Inspectorate Supervision in Applying Competitive Principles in Managing Procurement of Goods / Services in Government of North Sulawesi Province

This paper examines the supervision of the Inspectorate on the application of the principle of competitiveness in the management of government goods/services procurement. This research was conducted at the North Sulawesi Provincial Government. The essence of this paper aims to find out whether the Inspectorate has supervised the application of the principle of competitiveness in the management of procurement of goods/services to the North Sulawesi Provincial Government. The methodology used in this study is qualitative. The techniques and procedures for collecting data through in-depth interviews with a number of informants related to the application of the principle of competitiveness in the management of procurement of goods/services. Activities in the analysis include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the Inspectorate has been maximal enough to carry out supervision of the application of the principle of competitiveness in the procurement of goods/services in North Sulawesi Province

INDEPENDENSI KEDUDUKAN KEJAKSAAN DALAM MELAKASANAKAN TUGAS KEJAKSAAN DI NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA

Di Republik Indonesia, kejaksaan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan fungsi hukum dan keadilan. Kedudukan Kejaksaan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia. Independensi kedudukan kejaksaan merujuk pada kemampuan lembaga kejaksaan untuk menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya tanpa adanya campur tangan atau tekanan dari pihak-pihak eksternal, seperti eksekutif, legislatif, atau pihak lain yang mungkin memiliki kepentingan tertentu. Independensi ini sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa kejaksaan dapat beroperasi secara adil, transparan, dan berdasarkan hukum, tanpa terpengaruh oleh kepentingan politik atau pribadi. Independensi kedudukan kejaksaan adalah prinsip kunci dalam menjaga integritas sistem peradilan dan menjamin hak asasi manusia. Kejaksaan yang independen dapat menjadi penjamin penegakan hukum yang efektif dan dapat diandalkan, memberikan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem peradilan. ANALISIS YURIDIS PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP TENAGA KERJA ASING YANG MELANGGAR IZIN TINGGAL (Juridical Analysis Law Enforcement Against Foreign Workers Who Violate The Residence)

Absract: The existence of foreign workers in Indonesia is one of the efforts to bring skills in the context of the transfer of knowledge to Indonesian workers. The need for professional experts and the need for technology that can support a work process, makes private companies use foreign workers. The increasing traffic flow of people entering and leaving the territory of Indonesia such as foreign workers, has resulted in an increase in immigration administrative violations such as residence permit violations. With normative juridical research, it is carried out to analyze how the laws or regulations related to foreign workers, especially immigration Law No. 6 of 2011 and how the mechanism of law enforcement for foreign workers who violate the residence permit and its supervision and control in the territory of the State Republic of Indonesia. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the legal rules regarding immigration Law Number 6 of 2011 have clearly regulated the prosecution of foreign workers who violated their residence permits and regulates the supervision and control of foreigners in the territory of Indonesia. In the field, there are still foreign workers, both legal and illegal, who violate their residence permits in the territory of Indonesia. As a suggestion, it is necessary to socialize more about Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration and the need for synergistic coordination in the supervision of foreign workers by relevant agencies.Keywords: law enforcement, foreign workers, immigration permits.ABSTRAK: Keberadaan tenaga kerja asing di Indonesia  merupakan salah satu upaya membawa skill dalam rangka transfer of knowledge kepada tenaga kerja Indonesia. Kebutuhan akan tenaga ahli yang professional serta kebutuhan akan teknologi yang dapat mendukung suatu proses kerja, membuat perusahaan-perusahaan swasta menggunakan tenaga kerja asing. Meningkatnya arus lalu lintas orang yang masuk dan keluar wilayah Indonesia seperti tenaga kerja asing, berakibat semakin meningkat pula pelanggaran administratif  keimigrasian seperti pelanggaran izin tinggal. Dengan penelitian yang bersifat yuridis normatif dilakukan untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana peraturan atau regulasi perundang-undangan terkait tenaga kerja asing khususnya keimigrasian Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 dan bagaimana mekanisme penegakan hukum bagi tenaga kerja asing yang melanggar izin tinggal serta pengawasan dan pengendaliannya di wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapati bahwa aturan hukum tentang keimigrasian Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 telah mengatur dengan jelas penindakan terhadap tenaga kerja asing yang melanggar izin tinggal dan mengatur pengawasan dan pengedalian orang asing di wilayah Indonesia. Di lapangan masih saja ditemukan tenga kerja asing baik yang legal maupun illegal yang melanggar izin tinggal di wilayah Indonesia.Sebagais aran, perlu lebih disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian dan perlunya sinergitas koordinasi pengawasan tenaga kerja asing oleh instansi terkait.Kata Kunci : penegakan hukum, tenaga kerja asing, izin tinggal keimigrasia

TINJAUAN HUKUM TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN DOMPET DIGITAL DALAM BERTRANSAKSI DI INDONESIA

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan mengenai dompet digital dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum pengguna dompet digital. Dengan menggunakan metode peneltian yuridis normatif, disimpulkan: 1. Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini, metode pembayaran terjadi perubahan yaitu dengan menggunakan uang digital yang tersimpan di dalam dompet digital dengan metode yang dilakukan menggunakan smartphone. Local Community Empowerment in the Special Autonomy Law in Papua Province

The establishment of the 2001 Special Autonomy Law in Papua Province is not exempted fromeconomic, political and socio-cultural problems. The law is intended to empower the people bypreserving their interests and upholding the basic rights of native Papuans. This research aims atfinding out a theoretical understanding on the forms of local community empowerment during theimplementation of special autonomy in Papua Province. The study is performed through a qualitativeapproach with a phenomenological strategy. The research was conducted at a location in Jayapura.Empirical data were obtained using the techniques of observation, in-depth interviews, and othersecondary data. The implementation of Special Autonomy in Papua Province has brought forth afundamental change in the approaches and policies of community development, particularly localcommunity empowerment that includes indigenous communities, women, and religion. Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada PT. Bina Avia Persada

Influence of budget participation has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years. Some research on the relationship of budget participation on managerial performance indicates inconsistent results. This study aims to prove the existence and how the influence of budget participation on managerial performance.The object in this research is PT. Avia Bina Persada in the company is engaged in the scope of the airlines that provide short pelatian for prospective flight attendants and staff of the airlines. For the data used in this study was obtained from the perception of employees and corporate leaders involved in the preparation of the budget, including middle managers and ordinary employees lower managers. Data obtained through questionnaires to 20 employees and 10 managers with a total questionnaires were distributed to 30 sheets. The analysis model is a simple linear regression.The result is that the PT. Avia Bina Persada, a positive effect of budget participation on managerial performance. That is, the higher the participation, the budget will be higher the managerial performance

Humans have many needs and wants that they must fulfill in his life. Motorcycles is one requirement that must be met to be used as a means of transportation. Male and female have their own criteria for selecting the type of motorcycle they want. Male and female have different decision-making to buy a motorcycle. The method used in this research is the method of comparative data, collecting data through questionnaires, data analysis methods (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing and independent sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference between male and female in the purchasing behavior of consumers towards Yamaha Mio. One of the basic goal that already there in all society of Indonesia is the spirit of mutual cooperation in development. The spirit of mutual cooperation pictured in activities of group of society, known as mutual assistence. The mutual assistence system in the development of village can be seen from the farmer groups as the potential organization in the agriculture Result of the initiative activities, creativity and even real action can be seen through group which has had more than one unit of trade, which dynamically can influence the income of society of farmer groups.. But, we also need to suggest the goverment to improve the agriculture technology and to prepare istitutions or economic enterprise in this case cooperation that would able to accomodate all productions  so that the market price can be controlled.
