    The purpose of this research is to see how the process of simplifying the organizational structure in the Provincial Government. The background of this study is that researchers found several administrative obstacles in the process of simplifying the organizational structure within the scope of the Provincial Regional Government. In addition, the process of simplifying the organizational structure carried out by the Regional Government is adjust to the President’s direction to carry out cuts in the bureaucracy and simplify the organizational structure within the scope of the Regional Government into two levels to make it more effective and flexible. The method used in this research uses qualitative research. The process and data collection techniques in this research are carried out by going directly to the field to obtain information through informants contained in this study are Assistant Deputy for Institutional and Management of Politics, Law, Security, and Local Government of KemenPANRB, Staff of The KemenPANRB Regional Government Polhukam Unit, and Data Processing Staff of the East Java Provincial Organization Bureau. The results obtained from this study indicate that the efforts made by KemenPANRB together with Kemendagri in carrying out the process of simplifying the organizational structure in local governments have been successfully implemented up to two levels, namely cutting echelon III, echelon IV and being transferred to functional positions. However, when examined more deeply in the process of simplifying the organizational structure, they are inhibiting factors that affect the simplification process, where there are still many misunderstandings from the existing apparatus, as well as the time given in the simplification process which is considered too short. Therefore, it is hoped that all Local Governments can maximize the process contained in simplification, and can build communication and cooperation between fellow work units

    Multi-camera trajectory forecasting : pedestrian trajectory prediction in a network of cameras

    We introduce the task of multi-camera trajectory forecasting (MCTF), where the future trajectory of an object is predicted in a network of cameras. Prior works consider forecasting trajectories in a single camera view. Our work is the first to consider the challenging scenario of forecasting across multiple non-overlapping camera views. This has wide applicability in tasks such as re-identification and multi-target multi-camera tracking. To facilitate research in this new area, we release the Warwick-NTU Multi-camera Forecasting Database (WNMF), a unique dataset of multi-camera pedestrian trajectories from a network of 15 synchronized cameras. To accurately label this large dataset (600 hours of video footage), we also develop a semi-automated annotation method. An effective MCTF model should proactively anticipate where and when a person will re-appear in the camera network. In this paper, we consider the task of predicting the next camera a pedestrian will re-appear after leaving the view of another camera, and present several baseline approaches for this.     The MacArthur Foundation commissioned Itad to conduct an evaluation of the Foundation's Human Rights and International Justice (HRIJ) grant?making program in Nigeria between 2000 and 2012. During this period, the Foundation supported 102 HRIJ projects with an end?date in 2000 or later, for a total grant amount of US$23,945,010.     Mouse adalah alat yang digunakan untuk memasukkan data ke dalam komputer yang berfungsi membantu pengguna komputer untuk mengarahkan kursor atau panah pada sistem operasi windows dan sejenisnya. Pada penelitian ini, akan dirancang pengganti fungsi mouse yang dikendalikan oleh suara. Alat ini dibuat untuk pengguna komputer dengan keterbatasan khusus dalam hal ini tuna daksa. Penelitian ini menggabungkan teknologi Speech Recognition dengan teknologi kendali elektronik menggunakan peralatan kontrol untuk membuat pengganti fungsi mouse menggunakan suara. Speech Recognition adalah sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengkonversi bahasa lisan ke dalam input data. Sistem input ucapan manusia, sistem akan mengidentifikasi kata yang diucapkan atau frase dan menjadi input data untuk peralatan kontrol. Pengendalian peralatan ini membutuhkan sebuah kata sederhana dan sistem hanya dapat mengenali sejumlah kata-kata. Sistem ini biasanya lebih akurat dan lebih mudah dilatih, tetapi tidak bisa mengenali kata-kata yang berada di luar kosakata yang pernah diajarkan. Sistem ini menggunakan perangkat sensor suara untuk proses pelatihan dan pengenalan fonem. Penelitian ini menggunakan Easy Voice Recognition Modul dan arduino Leonardo. Easy Voice Recognition Modul berfungsi untuk menyimpan database perintah suara yang nanti akan digunakan pada mouse tersebut sedangkan arduino Leonardo sebagai mikrokontroler berfungsi untuk menjalankan perintah suara untuk mouse tersebut. Alat ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik sebagai pengganti mouse dengan perintah suara dari jarak 1-10 cm, durasi lebih kecil atau sama dengan 5 detik dan memiliki kapasitas untuk 32 perintah suara

    ABSTRACT This paper presents the development of a simplified model of the expansion of public transport origin - destination (OD) matrix. OD matrix should be based on a proper zone size in order to generate a realistic trip pattern. The model aims at expanding matrix based on coarse zones into a new matrix based on fine sub zones. The model relies on the estimation of generation factors of each sub zones. Besides, the distributed trips are constrained by estimated willingness-to-walk distance of public transport users
