    Wireless Sensor Network (WSNs) can perform transmission within themselves and examination is performed based on their range of frequency. It is quite difficult to recharge devises under adverse conditions. The main limitations are area of coverage, network’s lifetime and aggregating and scheduling. If the lifetime of a network should be prolonged, then it can become a success along with reliability of the data transferred, conservation of sensor and scalability. Through many research works, this challenge can be overcome which are being proposed and the network’s lifespan improved which can preserve the sensor’s energy. By schemes of clustering, a low overhead is provided and the resources are efficiently allocated thus increasing the ultimate consumption of energy and reducing interfaces within the sensor nodes. Challenges such as node deployment and energy-aware clustering can be considered as issues of optimization with regards to WSNs, along with data collection. An optimal solution can be gotten through evolutionary and SI algorithm, pertaining to Non-deterministic Polynomial (NP)-complete along with a number of techniques.     De-anonymizable location cloaking for privacy-controlled mobile systems

    The rapid technology upgrades of mobile devices and the popularity of wireless networks significantly drive the emergence and development of Location-based Services (LBSs), thus greatly expanding the business of online services and enriching the user experience. However, the personal location data shared with the service providers also leave hidden risks on location privacy. Location anonymization techniques transform the exact location of a user into a cloaking area by including the locations of multiple users in the exposed area such that the exposed location is indistinguishable from that of the other users. However in such schemes, location information once perturbed cannot be recovered from the cloaking region and as a result, users of the location cannot obtain fine granular information even when they have access to it. In this paper, we propose Dynamic Reversible Cloaking (DRC) a new de-anonymziable location cloaking mechanism that allows to restore the actual location from the perturbed information through the use of an anonymization key. Extensive experiments using realistic road network traces show that the proposed scheme is efficient, effective and scalable

    Quadcopter based Automatic Spattering of Pesticides and Fertilizers

    Agriculture plays a major role in Indian Economy. The crop yield depends upon the pesticides and fertilizers applied in the fields. But the manual handling of these things leads to health hazards. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimated that over 3 million cases of pesticides poison each year, which is majority in developing countries like India. This paper aims to overcome the problem by automating the spray of pesticides and fertilizers in the fields. The system is constituted by an aerial sprayer which consists of a Quadcopter and spraying mechanism. The Quadcopter is controlled by the Radio Frequency signals and the spraying of pesticides is achieved with less manual labour without any health issues. This paper is to mainly overcome the ill-effects of pesticides on human beings and also to cover larger areas with short span of time

    Reference-Free Displacement Estimation of Bridges Using Kalman Filter-Based Multimetric Data Fusion

    Displacement responses of a bridge as a result of external loadings provide crucial information regarding structural integrity and current conditions. Due to the relative characteristic of displacement, the conventional measurement approach requires reference points to firmly install the transducers, while the points are often unavailable for bridges. In this paper, a displacement estimation approach using Kalman filter-based data fusion is proposed to provide a practical means for displacement measurement. The proposed method enables accurate displacement estimation by optimally utilizing acceleration and strain in combination that have high availability and are free from reference points for sensor installation. The Kalman filter is formulated using a state-space model representing the double integration of acceleration and model-based strain-displacement relationship. The validation of the proposed method is conducted successfully by a numerical simulation and a field experiment, which shows the efficacy and accuracy of the proposed approach in bridge displacement measurement.ope

    Simulation of 3-phase matrix converter using space vector modulation

    This paper illustrates the simulation of 3-phase matrix converter using Space Vector Modulation (SVM). Variable AC output voltage engendered using matrix converter with bidirectional power switches controlled by appropriate switching pulse. The conventional PWM converter engenders switching common mode voltage across the load system terminals, which cause to common mode current and its leads to bearing failure in load drive. These problems can be rectified using SVM and which minimize the effect on the harmonic fluctuation in AC output voltage and stress on the power switch is reduced using bidirectional switch for proposed 3-phase matrix converter. The simulation results have been presented to validate the proposed system using matlab / simulink
