O relatório divulga o diagnóstico, realizado utilizando imagens de satélite, documentos cartográficos e trabalhos de campo, da situação da área do Parque Ecológico "Monsenhor Emílio José Salim" e do seu entorno, fornecendo os melhores prazos e subsídios a serem incorporados no futuro convênio, entre a Secretaria de Estado do Meio Ambiente e a Prefeitura Municipal de Campinas, objetivando a cooperação entre as parte para a preservação do parque ecológico. POLÍTICA SOCIAL, SAÚDE E FAMÍLIA: O EXERCÍCIO DO DIREITO À SAÚDE NA POLÍTICA SOCIAL MEDIADO PELA FAMÍLA

O objetivo do artigo é analisar o direito à saúde como expressão da questão social na Política Social. Entendemos que o direito à saúde, bem como o acesso à bens e serviços sociais em saúde, tornam-se indissociáveis do direito à vida, e que, na Constituição Brasileira de 1988, tem como princípio o valor da igualdade entre as pessoas. A participação da família neste contexto do tripé do Sistema de Proteção Social — denominado Seguridade Social — torna-se tema importante na discussão pois, cada vez mais, a posição do núcleo familiar é associada à implementação de políticas sociais, da garantia de direitos e da promoção a cidadania, e à questão do desenvolvimento.Palavras-Chave: Direito à Saúde; Questão Social; Família; Cidadania.ABSTRACT: The aim of this article is to analyze the right to health as an expression of the social issue in Social Policy. We understand that the right to health, as well as access to social goods and services in health, become inseparable from the right to life, and that, in the Brazilian Constitution of 1988, the principle of equality is the value of people. Identification of a heterogeneous and dynamic ciliome during embryonic development and cell differentiation.

Primary cilia are nearly ubiquitous organelles that transduce molecular and mechanical signals. Although the basic structure of the cilium and the cadre of genes that contribute to ciliary formation and function (the ciliome) are believed to be evolutionarily conserved, the presentation of ciliopathies with narrow, tissue-specific phenotypes and distinct molecular readouts suggests that an unappreciated heterogeneity exists within this organelle. Here, we provide a searchable transcriptomic resource for a curated primary ciliome, detailing various subgroups of differentially expressed genes within the ciliome that display tissue and temporal specificity. Genes within the differentially expressed ciliome exhibited a lower level of functional constraint across species, suggesting organism and cell-specific function adaptation. The biological relevance of ciliary heterogeneity was functionally validated by using Cas9 gene-editing to disrupt ciliary genes that displayed dynamic gene expression profiles during osteogenic differentiation of multipotent neural crest cells. Collectively, this novel primary cilia-focused resource will allow researchers to explore longstanding questions related to how tissue and cell-type specific functions and ciliary heterogeneity may contribute to the range of phenotypes associated with ciliopathies

Avaliação de cultivares de aveia preta cultivadas em solos contaminados por cobre.

Os solos da Serra Gaúcha, em geral, possuem elevadas concentrações de cobre (Cu), devido às aplicações sucessivas de fungicidas cúpricos, para a prevenção de doenças fúngicas. Estas condições causam fitotoxicidade nas plantas e podem limitar seu crescimento. Desta forma, é necessário identificar opções de plantas de cobertura que melhor se adaptem às condições de contaminação por cobre. A aveia possui grande aceitação pelos viticultores, contudo as cultivares disponíveis no mercado são mais sensíveis à fitotoxicidade por cobre que o azevém, que possui menor aceitação. Assim, avaliaram-se cultivares de aveia com o objetivo de identificar aquelas que melhor se adaptam às condições de solo com elevada concentração de cobre

Fair Play Game::a group contingency strategy to increase students' active behaviours in physical education

A dependent group contingency strategy called Fair Play Game was applied to promote increase in number of steps during physical education classes for sixth-grade students. Results from a multiple baseline design across three classes showed that the mean number of steps for baseline vs. intervention were: Class 1: 43 vs. 64 steps/minute; Class 2: 49 vs. 81 steps/minute; Class 3: 50 vs. 87 steps/minute. Visual inspection of the graphs showed that Class 1 had an upward trend of number of steps (baseline vs. intervention) without a change in level. Classes 2 and 3 demonstrated clearer change in level of number of steps between these two phases. Social validity data showed that students increased their engagement in class and Fair Play Game is a feasible and acceptable strategy. Therefore, it can be concluded that Fair Play Game appeared to be associated with students' increase in active behaviours in physical education lessons
