Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE): o processo de formação dos profissionais no município do Crato, Ceará, Brasil / School Sealth Program: the process of training of professional in the municipality of Crato, Ceará, Brazil

O Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE) tem como finalidade contribuir positivamente para a formação de estudantes e profissionais de saúde e educação. O presente estudo objetivou compreender a formação dos profissionais da saúde voltada ao PSE, a opinião deles acerca do programa e o modo como a capacitação que recebem tem influência na execução das ações. Estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, realizado com 12 profissionais da ESF do município do Crato, Ceará. Os dados foram analisados segundo o método de Minayo e correlacionados com a literatura. Constatou-se que a formação dos profissionais em relação ao PSE não ocorre de maneira continuada. Além disso, os profissionais relataram o distanciamento entre os setores saúde e educação para o desenvolvimento das ações do PSE. A realização desse trabalho permitiu contribuir com a literatura a respeito do PSE, principalmente evidenciando a importância da formação dos profissionais para o desenvolvimento das ações. Considera-se relevante o desenvolvimento de pesquisas futuras com os profissionais da educação, no intuito de compreender as potencialidades e fragilidades desse grupo tão importante para o sucesso do PSE

Nursing Assistance At The Puerperium: Integrative Review

INTRODUCTION: The Puerperium is a critical time for the woman, her baby and her family, due to psychological and physiological changes. At that moment, the woman experiences significant changes and needs qualified attention in health. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this research is to describe the scientific production on nursing care in the postpartum period, justifying that the woman, at the moment, undergoes many changes requiring a qualified attention. METHOD: The methodology used was the integrative review of the literature on nursing care in the puerperal period, in the databases of articles and scientific publications, present in the Virtual Health Library, from 2008 to 2014. Experience report: Dengue Control workshops to promote intersectoral responsibility and popular participation

Introduction: Dengue is considered a disease of great epidemiological impact, that occurs mainly in tropical and subtropical countries. In Brazil, it has shown an increase in all regions of the country, with the highest incidence in the Southeast and Midwest regions.Objective: To describe the practical experience of carrying out dengue control workshops to promote intersectoral responsibility and popular participation.Methods: Descriptive study, as a reporting experience, developed by surveillance in Health Care in the Basic Attention for the Dengue Control, from Crato, in state of Ceará, Brazil. It was carried out from April to November 2014, in areas with higher building infestation rate. During this period, many actions were held, such as: situational diagnosis of the most affected areas with dengue in the municipality; meetings and workshops, preparing and implementing a local action plan, which included thirteen teams of health family, with community members and other services.Results: Five workshops were held with community and intersectoral participation. Actions with active focus searching were carried out on various community contexts, by choosing the D-Day, doing the spot spraying; health communication through posters and sound cars. Besides, technical qualification of health professionals regarding the usage of the flowchart for suspects and notifications cases. The construction of the local actions plan and its execution reduced the number of cases and the infestation data.Conclusion: This experience has shown that dengue combat actions became effecient in so far as it is able to develop joint actions, seeking inter-sectoral and community partnerships. Local initiative on the control of dengue is really important in our country, since it makes accessible this kind of attention and demonstrate its effectiveness to the society
