Députés antiparlementaires

Sous la République de Weimar, l’antiparlementarisme qui existait sous l’Empire connaît une forte croissance. Le Reichstag étant devenu la clef de voûte du régime, l’antiparlementarisme est d’autant plus radical. Il est au centre de l’idéologie des deux nouvelles formations politiques que sont le parti communiste et le parti nazi. Pourtant, l’un comme l’autre comptent un très grand nombre de députés. Comment ces derniers concilient-ils leur discours antiparlementaire et leur statut de député ? Quelles sont les pratiques d’obstruction de ces députés, au-delà des discours antiparlementaires ? Si les deux partis extrêmes sont confrontés à des ambiguïtés de positionnement, le NSDAP est plus conséquent que son rival communiste : contrairement à l’extrême gauche, qui s’est peu à peu intégrée dans le jeu parlementaire, l’extrême droite, quand elle émerge en 1930, bloque totalement l’institution.The antiparliamentarism that existed under the Empire grew considerably during the Weimar Republic. It became all the more radical as the Reichstag became the regime’s cornerstone and it was at the heart of the ideologies of two new political organizations, the Communist and the Nazi Parties. Yet, both of these new parties had significant numbers of representatives in the Reichstag. How did members of parliament reconcile their antiparliamentarian discourse with their status as elected officials? Other than antiparliamentary speeches, what obstructionist techniques did they use? La Grande Guerre et les jeux vidéo. La recherche historique face à Battlefield 1

Première Guerre mondiale et jeux vidéo sont rarement associés dans l’industrie vidéoludique et les historiens ne s’intéressent par ailleurs qu’assez peu aux jeux. Le jeu Battlefield 1 (DICE/EA) a pourtant été l’événement du Centenaire, avec des millions d’exemplaires vendus à travers le monde. Quel intérêt y a-t-il à en faire une analyse historique ? Le jeu est en lui-même une production culturelle à propos de la Grande Guerre. Plus encore, il sait parfois donner à voir des vérités à la pointe des débats historiographiques, tout comme faire de grossières erreurs.World War I and video games are rarely associated in the video game industry and historians have showed little interest in video games. B cell depletion in immune thrombocytopenia reveals splenic long-lived plasma cells.

International audiencePrimary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a disorder caused by autoantibody-mediated platelet destruction and decreased platelet production. Rituximab, a B cell-depleting agent, has become the first-line treatment for ITP; however, patients with refractory disease usually require splenectomy. We identified antibody-secreting cells as the major splenic B cell population that is resistant to rituximab. The phenotype, antibody specificity, and gene expression profile of these cells were characterized and compared to those of antibody-secreting cells from untreated ITP spleens and from healthy tissues. Antiplatelet-specific plasma cells (PC) were detected in the spleens of patients with ITP up to 6 months after rituximab treatment, and the PC population displayed a long-lived program similar to the one of bone marrow PC, thus explaining for most of these patients the absence of response to rituximab and the response to splenectomy. When analyzed by multiplex PCR at the single-cell level, normal splenic PC showed a markedly different gene expression profile, with an intermediate signature, including genes characteristic of both long-lived PC and proliferating plasmablasts. Surprisingly, long-lived PC were not detected in untreated ITP spleens. These results suggest that the milieu generated by B cell depletion promotes the differentiation and settlement of long-lived PC in the spleen

Control Architecture Concepts and Properties of an Ontology Devoted to Exchanges in Mobile Robotics

National audienceA specific ontology is proposed in the scope of the development of a platform devoted to exchanges between academics and industrials of the robotic domain. This paper presents the tools used for knowledge elicitation, the concepts and properties linked with control architecture, the use of the resulting ontology for description of some scenarios and the tracks for the development of a domain specific language grounded on the ontology. Knowledge elicitation is performed in web ontology language thanks to Protégé ontology editor. The ontology is structured as a set of modules organized around a kernel. Modules addressing systems, information, robot and mission include concepts and properties for control architecture description. The expressivity of the ontology is demonstrated describing architectures for a set of scenarios; urban robotic scenario, air-ground scenario, landmark search scenario and military unmanned aerial vehicles scenario. Finally some tracks for the use of the ontology for developing a domain specific language are given

Genomewide and biochemical analyses of DNA-binding activity of Cdc6/Orc1 and Mcm proteins in Pyrococcus sp.

The origin of DNA replication (oriC) of the hyperthermophilic archaeon Pyrococcus abyssi contains multiple ORB and mini-ORB repeats that show sequence similarities to other archaeal ORB (origin recognition box). We report here that the binding of Cdc6/Orc1 to a 5 kb region containing oriC in vivo was highly specific both in exponential and stationary phases, by means of chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with hybridization on a whole genome microarray (ChIP-chip). The oriC region is practically the sole binding site for the Cdc6/Orc1, thereby distinguishing oriC in the 1.8 M bp genome. We found that the 5 kb region contains a previously unnoticed cluster of ORB and mini-ORB repeats in the gene encoding the small subunit (dp1) for DNA polymerase II (PolD). ChIP and the gel retardation analyses further revealed that Cdc6/Orc1 specifically binds both of the ORB clusters in oriC and dp1. The organization of the ORB clusters in the dp1 and oriC is conserved during evolution in the order Thermococcales, suggesting a role in the initiation of DNA replication. Our ChIP-chip analysis also revealed that Mcm alters the binding specificity to the oriC region according to the growth phase, consistent with its role as a licensing factor
