Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Education Administration, Economic Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study to determine the relationship between level of education with productivity at PT. Focus Garmindo. The research was conducted for three months starting from April to June 2013. The research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach, The population in this study were employees of PT. Focus Garmindo with a population of inaccessibility is an employee of the production division quality control section numbering 65 people with 5% error level so that the sample for the study was taken by 55 people. To collect data of variable X on level of education obtained through data provided by the company using a scale that measured the level of education is high school, high education. And for the variable Y on employee productivity, obtained through data provided by the company to its employees as measured by labor productivity levels use traditional scale that is very good, better and less. Hypothesis testing using the formula Z through Transformation Gamma distribution, obtained by 1.97 Zo then compared with 1.645 for Ztabel thus Zo> Ztabel then Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive relationship between level of education and productivity of employees, to determine the percentage (%) variation of productivity that can be determined by the level of education, the transformation of gamma namely by looking at the value obtained gamma and raised to. From the calculations, G: G2 = 0.559 and 0.312 which means that 31.2% variation in labor productivity is determined by his or her level of education, while the rest 68.8% variation in labor productivity is determined by other factors.     Psychoeducation of Healthy Dating to Reduce the Risk of Sexual Violence in Female Street Children

    Abstract This study was conducted to determine whether psychoeducation of healthy dating can reduce the risk of sexual violence in female adolescents of street children community. Subjects in this study were 8 adolescents of street children community of City North Square of Yogyakarta. The study used one group pretest-posttest design and follow up. The results of Wilcoxon test showed that there is no significant difference between the scores of sexual violence before psychoeducational healthy dating (pretest) and after (post-test) with the Z number of -1.420 and p value of 0.156 (p> 0.05), and the decrease of the mean score was 4.44. Likewise, there was no difference between the scores of sexual assault after courting healthy psychoeducation (posttest) and during follow-up with the Z number of -1.612 and p = 0.107 (p> 0.05) and the decrease of the mean score was 4. However, there were significant differences between the scores of sexual violence before (pretest) and follow-up with z = -2.103 and p = 0.035 (p <0.05), and the decrease of the mean score was 8.44 which indicated that the application of a psychoeducational healthy dating could reduce the risk of sexual violence of girls in street children community, but it needed 1 month to be applied in the form of healthy dating behavior.Keywords: psychoeducation of healthy dating, sexual violence, street children

    Mengembangkan Regulasi Diri Melalui Pemberian Penghargaan

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan proses dan hasil pemberian reward yang dapat meningkatkan regulasi diri di kelompok BTKPKK Lidah Kulon II Surabaya tahun 2014.Penelitian ini menggunakanprosedur kerja Kemmis dan McTaggart yang terdiri dari empat tahap: perencanaan, tindakan, observasidan refleksi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari analisis data kualitatif serta statistik deskriptif yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik menurut Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi yang dikumpulkan melalui instrumen regulasi diri, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Setelah tindakan siklus I, nilai rata-rata 68,47%. Kemudian setelah tindakan siklus 2 ,nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 84,17%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode penghargaan dapat meningkatkan regulasi diri pada anak

    PROCESSING ZIRCONIA THROUGH ZIRCON SAND SMELTING WITH NaOH AS A FLUX

    Zirconia had been made through smelting the zircon sand along with NaOH as a flux. The zircon sand as the smelter feed was taken from CV. Kurnia Alam Sejati mine at Palangkaraya, Middle Kalimantan. Major content of the zircon sand was 28.04% ZrO2 and SiO2 51.22% with several minor oxides such as 0.54% HfO2, 2.53% Fe2O3, 10.53% TiO2, 3.27% Al2O3 and less than 1% of alkali, alkaline earth and rare earth elements. In order to economizing the process, zircon sand upgrading was conducted prior to zirconia production. The upgrading process was conducted using several comprehensive equipments, consist of shaking table, magnetic separator and high tension separator (HTS).The upgraded sand contained 65.35% of ZrO2+HfO2 with 73.25% recovery, which was then used for smelting process at 650C for 2 hours using NaOH as a flux. The product was then leached with water and sulphuric acid then crystallized to get precipitated zirconium hydroxide. The precipitated product was calcined at 900C for 1 hour to get the zirconia and analyzed for its content. The zirconia content was 97.27% of ZrO2+HfO2 with 65.13% recovery

    Discipline is a condition that shows the values ??of obedience, obedience, loyalty, peace, order and order. This study aims toidetermine theieffect of communication, motivation and workiexperience to discipline employees simultaneously and partial, as well as the dominant variable effect on employee discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Headquarters. 125 respondents were sampled, using simple randomisampling method. Dataicollected throughiobservation, interviewsiandiquestionnaires. The analysisitechnique usediis multipleilinear regression analysis. The resultsishowed that, communication, motivation and work experience simultaneously and partially an effect on employee discipline. For further research should add other variables could be used as study variables such as loyalty, morale and work environment

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Tingkat Pendidikan dengan Produktivitas pada karyawan PT. Fokus Garmindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung mulai bulan April hingga Juni 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Fokus Garmindo dengan populasi terjangkaunya adalah karyawan dari divisi produksi bagian quality control yang berjumlah 65 orang dengan taraf kesalahan 5% sehingga sampel untuk penelitian diambil sebanyak 55 orang. Untuk menjaring data dari variabel X tentang tingkat pendidikan diperoleh melalui data yang diberikan oleh perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala tingkat pendidikan yaitu SLTA, Diploma dan Sarjana. Dan untuk variabel Y tentang Produktivitas kerja karyawan, diperoleh melalui data yang diberikan oleh perusahaan terhadap karyawannya yang diukur dengan mengggunakan skala tingkat produktivitas kerja yaitu sangat baik, baik dan kurang. Pengujian hipotesisi dengan menggunakan rumus distribusi Z melalui Transformasi Gamma, diperoleh Zo sebesar 1,97 kemudian dibandingkan dengan Ztabel sebesar 1,645 dengan demikian Zo > Ztabel maka Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat pendidikan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan, Untuk mengetahui persentase (%) variasi produktivitas yang dapat ditentukan oleh tingkat pendidikan digunakan transformasi gamma, yaitu dengan melihat nilai gamma yang diperoleh dan dikuatdratkan. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh G : 0,559 dan G2 = 0,312 yang berarti bahwa 31,2% variasi produktivitas kerja karyawan ditentukan oleh tingkat pendidikan sedangkan sisa nya 68,8 % variasi produktivitas kerja karyawan ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat pendidikan dengan produktivitas pada karyawan PT.
