Ten-story building on a slope, with following distribution: tellers desks, offices and administrative departments, reserved and rental space, a cafeteria, meeting room, installation rooms and a swimming pool with its corresponding services, located on the top of the building. It also has five basements for supplies, storage and garage. The site is surrounded on all four sides with streets on different levels which permit various entrances and different vertical Communications between floors, which results in an optimum relationship between the passage surface and the usable space, taking full advantage of the space available. The concrete structure, with 8.30 m reticule on the sides, provides sufficient flexibility for adapting the different floors to the different operation schemes. The building offers a special architectural interest as a result of the offset in the upper floors and the contrast achieved in treating the facades, where the dark aluminum of the offices floors is broken by the bodies jutting out of the stairwells and elevators, treated with artificial white stone. The building is topped with a roof made of inclined facing on the last floor, also treated with dark aluminum panels.Este edificio consta de diez plantas sobre rasante, en fas que se distribuyen: una sala de cajas, oficinas y departamentos administrativos, espacios de reserva y alquiler, una cafetería, salón de actos, cuartos de instalaciones, y una piscina, con sus correspondientes servicios, montada en el remate de la edificación. Asimismo cuenta con cinco sótanos destinados a abastecimientos, almacén y garaje. La parcela se halla delimitada en sus cuatro costados por redes viarias a distinto nivel, que permiten la existencia de diversos accesos exteriores, así como distintos núcleos de comunicación vertical entre plantas, de donde resulta una óptima relación entre las superficies de circulación y las útiles, aprovechándose plenamente los espacios. La estructura de hormigón, resuelta con una retícula de 8,30 m de lado, proporciona suficiente flexibilidad a las plantas para la adaptación de distintos esquemas de funcionamiento. El conjunto ofrece un especial interés arquitectónico, debido al retranqueo de las plantas superiores y al contraste logrado en el tratamiento de las fachadas, donde el aluminio oscuro de las plantas de oficinas es interrumpido por los cuerpos salientes de las cajas de escaleras y ascensores, tratados en piedra artificial blanca. Vector transition form factors of the NK∗→Θ+N K^*\to\Theta^+ and NKˉ∗→Σ10ˉ∗−N \bar{K}^*\to \Sigma_{\bar{10}}^{*-} in the SU(3) chiral quark-soliton model

We investigate the vector transition form factors of the nucleon and vector meson K^* to the pentaquark baryon Theta^+ within the framework of the SU(3) chiral quark-soliton model. We take into account the rotational 1/N_c and linear $m_{\rm s}$ corrections, assuming isospin symmetry and employing the symmetry-conserving quantization. It turns out that the leading-order contributions to the form factors are almost cancelled by the rotational corrections. Because of this, the flavor SU(3) symmetry-breaking terms yield sizeable effects on the vector transition form factors. In particular, the main contribution to the electric-like transition form factor comes from the wave-function corrections, which is a consequence of the generalized Ademollo-Gatto theorem derived in the present work. We estimate with the help of the vector meson dominance the K^* vector and tensor coupling constants for the Theta^+: $g_{K^{*}N\Theta}=0.74 - 0.87$ and $f_{K^{*}N\Theta}=0.53 - 1.16$. We argue that the outcome of the present work is consistent with the null results of the CLAS experiments in the reactions gamma n -> K^- Theta^+ and gamma p ->bar{K}^0 Theta^+. The results of the present work are also consistent with the recent experiments at KEK. In addition, we present the results of the $\Sigma_{\bar{10}}\to N\bar{K}^*$ transition form factors and its $\bar{K}^*N\Sigma_{\bar{10}}$ coupling constants.Comment: 26 pages, 10 figure

Abstract. Computer games accessibility have initially been regarded as an area of minor importance as there were much more \serious" topics to focus on. Today, the society is slowly moving forward in the directionof accessibility and the conditions come to make new proposals for mainstream game accessibility. In this paper we'll show the main reasons whyit is necessary to progress in this direction, then we'll explain how works standard computer applications accessibility and why it is not working in general with games. We will discuss the state of the art in this area and finally we will introduce our vision of future accessibility framework allowing games developer to design accessible games as well as assistive providers the possibility of developing Assistive Games Interfaces
