Methodology for the Implementation of Knowledge Management Systems 2.0
Web 2.0 and Big Data tools can be used to develop knowledge management systems based on facilitating the participation and collaboration of people in order to enhance knowledge. The paper presents a methodology that can help organizations with the use of Web 2.0 and Big Data tools to discover, gather, manage and apply their knowledge by making the process of implementing a knowledge management system faster and simpler. First, an initial version of the methodology was developed and it was then applied to an oil and gas company in order to analyze and refine it. The results obtained show the effectiveness of the methodology, since it helped this company to carry out the implementation quickly and effectively, thereby allowing the company to gain the maximum benefits from existing knowledge
Social customer relationship management: taking advantage of Web 2.0 and Big Data technologies
The emergence of Web 2.0 and Big Data technologies has allowed a new customer relationship strategy based on interactivity and collaboration called Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM) to be created. This enhances customer engagement and satisfaction. The implementation of Social CRM is a complex task that involves different organisational, human and technological aspects. However, there is a lack of methodologies to assist companies in these processes. This paper shows a novel methodology that helps companies to implement Social CRM, taking into account different aspects such as social customer strategy, the Social CRM performance measurement system, the Social CRM business processes, or the Social CRM computer system. The methodology was applied to one company in order to validate and refine it

“Twitter”, “Wikipedia”, “Blog”, etc.
Framework for the Implementation of a Big Data Ecosystem in Organizations
The core of this Ph.D. thesis is the development of a framework that serves as a guide for implementing ecosystems based on Big Data and Web 2.0 technologies in organizations. Unlike existing frameworks, this framework not only considers operations to be performed with data, but also takes into account other aspects related to the implementation, such as technical, political, cultural, behavioral, etc. In addition, the main axis of the framework consists of a methodology that guides in detail all the necessary steps to make a correct implementation. In order to debug and validate the framework, two specializations have been created, one adapted to the knowledge management and the other adapted to the customer relationships management. These two specializations have been applied successfully in case studies in real companies.
