chickens as assessed by a slope ratio assay

    An experiment was conducted to determine the availability of P in defluorinated rock phosphate (DRP) and bone meal (TT) using a slope ratio assay (SRA) technique . Ten different diets were fed to 300 day-old broiler chicks for three weeks. Basal diet (RB) was formulated to contain 0.38% total P. DRP, TT and dicalcium phosphate (DCP) diets were each containing three different levels of total P: 0.45, 0.52 and 0.59%: At the end of the experiment, tibia bones were collected for ash determination. The availability of P was determined by SRA using tibia bone ash as the main parameter. The result indicated that the availability ofP in the DRP and TT were 83 .6 and 91 .3%, respectively .   Key words : Phosphorus availability, slope ratio assay, broile

    The utilization of rock phosphate (natural defluorinated calcium phosphate or NDCP) in laying hens diet to replace dicalcium phosphate

    An experimentwas conducted to study the utilization of local rock phosphate or natural defluorinated calcium phosphate (NDCP) as phosphorus source for layer chickens by using the imported dicalcium phosphate (DCP) as a reference. Eight experimental diets consisted of 2 source of phosphorus (DCP and NDCP) and 4 dietary total P levels (0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7%) were formulated. Each diet was fed to 24 pullets (6 replicates with 4 birds each) from 20 weeks of age to 14 weeks of egg production. Observations were made on feed consumption, egg production, egg weight, mortality, egg quality, Ca and P retention and ash content of tibial bones . Results showed no significant effect of different source and level of  phosphorus tested on egg production (% HD), feed consumption, egg weight and mortality rates . Egg shell thickness was depressed in NDCP diet as compared with DCP, however this only occurred at firstmonth of production. It is concluded that the NDCP can be used in layers diet to replace DCP as phosphorus source. The relative biological value of phosphorus inNDCP is 96% for layers.   Keywords: Rock phosphate, NDCP, layers, phosphorou

    Sukin Skincare Product Advertisement in Social Media: A Multimodal Analysis

    This research investigates the level modality of Sukin skincare product advertisement in social media through the descriptive qualitative method. Kress and Van Leeuwen propose the theories supporting this thesis. The primary data sources in this thesis were ten visual advertisements. The steps passed in this analysis are selecting ten visual images, identifying the visual elements of the ten advertisements, categorizing the visual elements into visual contact, social distance, perspectives, modality, and putting them in the table. The result of this thesis shows there are 5 of demand images, 15 of offer images, 12 of far social distance, 7 of close personal distance, 1 of close social distance, 8 of high modality, 2 of low modality, 20 of frontal angle, and 20 of eye level. Thus, it can be concluded that far social distance is dominant, indicating that the company intends to show truthfulness and credibility in convincing the viewer to try the products.     Kinerja Pengeringan Gabah Menggunakan Alat Pengering Tipe Rak dengan Energi Surya, Biomassa, dan Kombinasi

    Pengeringan gabah dapat dilakukan menggunakan alat pengering energi surya, energi biomassa dan energi kombinasi surya dan biomassa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja alat pengering gabah hybrid energi surya dan biomassa jerami padi dan sabut kelapa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dan deskritif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengeringan gabah dengan energi surya menghasilkan suhu ruang pengering rata-rata 40,42 °C, kelembaban relatif ruang pengering rata-rata 41,45 %, waktu pengeringan 7 jam, kadar air akhir rata-rata 14,88 %bb, laju pengeringan rata-rata 0,64 %bk/jam, dan energi pengering 32.595,32 kJ. Pengeringan gabah dengan energi biomassa menghasilkan suhu ruang pengering rata-rata 33,8 °C, kelembaban relatif ruang pengering rata-rata 57 %, waktu pengeringan 7 jam, kadar air akhir rata-rata 15,57 %bb, laju pengeringan rata-rata 0,50 %bk/jam, dan energi pengering 160.662,15 kJ. Pengeringan gabah dengan energi kombinasi surya dan biomassa menghasilkan suhu ruang pengering rata-rata 39,98 °C, kelembaban relatif ruang pengering rata-rata 45,85 %, waktu pengeringan 7 jam, kadar air akhir rata-rata 15,33 %, laju pengeringan rata-rata 0,55 %bk/jam, dan energi pengering 136.457,76 kJ. Kinerja yang diperoleh alat pengering terbaik menggunakan energi surya dengan kadar air akhir sebesar 14,88%bb, laju pengeringan 0,64 %bk/jam dan kebutuhan energi pengeringan 32.595,32 kJ
