This association is the core of someone finding the way of evaluating ownself in interaction and how he evaluate x'self exit. Identifying to characteristic ( individuality or special) which owned by idol taken as peer can influence change of personality at someone, from ugly become good conversely. Identify is a process make x'self become is same or identify by quality internal which is on others into ownself. Pursuant to problems, this research aim to to know characteristic had by idol identified by adolescent and also to know factor which was adolescent background identify his idol characteristic. This research is descriptive research qualitative where in the data collecting of using technique interview with led free interview method. Research Subyek aimed at adolescent. In this research of infoman counted 4 people livinging in Malang This Research result is concluded that (1) idol musicians characteristic identified by adolescent more at style aspect and appearance of physical like simple dressy way, casuel and respectably, and also model and hair style had by idol. As for from some of adolescent also identify from personality aspects, for example; polite attitude is nature of which do not bluff and also soft person and kalem. (2) factors which is adolescent background in identifying to idol musicians characteristic are admiration factor and factor target to improve feel self confidence

Penentuan Waktu dan Output Baku pada Proses Produksi Tube Lamp dengan Methods TIME Measurement

Pengukuran kerja merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan waktu baku dari suatu pekerjaan. Pada Perusahaan penghasil tube lamp diketahui bahwa selama ini terdapat permintaan pelanggan yang tidak terpenuhi dikarenakan tidak adanya waktu dan output baku yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran waktu kerja dengan menggunakan Method Time Measurement (MTM) dan digambarkan pada flow diagram dan operator chart. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada 11 pekerja di 13 stasiun kerja didapatkan perbedaan antara waktu hasil analisis dengan MTM dan waktu pekerjaan pada kondisi nyata yang direkam dalam video. Selain adanya perbedaan waktu, juga terdapat perbedaan dalam output baku yang dihasilkan, dimana output yang dihasilkan saat ini lebih rendah dibandingkan output baku, sehingga target tidak dapat terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, dengan penetapan waktu dan output baku ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dan meningkatkan performansi dari para pekerja untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan

Prioritizing Caves For Karst Invertebrate Recovery In Central Texas

Prioritizing caves known to contain endangered karst invertebrates in central Texas is more challenging than one may think. Here, we outline a strategy to achieve this goal while thinking of what is best for these species including addressing future impacts from climate change, and what works for landowners that are bound to permit restrictions. For example, there are two entities in the Austin, Texas area that hold regional Section 10(a) (1)(B) incidental take permits issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. When developing the Habitat Conservation Plan for one of these permits several years ago, they listed several caves that they would either acquire or establish management agreements for. Since that time, they have acquired thousands of acres. Some of the caves listed on their permit occur on these lands. However, there are other newly discovered caves on these lands that contain endangered karst invertebrates that are not listed on their permit. Also, some of the caves that are listed on their permit are surrounded by development. This begs the question of which caves should they focus on for long-term preservation? Should they be limited to what their permit says or take a wider approach and look at what is best for the species while considering new cave discoveries? To answer this question from a species perspective, several aspects of these caves should be assessed including but not limited to the cave depth, cave size, species diversity and abundance, and the amount of development etc. around these preserves. Cave size and depth are important because deeper caves may provide more protection from ambient surface fluctuations in temperature and humidity. This approach should provide a more holistic pathway to long-term karst invertebrate conservation. By assessing what is best for the species and acknowledging new cave discoveries, perhaps minor amendments could be made to 10(a)(1)(B) permits that would provide higher species benefits

Is acting prosocially beneficial for the credit market?

This article argues that behaving prosocially implies more transparent information during the negotiation process of a financial contract and more cooperation among the parties to respect the terms of the contract. For this reason this work considers interest rate on loans and insolvency rate functions of prosocial behaviour along with the traditional socio-economic and financial collaterals. The context of study is Italy and the analysis is developed at a cross-regional level. We collect data from the two reports on “Relatives and Safety Net” produced by the Italian Centre Bureau of Statistics (ISTAT) in 1998 and 2003 and from the reports on “Regional Economics” produced by the Bank of Italy in the same years. A two-period panel model shows two interesting outcomes. Firstly, regions with a higher proportion of prosocial individuals report lower interest rates on loans and insolvency rates. Secondly, when we include the efficiency of legal enforcement, evidence supports the idea that a more efficient legal framework can act as a more reliable transmission mechanism of institutional norms and facilitate the internalisation of social norms

Development and Validity of Fluid Intelligence Test Based on Cattle-Horn-Carrol Theory: a Pilot Project

This study aimed to examine the validity of the Fluid Intelligence Test, constructed based on the Cattel-Horn-Carroll theory. There were two sources of validity used in this study, which were evidence based on the internal structure and evidence based on relation with other variables. Sixty-four items have been composed and tested to 242 people. The data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis technique and correlations technique to examine test validity. The result of this study showed that the prepared model worked quite well in describing the narrow abilities of fluid intelligence, as showed by the receipt of fit indexes accuracy of the model, such as Chi-Square value .42 (p = .518), Goodness Fit Index (GFI) = 1, and Rooted Mean Square Error (RMSEA) = .00. Similar result was also showed by its correlation with other variables, which are .717 (TIKI) and .606 (CFIT). This suggested that Fluid Intelligence Test has good validity

Pengaruh Latihan Bench Press terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan Siswa Putra Ekstrakurikuler Bolavoli SMP Negeri 29 Pekanbaru

Based on the observation that has been done when students attend extracurricular activities volleyball in SMP 29 Pekanbaru, it appears that the strength of the arm muscles students are still weak, it is not visible from the maximum results service ball, the ball is often caught in the net, sometimes the ball does not get field opponent. Then when students receive service from an opponent by way of passing down, weak arm muscle strength resulting in a ball that is received can not be dipassing well. Then smash the weak punch also signifies that the student arm muscle strength is still low, so the balls that dismash acceptable opponent and counterattack. the low student arm muscle strength caused by the absence of the application of physical exercise, especially exercises that increase the strength of the arm muscles. The purpose of this study was to look at the effects of exercise on muscle strength bench press arm male student extracurricular volleyball SMP 29 Pekanbaru. As the population used in this study were male student extracurricular volleyball SMP 29 Pekanbaru totaling 16 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sample that is where all the population sampled. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 16 people. The instrument used to collect data is Pree test and post-test muscle strength with test arm push-ups. The data obtained was analyzed using t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, Pree test and post-test, it appears that there is an average increase of 38.07% with a t test that t = 9.958> from table = 1,753

Uji Metode Pengolahan Tanah Terhadap Hasil Wortel (Daucus Carota L.) Varietas Lokal Cisarua Dan Takii Hibrida

Kualitas umbi wortel yang dihasilkan didominasi malformasi bentuk umbi seperti umbi bercabang (forking) bengkok dan kerdil yang mengakibatkan penurunan nilai ekonomis yang secara umum disebabkan Hambatan mekanis tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pengolahan tanah yang dapat meminimalisir pengolahan tanah serta mengarah pada konservasi lahan sehingga dapat menekan biaya produksi tanpa mengurangi produksi wortel. Percobaan ini dilaksanan pada bulan Januari sampai April 2013 di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya yang terletak di Cangar, Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT) dengan 8 kombinasi perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Pengolahan tanah sebagai petak utama terdiri dari tanpa olah tanah, lah Tanah Minimum, olah tanah petani dan olah tanah maksimum, sedangkan perbedaan varietas wortel sebagai anak petak yaitu Varietas Lokal Cisarua dan Varietas Takii Hibrida. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan olah tanah minimum, olah tanah petani dan olah tanah maksimum pada Varietas Lokal Cisarua menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada tanpa olah tanah sebesar 52 % terhadap parameter bertumbuhan dan 49.83 % terhadap komponen hasil. Sedangkan pada Varietas Takii Hibrida, perlakuan olah tanah petani dan olah tanah maksimum menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada olah tanah minium dan tanpa olah tanah sebesar 26.95 % terhadap parameter bertumbuhan dan 29.64 % terhadap komponen hasil. Pengolahan tanah minimum mampu menghasilkan produksi bobot segar, panjang umbi, volume umbi dan prosentase umbi normal (Grade A) yang sama dengan pengolahan metode petani dan pengolahan maksimum

Studi Teknologi Alat Tangkap Jaring Sembilang yang Menggunakan Tuasan di Desa Pematang Sei Baru Kecamatan Tanjung Balai Asahan Kabupaten Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara

This research was conducted in October 2013 in Pematang Sei Baru village of Tanjung Balai Asahan sub regency Asahan Regency in North Sumatera Province. This study aims to determine the level of environmental friendly sembilang gillnet using Fish Aggregating Device (Tuasan) or FAD and economical feasibility of this environmentally friendly technologies. The method used in this study is a survey method with direct observation both interviews and discussions with fisherman. Observation by using FAO (1995) criteria shows that this fishing gear in combination with FAD could be classified into environmentally friendly fishing gear. The results of the feasibility analysis calculations indicate that this gillnet bussiness proved provide benefits for fishermen and deserves to be developed because of the value of BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) retrieved of 3.07; FRR (Financial Rate of Return) is 181.91% and PPC (Payback Period of Capital) is only 6 months and 18 days
