Characteristics of Collapsing Ecosystems and Main Factors of Collapses

The synergistic effects of direct human perturbations and climate change have been causing the mass extinction of species. Here, I present the deterministic factors of collapses in present ecosystems. I captured and synthesized the key deterministic traits and processes before a collapse in the peer-reviewed literature. The results of the literature review show that deterministic factors can be used as early warning signals of collapses. The literature also suggests that we have entered the middle stage of global mass extinction, which may be irreversible

A lovasterápián belül a hippoterápia egy neurofizioterápiás módszer. A hippoterápia kulcsát a lépő ló mozgása képzi, mely a páciens medencéjén keresztül áttevődik és a normál járásnak megfelelő elmozdulásokat hoz létre. A test felől érkező ilyen afferentáció segítségével a központi idegrendszerben a patológiás minta helyett egy ép járási minta erősödik. A hippoterápia empirikus alaptézisének, a járásnak megfelelő törzstréningnek a bizonyítására izolált vizsgálatokat végeztünk egészséges egyetemistákon és különböző lócsoportokon. A ló lépés és az emberi járásvizsgálat egy saját fejlesztésű három tagú triaxiális gyorsulásmérő szenzoron alapuló adatgyűjtő és kiértékelő rendszer segítségével valósult meg. Az eredmények alapján számszerűen bizonyítható volt a ló lépése közbeni marmozgások és a humán járás során kialakuló medencemozgások közötti összefüggés. Ez alapján megállapítható a lovasterápia járásfejlesztő hatása. Mindezeken túlmenően további vizsgálatokat végeztünk cerebrál paretikus gyermekek bevonásával a hippoterápia hatásmechanizmusának feltárására. Munkánk legnagyobb érdeme, hogy a gyakorlat számára azonnal használható módszert tudunk ajánlani és biztosítani. Távlati célunk egy olyan szakmai koncepció kidolgozása, mely a hippoterápia teljes módszertanát érvényesíti. Hippotherapy is a neuro-physiotherapeutic method. The key factor of hippotherapy is based on the movement of the stepping horse, which is transmitted through the pelvis of the rider and triggers a movement pattern of the rider corresponding to human gait. With this type of afferentation from the body to the central nervous system an intact walking pattern is reinforced instead of a pathological one. To evidence the gait-specific trunk training, which is a basic empiric these of hippotherapy, we made isolated measurements on healthy students and different horse groups. The gait and stride measurement process was carried out with a 3 triaxial sensor based accelerometer data collector and evaluator system. Based on our results we could numerically evidence the correlation between the horse withers movements by stride and the young adult pelvis movements by human gait. Due to this fact, we could conclude the gait improving effect of hippotherapy. Meanwhile we measured children with cerebral palsy to demonstrate the mechanism of action of hippotherapy. The most remarkable merit of our work is that we can recommend and provide a ready-to-use method for the practice. Our remote goal is to develop a professional conception that would validate the methodology of hippotherapy.N
